The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
High 5 Casino is a US sweepstakes casino run by High 5 Entertainment, LLC of Mahwah, New Jersey. Its Sweepstakes Official Rules, version 45.0 of 29 October 2026, set the cash redemption minimum at 100 Sweeps Coins, each worth $1.00, allow up to 10 days to process a prize and exclude 22 states, including California, New York and Pennsylvania. Players must be 21 or older. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.6, High, AskGamblers shows 6 from 9 ratings and Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 3,611 reviews. The sections below follow the rules and terms clause by clause and say who this fits.
High 5 Entertainment, LLC and the sweepstakes model
The site at high5casino.com belongs to High 5 Entertainment, LLC, with its address at P.O. Box 695, Mahwah, New Jersey 07430. The Terms of Use are version 47.0 and the Sweepstakes Official Rules version 45.0, both dated 29 October 2026, and the rules are governed by Delaware law. High 5 holds no gambling licence, and CasinoGuru lists none, because the product is built as a sweepstakes: no real-money bets are placed.
Two currencies sit side by side. Game Coins are for freemium play and cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought under any circumstances; they arrive as a free bonus with specially marked Game Coin packs, as a daily login reward, through promotions, or by post. The mail-in route pays 3 Sweeps Coins per request card sent to the Mahwah box, and the code printed for the card expires 60 days after it is shown. A player who wanted to reach the 100 Sweeps Coin cash minimum by post alone would need 34 cards.
22 excluded states and a separate Classic version
Clause 2.1 of the rules and clause 3.1.4 of the terms exclude Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia from the sweepstakes platform. That is 22 states. A shorter list of 4 states, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan and Washington, applies to the Classic platform, which allows Game Coin play only. The terms add that Classic is available to participants in Canada.
Oklahoma shows how fast the list moves. From 15 October 2026 new accounts there stopped and purchases ended for existing players. Existing accounts could still play and redeem Sweeps Coins until 29 October 2026, and from that date nobody can access High 5 while located in the state. Players must be 21 or older, and the terms bar VPNs and proxies that mask a real location (clause 3.1.11), so a player in a listed state cannot simply route around the exclusion.
100 Sweeps Coins to cash out, 50 for a non-cash prize
Clause 8.2 of the rules sets two thresholds. A cash prize needs at least 100 eligible Sweeps Coins and a non-cash prize needs at least 50. For redemption only, 1 Sweeps Coin equals $1.00, so the cash floor is $100. Coins that came as a bonus are not eligible at once: clause 7.7 says they must be played at least once, and the sponsor may require more than one play.
The rules reserve the right to charge handling and payment processing fees (clause 8.4) and to refund purchases instead of paying a prize (clause 8.3). The site does not publish the fee amount. The casino redemption page is reported to list Skrill up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins in 1 to 2 business days, which needs a prior Skrill purchase, Trustly bank transfer up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins in 3 to 5 business days, and Prizeout digital cards from 50 to 250 Sweeps Coins.
Up to 10 days, one request per 48 hours
Clause 8.7 says processing can take up to 10 days and that identity checks may add delay. Prizes of $2,000 or more, whether from one request or several adding up in a calendar year, can take longer because of security and fraud checks, and the player must give a Social Security number. Clause 8.8 allows one redemption request per account in any 48-hour period.
The ceilings are generous for a sweepstakes site. Clause 8.10 lets the sponsor cap redemptions at $10,000 per calendar day and $100,000 per calendar month, and it may change those limits without notice. A $25,000 prize would therefore take at least 3 days of daily caps, plus the 48-hour spacing between requests. Clause 8.9 also states a limit of $5,000 per sweepstakes entry period in Florida, with the excess deferred to the next period. AskGamblers lists bank payouts up to 10 days and pending times of 1 to 5 days, which fits the rules.
KYC at every redemption, and no passports
Clause 9.2 allows the sponsor to run identity checks each time a player redeems, not only once. The documents named in the terms are a driver's licence or a state identification card, a utility bill matching the account address, source of wealth or source of funds papers such as a pay slip or bank statement, and proof of the payment method. Passports are not accepted, which matters for players without a US driving licence. The rules add biometric face scan and Social Security number validation as possible steps.
Play is not blocked while a check runs. Clause 8.7 warns that a player can play through the coins under review, and a prize is only issued up to the eligible balance that remains. Tax withholding may apply, and the participant agrees to supply a valid Social Security number (clause 8.5).
60 days of silence and other clauses that cost coins
An account counts as dormant after 60 consecutive days without a login, the coins expire, and clause 4.9 lets the casino suspend or close the account without notice. Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if the account is suspended or terminated for any reason (rules clause 6.3). One account is allowed per person or per IP address, and linked devices or an overlapping payment method can lead to voided balances (clause 4.2).
Purchases are final, in US dollars, with no refunds (clause 2.4). The name on the payment method must match the account (clause 6.1), and a chargeback becomes a debt that can suspend the account (clause 6.3). Claims must be filed within 1 year (clause 14.3), and the sole remedy is limited to the amount of the player's own purchases in the year before the claim (clause 14.4). Arbitration applies with a 30-day opt-out.
Track record: 8.6 on CasinoGuru, 6 on AskGamblers
CasinoGuru gives High 5 a Safety Index of 8.6, High, with one US page showing 8.4. AskGamblers shows a player rating of 6 from 9 ratings, which is a small sample, and lists self-exclusion and a self-assessment test as the responsible gambling tools, with no deposit, loss or time limits. Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 3,611 reviews. The review sites give no complaint total.
The casino states that support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by email at support@high5casino.com. The terms refer to a Responsible Social Gameplay policy, but they describe no tools beyond the review-site listings.
The welcome offer in one paragraph
AskGamblers lists a no-deposit package of 3 Sweeps Coins, 400 Game Coins and 300 Diamonds, and a first-purchase package of 33 Sweeps Coins, 550 Game Coins and 350 Diamonds plus 1 Sweeps Coin a day for 4 days, for $9.99. The refer-a-friend scheme pays only after the friend verifies and spends at least $10 within 30 days, and the scheme stops at 20 referred friends per calendar month.
Who High 5 suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player aged 21 or older in a state outside the list of 22, who wants to cash out around $100 or more, accepts up to 10 days of waiting and can show a US driver's licence or state ID. The $10,000 daily and $100,000 monthly caps leave room for larger prizes.
It does not suit a player in California, New York, Pennsylvania or any other listed state, a player holding only a passport, or anyone who plays in bursts, because a 60-day gap wipes the coin balance. Anyone counting on a fast, fee-free cash-out should note that the rules reserve fees and a KYC round at every redemption.
