How Lucky Block got 2.1/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index1.6/10weight 60%
  • AskGamblers CasinoRank7.4/10weight 30%

Combined: 3.5/10, shown as 2.1/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Lucky Block, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Lucky Block is a crypto casino and sportsbook that CasinoGuru rates 1.6 on its Safety Index (Very low) with 44 complaints, while AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.4. The casino's own terms, last updated 17 September 2026, set fiat withdrawal limits of €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month, charge a dormant-account fee of 10% a month after 180 days without a bet, and take an 8% fee (minimum €4) on withdrawals when the deposit was never wagered. Verification starts at a €2,000 deposit or at the first withdrawal. The welcome offer is 200% up to €25,000 with 35x wagering. This review sets those clauses against the review sites' records.

Curacao and Anjouan licences, a B.V. owner and a 2022 start

CasinoGuru names Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. as owner, dates the brand to 2022 and lists two licences: the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board of Comoros. The terms themselves do not name an operating company in their introduction. Clause 22.6 says a customer who is not satisfied can complain to the licensing body, which it names as Gaming Services Provider N.V.

The site combines a casino lobby, a sportsbook with its own sports terms, prediction markets, a Telegram casino and a token called $LBLOCK with staking. CasinoGuru counts 68 game providers and 18 payment methods. Support runs by email at help@luckyblock.com, and complaints go to a separate address, complaints@luckyblock.com. CasinoGuru records live chat as available 24 hours a day.

€4,000 a day, €20,000 a month: what the limits mean for a big win

Clause 9.6 of the terms gives two sets of limits. The standard maximum is €150,000 per rolling 30 days, and a player classified as VIP may be approved for €500,000 per rolling 30 days. Separate fiat limits sit underneath: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, with larger amounts allowed at the casino's discretion case by case.

The sums are easy to work out. A €20,000 win paid in fiat cannot be taken at the €4,000 daily rate for 5 days, because the weekly cap of €10,000 stretches it to 2 weeks, and it then uses the whole €20,000 monthly cap. A €100,000 win would need 5 months at the fiat monthly limit unless the casino agrees to pay more. AskGamblers lists a withdrawal limit of €500,000 a month, which matches the VIP figure in the terms, not the €20,000 fiat monthly line, so the two sources describe different tiers.

The minimum withdrawal is €10 per transaction (clause 9.1). Clause 9.8 says the casino aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours once identity and security checks are satisfied. AskGamblers shows 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets and a pending time of 0 to 24 hours, and marks cards and bank transfers as not offered.

  • Standard maximum: €150,000 per rolling 30 days; VIP: up to €500,000
  • Fiat: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week, €20,000 per month
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10
  • Target processing: 24 hours after checks

The 8% fee on a deposit that was never wagered

Clause 9.2 says withdrawals carry no commission if the deposit was wagered at least once. Otherwise the casino may deduct 8% with a minimum of €4, which it justifies as an anti-money-laundering measure. On a €500 deposit taken straight back out, the fee is €40. On anything under €50, the €4 minimum applies, so a €25 deposit withdrawn untouched loses the €4 minimum.

Withdrawals must go back to the method used to deposit (clause 9.4), and a different method is allowed only at the casino's discretion with extra checks. A chargeback or reversed payment brings an administration fee of €50 (clause 10.1) and forfeiture of any winnings made with those funds (clause 8.4). Deposit fees are mostly absorbed by the casino (clause 8.2), but deposits in another currency are converted at the oanda.com rate or the bank's rate.

Three verification steps, the first at a €2,000 deposit

The AML policy describes a three-step process. Step one is a form with name, date of birth, country, gender and address, and every user who withdraws must complete it. Step two applies to anyone who deposits more than €2,000 or withdraws any amount: the withdrawal, tip or deposit is held until the user sends an ID photographed next to a note with a six-digit random number, and an electronic check runs against two databases. Step three starts at a deposit or withdrawal above $5,000, or a transfer to another user above $3,000, and asks for a source of wealth.

