The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Money X is run by MX Holding Ltd. under Anjouan licence ALSI-082404007-FI1, and its terms (last updated 30 September 2026) hold figures that decide what a player keeps. Withdrawals are limited to €5,000 per month when the balance is at least 10 times the deposits and €10,000 otherwise. Taking money out without having wagered the deposit once costs 8%, with a €4 minimum. Disputes must be lodged within 3 days of a bet being decided. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.7 (Above average) with 3 complaints, Trustpilot shows 3.4 stars from a single review, and AskGamblers has no page for the casino.
MX Holding Ltd., company 16325, and an Anjouan licence
Clause 1 names MX Holding Ltd., registration number 16325, with its address at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The licence is issued in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, licence number ALSI-082404007-FI1. The homepage footer carries a verification seal from the Anjouan gaming board. Governing law is that of the state of Anjouan, the English version prevails (25.5), and a player who cannot settle a dispute with the casino has the right to arbitration (21.6).
CasinoGuru lists the owner as MX GROUP N.V. rather than MX Holding Ltd., and gives 2021 as the founding year. The two names conflict, so the terms are the safer source for who the contract is with. CasinoGuru verified the licence and rates the terms as fair, with no issues found.
€5,000 or €10,000 a month: the 10x balance rule
Clause 8.6 sets a monthly withdrawal limit that depends on the balance. If the balance is at least 10 times the player's total deposits, the limit is €5,000 per month. In all other cases it is €10,000. The player whose balance has grown to 10 times the deposits is therefore the one held to the lower limit. An €18,000 win on a small deposit would take 4 months to withdraw at €5,000 per month, against 2 months at €10,000. The line is crossed once a player who deposited €1,370 holds a balance of €13,700. Over 12 months the lower limit allows at most €60,000 and the higher one €120,000.
The minimum withdrawal is €10 per transaction, except when closing an account (clause 8.1). Withdrawals go back to the original card, account or method used to deposit (8.4); other routes are allowed only after extra security checks. Daily and weekly limits are not stated, and processing times are not published, so the sources give no number of hours or days for a payout.
The 8% fee with a €4 minimum
Clause 8.2 says there is no withdrawal commission if the player has wagered the deposit at least once. Otherwise the casino may deduct 8%, with a minimum of €4, which it describes as an anti-money-laundering measure. On €100 the fee is €8, on €300 it is €24, on €5,000 it is €400, on a €1,375 withdrawal it is €110, and on the €10 minimum the €4 floor takes 40%. A player who deposits and withdraws without playing through the money loses a fixed share of it.
Deposits are normally free for the player, as the casino absorbs most transaction fees (clause 7.2), but conversions use the oanda.com daily rate or the processor's rate (7.1). A chargeback, denial or reversal brings an administration fee of €50 (9.1), and winnings made with charged-back funds are forfeited (7.4).
Sixteen payment methods, from SBP and YooMoney to Toncoin
The profile data lists 16 methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Visa, Mastercard, SBP, Piastrix, FKWallet, YooMoney, and the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT, TRON, USDC, BNB, Dash and Toncoin. CasinoGuru counts 24 payment methods, so its count is higher than ours. The account currencies we recorded are RUB, USD, BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT and TRX. Clause 5.8 says some methods do not process in every currency, and a conversion calculator is shown when that applies.
Deposits must come from an account, card or payment system in the player's own name (clause 7.1). Clause 3.4 forbids VPNs and proxies that mask the real location.
Eight named countries and the FATF list
Clause 4.1.3 bars residents of, or visitors from, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, and the USA and its territories. It adds all FATF blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan authority deems prohibited. That makes 8 named entries plus two open categories. Clause 8.7 warns that successful processing of withdrawals cannot be guaranteed if a player breaches the restricted-use clauses 3.3 and 4.
Photo ID, utility bill and selfie before a withdrawal
Clause 5.2 says the casino may require a verified account to bet or withdraw, with a picture ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill showing name and address. Wagering can be suspended until the documents arrive. Clause 8.3 adds a selfie or a verification call and says the checks can be repeated at any time during the relationship, not only at the first payout. The terms give no deadline for how long a check takes.
3 days to dispute, €500 liability cap
Clause 21.4 says a dispute must be lodged within 3 days of the wager being decided, and later claims are not honoured. Clause 11.2 makes results final after 72 hours. The casino aims to answer within 28 days (21.3), so the player has 3 days to complain and the casino has 28 to reply, 9.3 times longer. Under clause 14.2 the casino's total liability is the lower of the stake involved or €500, 10% of the €5,000 monthly withdrawal limit.
Clause 6.3 lets the casino void bets and withhold the account money, including the deposit, when it believes the terms were broken. A mistaken credit stays the casino's property (6.6), and one account per person is allowed (5.4). The terms we read contain no dormant-account fee, no maximum win cap and no bonus conditions; the bonuses page returned nothing, and no public welcome bonus is listed.
Games, self-exclusion in 24 hours, and a thin track record
The homepage advertises more than 10,000 games and lists 159 providers, while CasinoGuru counts 98 providers. Sports betting shows more than 10,000 matches, and a provably fair section covers games such as Mines and Crash. CasinoGuru notes live chat 24 hours a day. Self-exclusion works by email from the registered address and takes effect within 24 hours (clause 6.9); the terms mention no deposit or loss limits.
CasinoGuru records 3 complaints: none open, 1 unresolved, 0 resolved and 2 rejected, so 66.7% were rejected and none were marked resolved, and the casino is not blacklisted. No case details are available. Trustpilot's 3.4 stars rest on 1 review, so it says almost nothing, and AskGamblers has no page for Money X.
Who Money X suits and who should avoid it
It suits a crypto or RUB player who wagers every deposit at least once, avoiding the 8% fee, and who expects to withdraw under €5,000 a month. It is a poor fit for someone who lives in one of the 8 named countries, who wants a payout deadline in writing, or who might need to challenge a bet after more than 3 days. With 3 CasinoGuru complaints and 1 Trustpilot review, there is little history to judge how the 28-day response target works in practice.
