How SpinIt got 3.6/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index7.2/10weight 60%
Trustpilot1.8/5weight 10%
Combined: 6.7/10, shown as 3.6/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for SpinIt, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Spinit (spinit.com) publishes a rulebook with hard numbers: withdrawals of €500 a day and €7,000 a month at level 1, a 3-business-day processing window, a €5 monthly fee after 180 days without a login, and 27 excluded countries including Estonia, Sweden, the UK and the Netherlands. What it does not publish is who runs it. The terms never name a company or a licence. CasinoGuru lists Stellar Ltd, established 2025, and says it operates without a licence, while gambling.com names an Anjouan licence. Trustpilot shows 1.7 from 207 reviews. This review sets the clauses against those records, and keeps the older, closed Spinit brand apart.
Who runs spinit.com: no company in the terms
The general terms (version 1.8, last updated 17 September 2025) define "Company" in clause 1.4 as "the company operating the Website" and never say which company that is. No registration number, address or licence appears in the terms. The footer only says that Spinit.com accepts customers over 18 and carries the year 2026. The one contact given in clause 13.1 is support@spinit.com.
Outside sources disagree. CasinoGuru names Stellar Ltd as owner and operator, established in 2025, with annual revenue above €5,000,000, and lists the licence authority as "None", with the note that the casino operates without a licence. Gambling.com's Canadian page gives Stellar Ltd, registration 15789, and a Gaming Board of Anjouan licence, ALSI-202411077-FI2. Casino.org's Austrian page shows Anjouan in one box and MGA and UKGC in another. Trustpilot lists the profile country as Malta. Four sources, four different pictures, and none of them is the casino's own page.
Not the Spinit that AskGamblers calls closed
A second Spinit existed before this one. AskGamblers states that Spinit Casino "has been closed", names Genesis Global Limited as operator, gives 2016 as the founding year and lists Malta Gaming Authority, Swedish and UK licences. That page shows 65 complaints, 53 of them resolved and 1 rejected, and a player rating of 4.5 out of 10 from 49 reviews. It lists only 8 game providers and the eCOGRA seal.
None of this belongs to spinit.com today. The current site has 123 providers according to CasinoGuru, 33 payment methods and no Swedish or UK access, since both countries are excluded in clause 2.3. A reader who sees MGA or UKGC next to the Spinit name on an affiliate page is probably looking at the old brand. Where this review quotes AskGamblers, it says so.
€500 a day, €7,000 a month: the level 1 payout ceiling
Clause 6.11 sets withdrawal limits by level, in euros per day and per month: level 1 is 500 and 7,000, level 2 is 500 and 10,000, level 3 is 800 and 12,000, level 4 is 1,000 and 15,000, and level 5 is 1,500 and 20,000. The level comes from activity in the 90 calendar days before the request (clause 6.12), and a customer who has not placed bets for a month drops to the lowest level. At level 1 a €4,000 balance takes 8 days to pay out at €500 a day, and the monthly ceiling of €7,000 is reached after 14 days of full payouts. At level 5 the same €4,000 takes 3 days.
A Trustpilot review of 11 March 2026 describes exactly this: a player who saw "up to $7800" said he held about $4,000 and was told only $500 could leave every 24 hours at level 1. Other currencies carry their own figures, for example 750 and 10,500 in Canadian dollars at level 1, and 5,000 and 70,000 in Norwegian kroner.
Three business days, Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT
Clause 6.15 says the finance department works through a request within 3 business days after it is made, or 3 business days after the previous request was paid. Agents process withdrawals only from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. A request sent on Friday evening therefore starts counting on Monday. If a bank transfer then takes the 3 to 5 days that gambling.com reports, the money reaches the account about 6 to 8 business days after the Friday request.
Only 3 withdrawals can be pending at once (clause 6.13). The Company may also pay with a different method than the one requested (6.10). On deposits, the minimum and maximum are set at the Company's discretion (6.5) and no amount is printed in the terms. CasinoGuru's list of 33 methods covers Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Revolut, bank transfer, Interac and 9 crypto options including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin and Cardano.
30 days to send documents, 10 days to check them
Clause 5.1 lists certified ID, proof of residence, proof of payment method ownership and transaction histories such as bank or card statements. Verification can happen before or after deposits and withdrawals (5.2). The player has 30 days after a request to supply everything; until then payment can be withheld and the account suspended, and after that it can be closed permanently (5.3). The Company says it usually checks documents within 10 days after a complete answer. Clause 5.5 adds phone calls and face verification.
For a refund, clause 6.6.4 is harsher: if documents are not given within 30 days, the account is closed and the player forfeits all funds, and the decision is "final, binding and not subject to appeal". CasinoGuru records a EUR 391 withdrawal from Germany, dated 10 April 2026, delayed over verification and closed after the documents were provided.
