Article 1 of the terms names Casino du Lac Meyrin SA (CHE-101.045.276) as operator. The company holds federal concession 2023-B-14 for its land-based casino in Meyrin near Geneva and an extension, number 2023-B-14-E, that allows online games. The footer says the platform is powered by Gamanza Group, and the about page presents Pasino.ch as part of Groupe Partouche, which it says runs more than 43 casinos in Europe. CasinoGuru lists the same licence number and gives 2020 as the founding year.

Swiss law applies and disputes go to the courts of the canton of Geneva (article 17). The terms exist in several languages and the French text prevails (article 1).

Switzerland only: who can open an account

There is no list of banned countries, because only 1 country is accepted. Articles 2 and 3 require the player to be 18 or older, to be domiciled or habitually resident in Switzerland and not to be excluded under article 80 or barred under article 52 of the federal gambling act. Withdrawals are narrower. Article 4 says winnings and deposits can only be paid by transfer to a Swiss bank account in the player's name. The minimum is CHF 0.01, the bank-transfer page says processing can take up to 3 working days, and larger amounts may need longer to validate. A request can be cancelled in the cashier until the casino approves it. Without verification the most a player can withdraw equals the deposit, and a copy of a document showing name and IBAN is requested before the first withdrawal. No monthly withdrawal cap is stated.
