AskGamblers CasinoRank6.2/10weight 30%

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Lolo Casino is a 2025 Anjouan-licensed site whose own terms, last updated 17 March 2025, cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month, pay a player with a single deposit no more than 15x that deposit, and may charge €10 a month on an account idle for 6 months. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 4.3 (Low) in its October 2026 record and 5.4 (Below average) in an earlier record, with 2 complaints on file. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.2 and a player rating of 4.3 from only 4 reviews, and Trustpilot has no usable profile. The terms repeat the clauses of two sister casinos, so this review sets out what is specific to Lolo and where its sources disagree.
Green Champions Leader SRL and licence ALSI-202502014-FI1
Clause 1.1 of the terms names Green Champions Leader SRL, Costa Rica, registration 3-102-917157, as owner and operator, and says the site is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202502014-FI1. The payment processor is Widoma Trading Co. Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus, registration HE 468781. CasinoGuru repeats the owner and the licence number, lists the authority as the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority and dates the casino to 2025. AskGamblers names the same Anjouan government as regulator.
Two other casinos run on the same operator, the same licence and the same legal text: Spinny Casino and SpinTexas. Clause numbers and wording match, for example 63.1 on withdrawal limits, 6.2 on dormant accounts and 56.10.1 on verification. Clause 8.4 says self-exclusion on one site does not automatically carry over to the other sites under the same licence.
Governing law is the law of Anjouan (clause 32.1) and the courts of Costa Rica have non-exclusive jurisdiction (32.2), while clause 42.6 says the laws of Costa Rica apply. The terms say account creation is prohibited from 12 jurisdictions: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar (2.5.4). The profile data blocks only 6 countries (US, GB, AU, CU, AF, MM), fewer than the terms.
€5,000 a day, €25,000 a month and a payout cut at €30,000
Clause 63.1 limits withdrawals to €25,000 per calendar month and €5,000 per day per account. The daily figure depends on the payment method, verification status, account history, risk assessment and loyalty status, so €5,000 is a ceiling, not a promise. If a customer wins more than €30,000, the casino may split the payout into monthly instalments, and anything above the limits goes back into the account for later days or months. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
The arithmetic: a €2,000 win clears in a day. A €25,000 win reaches the monthly cap after 5 days of €5,000. A €60,000 win takes 3 months at the monthly cap (€25,000, €25,000, €10,000).
The payments page shows 14 deposit ranges. Thirteen start at €25 and one at €20; two end at €500, one at €150, two at €2,000, one at €5,000 and eight at €100,000. The page shows no fees or times, and the method names did not render.
- Daily cap: €5,000 (clause 63.1)
- Monthly cap: €25,000 (clause 63.1)
- Instalments possible above €30,000 (clause 63.1)
- Deposit ranges on the payments page: 14, from €20 or €25 up to €100,000
72 hours from approval, and the conflict over cards
Clause 62.1 says payments are processed in a time not exceeding 72 hours from the moment the Payments department approves the request. The clock starts at approval, not at the request. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, crypto at 0 to 1 hours, bank transfers at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 1 to 5 days. The profile data gives e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, bank transfers 3 to 5 days, cards 1 to 3 days and pending 0 to 24 hours. Put the AskGamblers bank figures together and a bank payout can take 12 days (a 5-day pending period plus 7 days).
The sources disagree on cards. AskGamblers marks card withdrawals as not offered, while the profile data names Visa and Mastercard among 8 withdrawal methods, the others being Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, MiFinity and bank transfer. Clause 9.12 allows administrative charges on withdrawals; no amount is given.
Two rules slow a first payout. A further rule requires the player to bet 100% of the payment as a deposit at odds of at least 1.50 before ordering the first payment, written as an anti-fraud measure. Clause 63.4 requires every deposit to be wagered at least 3 times, so a €100 deposit needs €300 of bets before it can come out.
The 15x limit: a €100 deposit can pay out at most €1,500
Clause 63.2 says a player with 1 deposit only is eligible to cash out a maximum of 15x the initial deposit and that all further winnings are removed on the withdrawal request. A €25 deposit therefore caps at €375 and a €100 deposit at €1,500. A player who turns €100 into €2,000 on that single deposit would see €500 removed.
