The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Napoleon Sports & Casino is a Belgian licensed casino whose online games are published by E.C.K. NV of Knokke-Heist, holder of an A licence and the supplementary A+ licence. Its terms set a legal weekly deposit limit of €200, a minimum age of 21, a bank transfer deadline of 5 banking days against a stated one business day on the help pages, and a rule that requested funds become the company's property if identity proof is not supplied within 3 months. Accounts idle for 12 months can be closed. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.9 and rates the terms somewhat unfair, and Trustpilot shows 3.6 stars from 2,164 reviews.
E.C.K. NV, the Knokke casino, and A+ dossier 8110
Article 1 of the terms names E.C.K. NV, Zeedijk-Albertstrand 509, 8300 Knokke-Heist, enterprise number 0406.949.939, as publisher. It holds an A licence for a Class I casino and the supplementary A+ licence for casino games online. The Belgian Gaming Commission register, checked on 16 October 2026, lists A+ dossier 8110 for this casino brand, B+ dossiers 3863 and 4231 for the dice brand and F1+ dossier 130393 for the sports brand. Super, formerly Superbet, has owned the brands since 2021.
Napoleon Casino, Napoleon Dice and Napoleon Sports share one welcome offer: article 7 says an offer used at any of the 3 cannot be used again at the others. The PDF read is headed version 01.09.2024, while the terms page is headed version 01.04.2026.
The casino's licence page states that Belgium allows at most 9 A licences, one per land casino, and at most 180 B licences for slot arcades. The minimum age for casino games and sports betting is 21, 3 years above the Dutch minimum of 18.
The €200 weekly deposit limit and the 72-hour rule
Article 8 says Belgian law requires a deposit limit of at most €200 per rolling week, meaning any 7 consecutive days, to be set on every account. A player can ask to raise the €200. The raise takes effect after a cooling-off period of 72 hours, and only if the player is not recorded as a defaulter at the National Bank of Belgium credit register. A decrease takes effect at once. At the default level, a player can deposit €800 in four weeks.
The €20 minimum withdrawal equals 10% of one week's limit.
In 12 weeks at that limit a player can put in at most €2,400, and in 8 weeks €1,600.
Payments: 11 methods, no credit cards, and two payout deadlines
The casino lists 11 methods: Bancontact, Bancontact 1-Click, Neosurf, Visa, Mastercard, Payconiq, Apple Pay, PayPal, paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller. Article 8 nevertheless says credit card payments are not allowed, while Visa and Mastercard are on the payment list. The two pages conflict on 2 of the 11 methods, and the terms are the binding text.
Payouts are made by bank transfer only, to a European account. The terms promise the transfer no later than 5 banking days after the request, while the help page on fast payouts says requests are processed within one business day, sets a minimum withdrawal of €20 and says a bank transfer takes 3 to 5 business days to appear. Under the terms alone, a request can take up to 5 banking days, and a player who adds the 3 to 5 business days a bank may need could wait up to 10 days in all. Bank cards are said to be paid within 24 hours.
The terms also allow the casino to refuse a withdrawal of unwagered deposits until 100% of the money has been wagered. The Bancontact page promises no extra costs in most cases, but article 8 reserves the right to charge deposit costs to the player.
Verification and the 3-month deadline
Registration is possible through itsme, which verifies the account automatically, or through a form with documents. The terms list 10 data items, among them the national registration number, nationality and occupation (article 5). Before a payout the casino may demand a copy of the identity card, front and back, proof of bank details and, if it considers it necessary, an official proof of residence from the municipality.
If any of the 7 identity details (name, first name, birth date, street, house number, postal code, city) do not match the account, payment cannot proceed. Funds the player has asked to be paid out become the company's property after 3 months from the request if valid proof is not supplied in that time. On a requested payout of €1,500, that is a hard deadline of 90 days or so.
Rules that can cost a player money
The casino may close an account after 12 months of inactivity. Funds on it become the company's property 7 days after the notification email (article 8). Under article 5, one person with several accounts can have all of them blocked with their funds. If a game round deviates from the rules, the company may correct the result and recover wrongly paid funds, and its technical report is the only evidence and cannot be disputed (article 7).
The company may change the terms at any time, informing players at their next login (article 4), and article 14 excludes liability for the bankruptcy of banks or partners. CasinoGuru rates the terms somewhat unfair, and lists 1 complaint.
Time-out, self-exclusion and the Gaming Commission ban
A time-out can last from 24 hours to 6 months or indefinitely, and self-exclusion cannot be reversed early (article 10). A player can also ask the Gaming Commission for an access ban, and reversing that ban needs a waiting period of 3 months from the day the request arrives. The minimum age is 21 (article 5).
Promotions and games
The promotions page lists an Up to €50 extra Superboost on Sweet Bonanza 1000, a €2,000,000 monthly Drops & Wins pool, a Blasts & Races pool with Playson and Kash Drops of up to €10 million with Kalamba Games. Some summaries claim Belgian casinos may not offer welcome bonuses, which conflicts with article 7, where a welcome offer is regulated. Games include slots such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus and Aviator, plus dice and live casino, with apps for iOS and Android.
Two weekly drops, Multi Jackpot Dice on Tuesdays and Multi Jackpot Fruits on Thursdays, promise wins of up to 100x the stake, and a Techtober campaign carries a €100K prize.
Support and track record: 2,164 reviews at 3.6
The terms give phone (+32) 078 077 013 and chat from 09:00 to 01:00 and a chatbot 24/7, while the client service page gives phone hours of 09:00 to 15:00 at €0.20 a minute. CasinoGuru lists 1 complaint, resolved, and a Safety Index of 8.9. AskGamblers has 0 reviews. Trustpilot shows 3.6 stars from 2,164 reviews. None of the sources gives an amount or date for the 1 complaint.
The terms list phone, chat from 09:00 to 01:00, a contact form and email, plus a chatbot 24/7. That is 16 hours of staffed chat a day, against 6 hours of phone service on the help page.
Who this suits and who should avoid it
It suits a Belgian resident aged 21 or older who uses Bancontact or itsme and accepts a €200 weekly deposit limit. It does not suit a player who expects the fast payout of one business day to be guaranteed, since the terms allow 5 banking days, or a player who might leave €1,500 waiting without sending identity proof for 3 months.
