How Raging Bull got 1.8/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • Trustpilot1.4/5weight 10%

Combined: 2.8/10, shown as 1.8/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Raging Bull, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Raging Bull now runs at ragingbullslots.com, operated by Primrose Media Limited of Anjouan, Comoros, under licence ALSI-202409021-F12. The terms updated on 27 October 2026 set a $2,500 weekly payout limit, a 7 to 10 business day review followed by 7 to 10 business days of payment, and withdrawal minimums of $20 to $100 by route. Outside the casino the record is poor: AskGamblers lists it as blacklisted with 692 complaints and a 2.5 out of 10 player rating from 72 reviews, and Trustpilot shows 1.3 from 514 reviews with 88% one-star and no replies. This review sets the casino's own rules against those two records.

Primrose Media, Anjouan, and an old Curacao name on AskGamblers

The footer and clause 1 of the terms name Primrose Media Limited, company registration 15804, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the autonomous island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. The licence is stated as No. ALSI-202409021-F12 under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and the terms are governed by the law of Anjouan (15.3 and 15.4). The software is Realtime Gaming and the minimum age is 21. The old domain ragingbullcasino.com no longer resolves.

AskGamblers still describes a different entity: Audeo N.V., a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence and an establishment year of 2014. It also places the casino on its blacklist, giving as reasons operating without a valid licence from a regulated authority and a complaints history of unfairly declined or seriously delayed payments. The same page lists the Curacao licence, so the page contradicts itself. No CasinoGuru figures are quoted.

Twenty-four named countries, and the Spain and Australia blocks

Clause 2.2 lists 24 countries whose residents must not use the site: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France and its territories, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, the Netherlands and its territories, New Zealand, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Syria, Turkiye, the Union of the Comoros and the United Kingdom. FATF-blacklisted countries and any jurisdiction prohibited by the Anjouan authority are added without being named.

The same clause says a player's location may affect access, bonus use, free chip redemption and deposit methods. Clause 2.6 bans VPNs and proxies. The currency on the banking page is US dollars only.

From $30 in to $2,500 a week out

Every deposit route has a $30 minimum except Changelly, which runs from $60 to $200. Crypto deposits have a $100,000 maximum and no fee. The four card routes are limited to $1,000 per deposit and carry a 3 to 10% fee, so a $500 card deposit loses $15 to $50 before play. Clause 5.5 then routes the payout by deposit history: card depositors are paid by bank wire, crypto depositors in the cryptocurrency they used.

The withdrawal table gives four routes. Bitcoin runs from $50 to $2,500 with a fee of 0 to 40 USD and 7 to 10 days. Bank wire runs from $100 to $2,500 with a fee of 0 to 20 USD and 7 to 10 days. Coindraw runs from $20 to $2,500 at 5% and 0 to 7 days. Check runs from $100 to $2,500 with a fee of 0 to 25 USD and 7 to 10 days.

  • Review of each request: 7 to 10 business days (5.6)
  • Payment after approval: 7 to 10 business days (5.8)
  • Weekly limit: $2,500, up to $7,500 at the top VIP level
  • Monthly limit: $5,000 if the balance is at least 10 times total deposits, otherwise $10,000

A $5,000 win means 3.8 to 5 weeks

Add the clauses together. A request is reviewed for 7 to 10 business days, then paid within 7 to 10 business days, so one payment arrives after 14 to 20 business days, or 2.8 to 4 weeks. The weekly limit is $2,500 and the remainder is sent in later weeks (5.8), so a $5,000 win needs a second payment a week after the first: 3.8 to 5 weeks in all. A $7,200 jackpot, the figure one Trustpilot reviewer gave on 11 September 2026, would need 3 weekly payments at the base limit. Pending withdrawals are capped at four times the weekly limit, or $10,000 (5.7).

AskGamblers lists bank transfers at 5 to 10 days with a pending period of 48 to 96 hours and e-wallets at 0 to 1 hour. Those figures do not match the 7 to 10 plus 7 to 10 business days in the terms, and the terms are the binding text.

