How Fair Go Casino got 4.4/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
Trustpilot4.3/5weight 10%
Combined: 8.6/10, shown as 4.4/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Fair Go Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Fair Go Casino is an Australian-dollar pokies site that says it has run since 2017, and its own pages publish more numbers than they usually do: a AU$100 minimum withdrawal, AU$2,500 per transfer, a AU$50 fee on bank transfers, a AU$10 maximum bet while a bonus is active, a AU$180 cap on free-money winnings and a balance that is voided after 12 months of inactivity. What the pages do not publish is a company name, a licence authority or a list of barred countries. Trustpilot gives 4.3 from 908 reviews. This review goes through the terms (version 1.0, effective 16 June 2025) clause by clause and shows where the casino's own pages disagree with each other.
No company name and no licence number in the terms
The terms (version 1.0, effective 16 June 2025) open with 'General Terms of Fair Go Casino' and refer to 'the Casino, we, us or our'. No operating company, registration number or licensing authority appears in them or in the page footer, which reads only 'Copyright © Fair Go Casino, 2026'. The homepage says the casino is 'operated under licence' and 'licensed and operating since 2017', but it does not say by whom. Clause 12 sends complaints to the casino itself, in writing, within 14 days, and does not name an outside dispute body. A player therefore has the casino's word and nothing more to check against.
The only independent score used here is Trustpilot's 4.3 from 908 reviews. No CasinoGuru Safety Index or AskGamblers rating is cited, because none could be confirmed for this brand. The site is aimed at Australians, takes AUD only and names Spin Logic as its game provider.
AU$2,500 per withdrawal, and two sets of weekly limits
The banking page lists three withdrawal routes: bank transfer, cryptocurrency and e-wallet. Each has a AU$100 minimum and a AU$2,500 maximum per transfer. Bank transfer costs AU$50 and the other two are free. The method table gives a limit per week and month of AU$2,500 and AU$10,000 for bank transfer, and AU$5,000 and AU$10,000 for crypto and e-wallet.
The FAQ on the same page says something different: up to AU$30,000 a month and AU$7,500 a week, varying with payment method and VIP status. Promotional term 27 repeats the AU$7,500 weekly figure and adds that Fair Go may pay larger wins over several weeks. Taking a AU$10,000 win as the example, the method table means 4 weeks by bank transfer at AU$2,500 a week or 2 weeks by crypto at AU$5,000, while the FAQ figure would pay AU$7,500 in the first week and the rest in the second. The AU$50 bank fee is 2% of a full AU$2,500 transfer but 50% of the AU$100 minimum.
Processing is stated as up to 2 business days on the banking page, the FAQ and the homepage, and the banking page adds that it can be longer with extra checks or public holidays. A pending withdrawal can be reversed while its status is pending, and a player with one pending cannot claim any bonus (promotional term 7).
Deposits from AU$5 with Lightning Bitcoin to AU$25 with other coins
All deposits are free and instant according to the banking page. Minimums depend on the route: AU$20 for the two card lines, Apple Pay or Google Pay and bank transfer, AU$10 for the voucher line and the e-wallet, AU$25 for three crypto lines, AU$10 for two others and AU$5 for Lightning Bitcoin. The review-site data for the casino lists 14 deposit methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, CashtoCode, eZeeWallet, JetBank Transfer, USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. Only three withdrawal routes exist, so a player who deposits with a voucher or card will be paid out by bank transfer, crypto or e-wallet, and clause 15 lets the casino pick the route.
Clause 27 requires every deposit to be wagered once (1x) before any withdrawal, and clause 34 ties the same rule to anti-money-laundering checks.
Verification: a 2-month bill in the terms, a 3-month bill on the verification page
Clause 14 says verification is required and lists a colour photo ID and a utility bill dated within the last 2 months. Verification is described as ongoing: an expired ID must be replaced, and source of funds or proof of how an e-wallet was funded may be requested later. Card users must also send colour copies of the card, front and back, plus ID proving ownership (clause 14.1).
The account verification page gives a different age: a proof of address 'not older than three months', which may be a utility bill, bank statement or card statement. It adds a selfie holding a government ID if asked, and a screenshot of the e-wallet account for e-wallet users. The FAQ says an account must be verified before winnings are paid. A player who wants the bill accepted should therefore send one dated within 2 months, which satisfies both pages. Promotional term 23 adds that withdrawals from free bonuses of AU$25 to AU$50 are only processed against a utility bill matching the registered address.