Other clauses that can empty a balance are specific. An account with no login for 6 consecutive months is dormant (6.1), and the casino may charge €10 a month, or the balance if lower, and may close the account and reset the balance to zero without notice (6.2). A €60 balance is gone in 6 fees. A chargeback blocks the account, and each of two written reminders carries a €50 fee on untainted funds (7.2); those funds are treated as dormant after 30 consecutive months (7.3).
A bonus may be used at most 6 times per calendar month. Complaints about a bet are not considered after 30 days and about a game after 12 weeks (25.1), liability is capped at €2,000 (19.3.3), and fees caused by a complaint to a regulator can be deducted.
Verification at €2,000, with a 30-day clock
Clause 56.10.1 makes verification mandatory when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000. The documents named are identity cards, bank cards, bank statements, source of wealth, source of funds and utility bills, and the casino may ask for a selfie with ID, a selfie with ID and a special sign, or a call or video call. When documents are requested, any pending withdrawals are cancelled, so the request must be placed again after verification (56.10.1 and 56.10.2). An account not verified within 30 days of the initial request is frozen for play and transactions, and a player who refuses or cannot provide documents risks suspension and confiscation of the available funds.
The AML policy adds that withdrawals are open only to verified accounts and that transactions above USD 10,000 within 24 hours are monitored. A VPN or forged documents let the casino void winnings and forfeit the balance (12.10). The terms do not say how long the review takes once documents arrive.
A 350% welcome package on the site, 200% in the profile data, 250% at AskGamblers
The welcome page offers 350% up to €2,000 and 1,000 free spins over three deposits: 125% up to €750 with 250 spins, 100% up to €750 with 250 spins and 125% up to €500 with 500 spins, from €25, wagering 30x deposit plus bonus within 30 days, spins on Bigger Bass Splash at €0.10 each. The terms contradict the page: clause 58.3.4 sets 45x deposit plus bonus for casino bonuses, 35x for live casino, 20x on free-spin winnings and 25x on chips. On a €100 deposit with the 125% bonus matched in full, 30x means €6,750 of bets (1,350 bets at the €5 limit) and 45x means €10,125 (2,025 bets). The maximum bet with a bonus is €5, or 15% of the bonus if lower (58.3.10), and slots count 100%, table games 20%.
The profile data shows 200% up to €600 with 200 spins, and AskGamblers lists 250% up to €2,500 with 100 spins at 45x, among 7 offers. Validity is 30 days in clause 58.3.1 but 7 days in the bonus terms (1.10). Bonus winnings are capped by deposit size on special promotions: 3x the deposit at 200% and above, 6x between 150% and 200%, down to 12x at 25% to 99% (58.3.3).
13,000 games, 8 support languages and a short list of safeguards
The about page claims more than 13,000 slots and live games from over 100 providers, and AskGamblers says more than 12,000 games. CasinoGuru's record has no provider count but praises the live dealer range and calls the site Bitcoin-friendly. The about page names live chat and 24/7 email, AskGamblers says chat is open 24/7, and CasinoGuru lists 8 support languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Italian, French, Dutch and Norwegian.
The responsible gaming page offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, set by contacting support; increases take effect after 24 hours and decreases at once (clause 4.2). Self-exclusion is by email, with a 24-hour cooling-off stage, and if the player does not answer within a further 24 hours the account is reopened (5.2). AskGamblers counts 4 of 10 tools (deposit limit, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check); CasinoGuru lists limited responsible gaming options among its drawbacks.
A Safety Index of 4.3 or 5.4, 2 complaints and no Trustpilot page
CasinoGuru's October 2026 record gives a Safety Index of 4.3, Low, rates the terms unfair, finds no blacklist entry and lists 2 complaints. The May 2026 record gave 5.4, Below average, with terms rated fair. The two records are 5 months apart and disagree on both the score and the fairness verdict. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.2 and a player rating of 4.3 from 4 reviews, too few to judge. Trustpilot has no usable profile: the lolocasino.me page was removed by Trustpilot, and the other domains have no profile.
No individual complaint case is in the saved data, so no amount or outcome can be quoted.
Who Lolo suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player who deposits large amounts at once, so that 15x of the deposit stays above any realistic win, who has no plan to leave the account idle for 6 months and who accepts a €5 bet limit under a bonus.
It is a poor fit for a player who deposits €25 to €50 and hopes for a large win, because 15x of €25 is €375. It does not suit residents of the 12 jurisdictions in clause 2.5.4, anyone who wants a regulator with a track record of resolving player disputes, or a player who would rather see a Safety Index above 5.4 before depositing. A win above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments.