Eight percent, $200 and three days: the clauses that cost money

A deposit rolled over less than once is charged an 8% fee with a $4 minimum (5.4). On $500 that is $40. Bonuses are non-cashable: the full bonus amount is removed from every withdrawal, (5.12). If a pre-authorized card deposit is later denied, any winnings from that credit are limited to $200 and the excess is voided (4.3).

A dispute must be lodged within 3 days of the wager being decided, and no claim is honoured after that (15.1). The casino aims to answer within 28 days, calls its decisions final and points to a third-party Central Dispute System (15.2). An account unused for 2 years can be deleted (3.3). The casino may close an account without notice for suspected dishonesty and withhold the funds (3.4).

Verification before any withdrawal, including a selfie

Clause 5.3 requires KYC to be complete before any withdrawal. Clause 2.5 lists a government photo ID, front and back copies of any card used in the last 3 months, a selfie holding the ID or a newspaper, and a utility bill from the last 3 months. For a crypto wallet the casino can ask for a small verification deposit (5.3).

The long review time makes repeated requests costly. A Trustpilot reviewer on 11 September 2026 who hit a jackpot of about $7,200 described document requests and identity re-verification over roughly a month and a half without a payout. A player who has never deposited and wins from a free chip faces a one-time $11 Litecoin verification deposit and crypto-only payment, as the bonus article covers.

AskGamblers: 692 complaints, a $45,000 case and 595 resolved

AskGamblers shows 692 complaints in its comparison table and 647 in its statistics block, with 595 marked resolved. It rates the casino 2.5 out of 10 from 72 player reviews, 1 out of 10 in the comparison table, and lists an average complaint response time of 3 days.

Three listed cases show the pattern: One player, October 2026, says an approved $1,250 withdrawal was on the way on 8 October and had not received it by 22 October, with a second $1,006 request pending. Another is a $45,000 claim of unpaid winnings, unresolved, in which a $2,500 Bitcoin withdrawal was approved but not paid. A third, for $7,500, saw three withdrawal dates move from 13 July to 16 July to 21 July after a bank account was rejected.

Trustpilot 1.3: 88% one-star and no reply

Trustpilot gave ragingbullslots.com 1.3 on 31 October 2026 from 514 reviews, 210 of them in the last 12 months. 88% are one-star, 4% five-star, and the profile has not replied to negative reviews. A reviewer on 25 September 2026 won $5,000 and received $1,250, then another $1,250 two weeks later, and says VIP status was removed. A reviewer on 12 October 2026 had a $158 Bitcoin withdrawal denied twice after about 10 days each time, with the denial tied to promo playthrough. An earlier gave 1.4 from 513.

Games, support and responsible gambling tools

The site says it offers over 200 games on Realtime Gaming software. AskGamblers counts one provider, RTG, and gives no total. Live dealer play exists but does not count towards playthrough (8.5). The FAQ says the downloadable software does not work on a Mac, so Apple users play the instant version. The About page says the support centre runs 24/7/365 by live chat, email and a toll-free number.

Deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion are available by contacting support (9.1). Self-exclusion locks the account for at least 6 months, and a 7-day cooling off period is offered. AskGamblers marks all 10 of its responsible gambling tools as absent, since none can be set by the player.

Who might use Raging Bull and who should not

It can suit a player outside the 24 listed countries who accepts the Realtime Gaming catalogue, funds with crypto at no fee up to $100,000, keeps wins below $2,500 so a single weekly payment covers them, and is willing to wait 14 to 20 business days for a payout. The welcome code MIGHTY250 offers 250% plus 50 spins at 10x, or 40x for crypto, with the bonus removed from the cashout; the bonus page has the details.

It is a poor fit for residents of the 24 listed countries, for anyone who needs a licence from a regulator that handles player complaints, for card users who would pay 3 to 10% to deposit, for a player with a $5,000 or larger win who wants the money within a month, and for anyone relying on the 3-day dispute window.