AU$180, 5x, 60x and a AU$10 bet cap: the bonus rules that decide what you keep
The welcome offer is 100% up to AU$200 on each of the first 5 deposits, AU$1,000 in total, with code WELCOME and a AU$20 minimum deposit. Deposit bonus coupons carry 30x on deposit plus bonus (promotional term 16), so a AU$200 deposit with a AU$200 bonus is wagered 30 times over a AU$400 balance. Free bonuses need 60x (term 5), so a AU$25 free bonus needs AU$1,500 of play, and table games, blackjack, video poker, craps, American roulette and baccarat do not count towards it.
A maximum bet of AU$10 applies throughout, and a bigger bet voids the promotion winnings. Free no-deposit bonuses cap the cash-out at 5x the bonus, which the terms illustrate as AU$500 from a AU$100 bonus (term 15), and free-money promotions in general pay at most AU$180 (term 22). The homepage FAQ nonetheless advertises 'no maximum cashout limit', which holds for deposit bonuses but not for these. A withdrawal from a coupon balance must also be started within 150 days of redeeming it, or the winnings are forfeited (term 13). Betting on red or black in roulette with a bonus voids winnings (term 14). A promotion is treated as finished when the balance falls below AU$0.50, and at that point any remaining bonus balance is cleared (term 6).
Cashback of 25% (40% for VIPs) is available through support on a busted deposit of at least AU$10 made without a bonus, with 20x wagering and a balance under AU$1; deposits up to 1 month old qualify (term 31).
Twelve months of silence voids the balance, and eleven ways to lose it sooner
Clause 17 treats an account inactive for 12 months as inactive and voids the balance. Clause 9 lists eleven situations in which the casino may void winnings and confiscate the balance, among them a second account (9.1), a card name that does not match the account (9.2), cashing in before a promotion's requirements are met (9.3), being labelled a bonus abuser (9.10), and having broken those rules at any other online casino (9.11). Clause 21 goes further: untrue or malicious public statements about the casino can lead to a frozen or confiscated balance and the player's name and e-mail being passed to other casinos and payment providers.
Clause 10 lets the casino withhold any amount after a chargeback, and clause 30 allows the terms to change at any time without notice. Clause 12 gives the player 14 days to dispute a result, and says the server result always wins over what the player's screen showed.
Promotional term 26 lists 38 countries whose players receive no bonuses, including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Brazil. The terms contain no list of countries barred from playing at all; clause 28 only says the service is not available to people in jurisdictions that prohibit it.
280 pokies from one named provider
The homepage promotes 'over 280' real-money pokies, while the FAQ says 250+; both name Spin Logic as the provider. Titles shown include Cash Bandits 3, Plentiful Treasure, Mighty Drums, Devil's Jackpot, Mermaid Royale and Fortunate Buddha, and an in-house pokie, Kev's Bush Bonanza, is promoted as available nowhere else. New pokies arrive 2 to 3 times a month according to the homepage. Table games are virtual blackjack, European roulette, baccarat and stud poker, plus video poker, keno and scratch cards. The casino states pokie RTP is about 97%, a house edge of 3%, and video poker Aces and Eights 99.78% (house edge 0.22%) and Jacks or Better 99.54% (house edge 0.46%); these are the casino's own figures, not an audit. The lobby jackpot is opt-in and takes a compulsory 0.01 cent from every spin.
Deposit limits by e-mail, self-exclusion by signed form
The responsible gambling page offers two tools. Daily or monthly deposit limits are set by contacting support by e-mail or chat, and the casino confirms by e-mail when the limit is reached. Self-exclusion works through a signed form for a week, a month, a year or permanently, and an excluded account is reactivated only after the term ends and management reviews it. The page describes no loss limit, session timer or self-assessment test. Support is open 24/7 by live chat, a call-back request or e-mail at support@fairgo.com.
Who Fair Go suits and who should look elsewhere
Fair Go suits an Australian player who deposits AU$20 to AU$200 at a time, plays pokies on one provider's catalogue, is content with bank or crypto payouts of AU$2,500 or less per transfer, and wants a written 2-business-day promise. A player who wins AU$10,000 should expect 2 to 4 weeks of payouts under the method table.
It does not suit a player who needs a named operator and a licence number before depositing, someone who wants table games to count towards bonus wagering, or a bonus player in one of the 38 listed countries. A free-bonus player should plan for the AU$180 cap and the 60x requirement, not for the headline figure, and anyone who might want to post a complaint publicly should read clause 21 first.
