Anjouan Gaming Board and the operator names behind the footer

The terms of use, last updated 3 January 2024, name the Anjouan Gaming Board as the body whose accredited ADR providers handle disputes, and say that Anjouan does not mediate individual disputes. The site footer names Arachis Media Ltd as the licensed company and, in some jurisdictions, Bamboo Media, number 11548, registered in Anjouan. For a dispute the terms name EGIS-ADR as the appointed ADR provider.

The About text says 300+ slots, table games and poker tournaments, plus Hot Drop Jackpots and a live dealer lobby. Ignition has a separate Australian version, ignitionpoker.com serves Latin American poker players, and it is not available in Canada, so this review covers the .eu site for US players.

Five states barred, 18 as the minimum age

Players must be 18 or older. A player who plans to visit or move to a barred state must tell the casino promptly, and the account is then put on temporary hold or closed, with any available balance returned. Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York are prohibited (clause 2.3). An account reached from one of them loses its access rights, its balance may be treated as null and void, and any attempt to circumvent the ban closes the account with the remaining funds lost. The minimum coin values are 0.0001 BTC, 0.001 BCH, 0.01 LTC and 5 USDT, and a deposit below the listed value will not be honoured. The bank can add cash advance fees and international service fees of up to 3%, which Ignition says it neither collects nor benefits from.

$100 to withdraw Bitcoin, $10 for Litecoin

Withdrawals are per coin. Litecoin starts at $10 and pays up to $9,500 per request with a $180,000 weekly limit. Bitcoin starts at $100, pays up to $9,500 and has a $90,000 weekly limit. Bitcoin Cash pays $10 to $2,500 with $2,500 a week, Bitcoin SV $10 to $9,500, Ethereum and Tether $50 to $2,500, and Lightning $10 to $10,000 with a separate daily limit. Crypto requests are allowed once every 15 minutes, and the maximum may differ per account.

Vouchers pay $10 to $3,000 instantly and MatchPay $10 to $2,000, twice per calendar day. A $9,500 Bitcoin win fits in one request, a $20,000 win needs 3, and the $90,000 weekly cap is the limit.

About 24 hours of approval, then 15 minutes to 24 hours

Approval usually takes about 24 hours. After that Bitcoin arrives within 24 hours, Lightning within 15 minutes, and Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin within 1 hour. Voucher and Player Transfer withdrawals are instant unless extra review is needed. The funds and any fees leave the playable balance the moment the request is made.

A Bitcoin cash-out therefore runs up to 48 hours from request to wallet, and a Litecoin cash-out up to 25 hours.

Verification, collection clauses and 18 months of silence

Withdrawals are subject to proof of address and government identification (clause 4.8), and the casino may pay by an alternative method. A disputed deposit forfeits the winnings made since, and a negative balance is a debt that may go to a collections agency (clause 4.7). Fees may be recovered if little play follows a deposit (clause 4.6), and the casino may set a limit on the funds a player can deposit (clause 4.4). Nothing in the terms states how long identity checks take.

An account is dormant after 18 months without a deposit, withdrawal or wager. On the 18th month it may be disabled without notice and balances may be zeroed. The terms for Slots.lv add a notice at 17 months; Ignition's text does not. Unfinished game rounds become void after 60 days.

Poker rules: 30 seconds, four chat languages, chip dumping

A player who drops out of a cash game gets an extra 30 seconds to act, after which the hand is folded. Poker chat is allowed in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin only. Collusion, chip dumping and information sharing bring a permanent ban and forfeited balances, and external player assistance programs lead to closed accounts and voided winnings.

Transfers between player accounts are not allowed, and a chip-dumping transfer may be reversed. The casino may also stop two players from sitting at the same poker table or tournament, and a player may not discuss a hand until it is finished.

$125 and 1X bonus caps, 25x wagering

A no-deposit bonus under $100 pays out at most $125, and one above $100 at most 1X the bonus, unless the bonus terms say otherwise. Playthrough not met within 6 months forfeits the rest.