€5 a month after 180 days, and 15% on unplayed deposits
An account with no login for 180 days counts as inactive, and a €5 administration fee may be charged each month, or the whole balance if it is below €5. The fee can be changed without notice (clause 6.18). Estonia and Belgium are among the 27 jurisdictions in clause 2.3, together with Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Clause 6.8 requires a x1 rollover of every deposit. If the bets placed are lower than the deposit, the Company may cancel the winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.5, or 15% when the deposit came by card or bank transfer. On a €200 card deposit that is €30. Wrongly credited funds can be deducted (6.20), and a positive balance can be written off against sums owed (6.22). A read of the rules on 29 October 2026 also shows clause 6.7, which lets the Company decline a withdrawal if wagering in the calendar month is under €20. That clause is not in the February copy.
The welcome offer of €500 and the bet limit that sources disagree on
The promotions page of 29 October 2026 shows a casino welcome of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, or a sports alternative of 100% up to €100 that cannot be combined with it. Wagering must be finished within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses (clause 7.12). Slots count 100%, live games, table games, video poker and Plinko 10%, Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly 50%, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds. A no-deposit bonus carries x40 wagering and a payout cap of 5 times the bonus, so a €20 bonus pays at most €100.
The maximum bet is a conflict. The terms prohibit single bets above €5 before wagering is met (clause 7.19). The 29 October read of the rules gave €100, and gambling.com's Canadian page says C$10. Until the live terms can be read again, the €5 figure is the stricter reading. The bonus page of this site carries the full welcome terms. Free spins won without a deposit are capped at €80, and spins bought in the shop release at most €50 after x40 wagering within 10 days.
€700 weekend reload, 15% daily cashback and a €350,000 tournament pool
The promotions page of 29 October 2026 lists recurring offers around the welcome package: a weekly reload of 50 free spins plus 50%, a weekend reload of €700 plus 50 free spins, a daily cashback of 15% up to €400, a live casino cashback of up to 25% of the previous week's losses with a banner figure of €200, and a tournament pool of €350,000. The wheel of fortune annex adds bonus money valid for 7 days with a 5x payout cap and shop spins that must be played within 7 days.
Every one of these is subject to clause 7.3, which lets the Company deny or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and calls its decision on disputes final and non-negotiable.
Games, languages and support
CasinoGuru counts 123 providers, among them NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming and Aviatrix, and marks slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, jackpots, keno, scratch cards, crash games, live shows and eSports betting as available. The footer of the site adds a sportsbook with live betting and virtual sports, tournaments, a shop and VIP levels. Seventeen interface languages are shown in the footer, CasinoGuru counts 16.
Support is by email at support@spinit.com and, according to CasinoGuru, live chat around the clock. The terms handle self-exclusion by email as well (clause 3.8). CasinoGuru marks all 10 responsible gambling tools as missing: no deposit, wager, loss or time limit, no cool-off, no reality check. AskGamblers lists limits and self-exclusion, but that page describes the closed operator.
Safety Index 7.2 or 8.2, 1,502 complaints or 5
CasinoGuru's figures for spinit.com do not agree with each other. A record of 15 October 2026 shows a Safety Index of 8.2 (High), terms rated Fair and 1,502 complaints on file, of which 710 resolved, 717 unresolved, 58 open and 17 rejected. A second record the same day shows a Safety Index of 7.2 (Above average) and 5 complaints. The 1,502 figure looks like a mix-up with another page, so it should not be relied on.
The individual cases are still telling. CasinoGuru lists a delayed withdrawal from Norway on 4 May 2026, still waiting for a reply, and an account closed and reopened without consent in Spain on 15 April 2026. Its user reviews include a Latvian player who says withdrawing even €50 was impossible. On Trustpilot, 207 reviews average 1.7, with 70% at one star and 23% at five. A review of 3 May 2026 says a withdrawal was cancelled several times with no reason given, and another of 25 October 2025 says a second bonus could not be activated while the first was active. No company replies appear in the samples read. The earlier Trustpilot figures differ slightly: 1.9 from 201 reviews in one file and 1.8 from 206 in another, so the profile has drifted down as reviews were added.
For the closed operator, AskGamblers shows a South African complaint over R10,000 and about €6,000 pending for three weeks, a UK case of £2,400 from November 2022 and a €1,750 dispute from the same month. Those cases concern the old brand and are included only to show the scale of what AskGamblers recorded: 65 complaints, against 4.5 out of 10 from players.
Who might use Spinit and who should stay away
The terms suit a player who deposits small amounts, plays slots, accepts a daily ceiling of €500 and is not resident in any of the 27 excluded jurisdictions. Someone expecting a €4,000 payout within a few days, a named operator or a licence they can look up in a register will not find those here. The 15% charge on card deposits that are not wagered and the 30-day forfeiture clause matter most for people who deposit by card and play little.
Players from Estonia, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are excluded by clause 2.3, and anyone who wants a licensed operator should check the licence first, since CasinoGuru says there is none and no official page names one.