Countries are sorted into risk regions. For the medium-risk region the thresholds fall to $1,000 for step two and $2,500 for step three, with $500 and $1,000 for transfers between users. A user from a low-risk region who converts crypto into another currency is treated as medium risk. A deposit above €5,000, in one payment or several, freezes the account until the source of wealth is explained.

Proof of address must be a utility bill or official document issued within the last 3 months. The policy says records are kept for at least 10 years. The terms add that verification can be demanded at any time, including a selfie or a verification call (clause 9.3). The AML page does not state how long a review takes.

180 days of silence, then 10% a month

Clause 7 classifies an account as Dormant after 180 days without a bet. A maintenance fee of 10% of the remaining balance may then be deducted each month until the balance is €5 or less, at which point the remainder may be forfeited. The casino promises at least 30 days of email notice before deductions start, and one bet on the account stops further deductions. Applied to a €100 balance, the monthly deduction shrinks only slowly: after 29 deductions the balance is under €5, so the fee runs for more than 2 years.

The same clause covers accounts blocked for incomplete KYC or source-of-funds checks. If such an account stays unverified for 180 days, it can also be classed Dormant and charged. A player whose account is held at the €2,000 or €5,000 thresholds should therefore treat unanswered document requests as a cost, not a pause.

Other clauses that affect money: disputes about a wager must be lodged within 3 days of the decision (clause 22.4), results are final after 72 hours (clause 12.2), and the casino's liability is capped at the lower of the wager value or €500 (clause 15.2). VPNs and proxies are banned (clause 3.4).

200% up to €25,000: 35x, a €5 bet cap and a 10x cash-out limit

The home page advertises 200% up to €25,000 plus 50 free spins on Moneyfest, and the FAQ on the same page puts the qualifying deposit at €20. The bonus terms, updated 1 September 2026, set 35x on the bonus amount, a maximum bet of €5 per round, no feature buys and a cash-out cap of 10 times the bonus. Slots count 100%, table games 20%, and dice, arcade and roulette 0%.

For a €20 deposit the bonus is €40 and wagering is 35 times the €40 bonus, which is €1,400. The most that can be withdrawn from it is €400. Asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is done forfeits the bonus. Clause 17.2.2 of the general terms bans covering more than 50% of outcomes in one round, such as black and red on roulette or 19 or more straight-up numbers, and clause 17.3 lets the casino withhold real-money balances to cover losses from abuse.

Eleven VIP levels, with prioritised withdrawals from €1M

The VIP page lists 11 levels from Rookie at €0 to Legend at €25M of wagering. Joker starts at €300, Spinner at €1K, Ace at €10K, Gambit at €50K and Pioneer at €100K. Cashback reaches up to 20%. A dedicated manager and prioritised withdrawals appear first at Royal, which needs €1M of wagering, so a player at the standard limits has no queue priority for a very long way.

The sportsbook, the crash and instant games, and 68 providers are the other sides of the product. The responsible gambling page does not list limit tools. It recommends setting your own deposit and time limits and offers self-exclusion on request by email, for a period between 6 months and 5 years. Clause 6.9 says a self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours. AskGamblers counts only 1 of 10 responsible gambling tools, self-exclusion, as present.

Safety Index 1.6, 44 complaints and no Trustpilot score

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 1.6, in its Very low tier, and it logs 44 complaints. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.4 and a player rating of 7.5 from 41 ratings. Trustpilot has 582 reviews but displays no TrustScore for the page. The gap between a 1.6 and a 7.4 is large, and the sources do not break down the 44 complaints by amount or outcome, so no individual case can be cited here.

Who it suits, and 37 places where it is closed

It suits a crypto player who deposits and wagers at least once before withdrawing, keeps withdrawals within €4,000 a day, and is prepared to complete the first verification step before the first cash-out. It also suits someone who will play at least one bet every 180 days.

It is a poor fit for a player who deposits more than €5,000 and expects no questions about the source of wealth, for a player who may leave a balance idle for six months, and for one who expects a bank-card cash-out, since AskGamblers lists cards and bank transfers as not offered. Clause 4.1.3 closes the casino to 37 countries and territories, among them the USA, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus and Curacao itself. The UK, Germany and Estonia are not on that list.
