Licences 003 and 008, and a Portugal-only offer

Article 1 of the terms names Estoril Sol Digital, Online Gaming Products and Services, S.A. as the operator, with its office at Rua Melo e Sousa 535, Bloco 2-A, in Estoril. The legal notices give the tax number NIF PT 513683836, and the footer states that it holds online gaming licences no. 003 and no. 008 issued by SRIJ. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2016, and the game platform is Gaming1, which also supplies slots such as Fakir.

The offer is built for Portugal: the footer calls it a 100% Portuguese website, the terms say Portuguese law and Portuguese courts apply (articles 32 and 33), and the Portuguese text prevails over the English one. The terms print no restricted-country list. Article 5 says players must not be barred from gambling in Portugal or in their country of residence, and that anyone living elsewhere must check local law themselves. Only one account is allowed per person, and it cannot be used by a third party even with consent.

No stated withdrawal limit, and a strict proof of IBAN

Article 11 sets no minimum, maximum or processing time for withdrawals. Money goes only to a bank account held by the player, and nothing is credited until the casino has received proof of the IBAN. Article 15 gives 48 hours for the transfer of a balance after an account is cancelled. A figure reported from the casino's help centre is €15,000 per transaction for instant bank-transfer withdrawals, with processing from 0 to 48 hours, but the terms themselves state neither. AskGamblers' older data lists e-wallets at 24 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank transfers at 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 24 to 48 hours. A €20,000 win would need 2 transactions at €15,000.

The deposit side is shorter. The payments page lists 7 methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, credit cards through PaynoPain, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and PIX, while CasinoGuru counts 11. The terms leave any transaction costs charged by the bank to the player (article 11).

The proof of IBAN that fails on a scan

Article 11 spells out what the proof of IBAN must contain: one official document with the date of issue, the IBAN matching the one registered on the site, the account holder's name and the bank's logo. A homebanking printout must carry a date and the bank's web address. A hand-stamped paper must be sent as a photograph with 4 visible corners, and scans are refused even in colour and in jpeg format. Documents are rejected when the image is cut off, when the name is not visible, when the name is not the account holder's, when the IBAN differs from the registered one or when the bank logo is missing.

Verification starts earlier. Account validation only becomes effective after identity checks, and the player must click an emailed link to activate the withdrawal function (article 5). The casino may also check a player's solvency with financial entities at any moment (article 21).

Playthrough of 30, 90 and 120 on the €250 match

The official bonus rules give the casino welcome offer as a 100% match up to €250, from a minimum deposit of €10. The playthrough depends on the game: 30 for slots and blackjack, 90 for French roulette and 120 for banca francesa, where only 25% of each bet counts. On a full €250 bonus, slots at 30 means €7,500 of bets and French roulette at 90 means €22,500. Sports bets count at 30 for odds from 1.40 to 1.80, 15 for odds from 1.81 to 2.20 and 7.5 above 2.21.

A lighter option exists: a €10 bonus with a 1x playthrough, but only one of the two can be active at a time. There is also a sign-up offer of 30 free spins at €0.10 on Fakir, valid for 7 days, with winnings under a 1x playthrough. A €500 liability cap and a 14-day complaint window

Article 12 limits what the casino can owe a player. Whatever the cause, including harm from gambling addiction, indemnity is capped at the lower of the commissions collected on the account in the 3 months before the complaint or €500. Article 22 says complaints about games or winnings must be filed within 14 days of the event, otherwise they are inadmissible, and article 32 requires any claim or action within 1 year. The casino server's record prevails over what the site shows (article 30).

Dormancy is slower. An account not accessed for 2 years is suspended and, after another 2 years of suspension, cancelled (article 15). No inactivity fee appears in the terms. If a cancelled account's owner supplies no payment account, the casino sends a final notice, and after 30 days the balance is forfeit and goes to a public-utility institution. Under article 12 the casino may also stop any game or service without notice.

43 providers and a Gaming1 core

CasinoGuru lists 43 providers. The lobby shows Pragmatic Play, Amusnet, Play'n GO and the in-house Gaming1 games, and the site adds crash games, jackpots, sports and live betting, poker and a Club In loyalty programme. A tournament of €20,000, Defeat the Thunder, ran in March 2026. CasinoGuru says there is no 24/7 live chat, and the help centre and a Contact us page are the channels shown. Deposit and bet limits are set under My Account, My Settings (article 18), and self-exclusion runs through the same page or through SRIJ (article 16).

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.2, Very high, calls the terms mostly fair with 1 issue found, and shows 2 complaints, both rejected, none open. AskGamblers shows a player rating of 3.7 from 3 ratings, and marks its relationship with the casino as terminated, so that data is old. Trustpilot is lower: 2.2 out of 5 from 11 reviews, 3 of them in the last 12 months, with 73% at one star. The profile is unclaimed.

The detail in those reviews is specific. On 14 April 2026 a player wrote that €750 deposited in €100 steps brought no meaningful win and that a €5 bonus spin never paid. A June 2024 review, updated in January 2026, says a €10 freebet advertised as 100% cashback required a bet of €5 or more at odds of 1.70 or higher. These are allegations, and Trustpilot does not verify them.

Who ESC Online suits, and who should skip it

It suits a resident of Portugal who prefers a licensed site with local payments such as Multibanco and MB WAY, wants a lower playthrough on slots (30) and can supply a clean proof of IBAN on the first attempt. CasinoGuru's 9.2 supports that profile.

It suits poorly a player who needs published withdrawal limits and times in the terms, since the terms give none. It also suits poorly someone who may dispute a payout after more than 14 days, who wants roulette or banca francesa to clear a bonus at 90 and 120, or who lives outside Portugal.
