The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Rollbit is a crypto-only casino run by Acacia Tech Ltd of Nevis under an Anjouan licence, ALSI-042308006-FII, and its terms were last updated on 16 September 2026. The cashier figures are small and specific: the Help Center sets a minimum deposit of $5 for stablecoins or 0.0001 BTC, a minimum withdrawal of $5 for stablecoins or 0.0002 BTC, no fees beyond on-chain gas, and a $10 deposit plus $10 wagered before a new account can withdraw, and no withdrawal maximum is published. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 4.1, Low, with 45 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 1.6 stars from 4,137 reviews.
Acacia Tech Ltd, Nevis, and a licence from Anjouan
The terms, the AML policy and the footer name the same operator, Acacia Tech Ltd of Charlestown, Nevis, and the same licence, ALSI-042308006-FII, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The footer adds that crypto trading is not gambling, so the futures and trading side of the site sits outside the licence that covers the casino.
The sources disagree on the regulator: CasinoGuru lists a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence and dates the brand to 2020, while another listing names Bull Gaming N.V. as owner.
Crypto cashier: $5 minimums, 21 confirmations on Solana, no fees but gas
The FAQ says Rollbit supports 60+ cryptocurrencies across the major networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, XRP and TON, while the deposit help page names Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana, Rollbit Coin and ERC-20 tokens such as USDT and USDC, and another listing lists only 5 coins.
The Help Center says there are no deposit fees beyond on-chain gas, and that a deposit below the minimum is not credited and cannot be recovered by support. The minimum is $5 for each stablecoin, 0.0001 BTC, 0.002 ETH, 0.05 SOL, 0.01 LTC, 100 RLB, 4 XRP, 0.01 BNB, 1 DOGE, 10 TRX and 2 ADA. A deposit is credited after 1 confirmation for Bitcoin, 6 for Litecoin, 12 for Ethereum and 21 for Solana and Rollbit Coin, and one that has not appeared 15 minutes after that goes to support with the transaction ID. Wrapped Ether has its own deposit minimum of 0.0045 WETH and Bitcoin Cash 0.001 BCH.
Withdrawals carry no fee except the on-chain gas fee, previewed before the player confirms, and the minimums are $5 for stablecoins, 0.0002 BTC, 0.002 ETH, 0.05 SOL, 0.01 LTC, 10 TRX and 100 RLB. The one condition on a new account is a $10 deposit and $10 wagered, and after that the Help Center says there are no limitations on withdrawals, so a $50,000 win is, on paper, a single request, and the FAQ adds that crypto withdrawals are sent out instantly. A player who deposits only the 0.0001 BTC minimum cannot withdraw it alone, because that is half of the 0.0002 BTC withdrawal minimum, and the same $5 floor on stablecoins is half of the $10 that a new account must wager.
The terms keep the casino's discretion on top: a deposit cannot be refunded, withdrawals go by default to the method used to deposit, and any withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled for extra checks.
The withdrawal-threshold KYC rule in the AML policy
The AML policy, dated 16 September 2026, describes a five-step verification and a rule called Withdrawal Threshold KYC: every account is suspended until adequate checks are done once it reaches a withdrawal threshold that depends on its risk profile. The threshold is not published, so a withdrawal that sails through at $10 can still trigger a full review at a higher amount. Enhanced due diligence asks for full legal name, citizenship, permanent address, an identification number and document, and the source of funds and wealth.
Every crypto deposit and withdrawal, direct or indirect, is run through Chainalysis, withdrawals to addresses rated high risk can be refused, and anti-mixing software can make a user explain their methodology.
Rules that cost money: clauses 4.2, 4.3, 5.1 and 5.4
Clause 4.2 allows one account per person, household address, email, phone number, IP address, payment method and device, and clause 4.3 lets the casino close duplicate accounts, withhold their winnings and charge an administration fee. The FAQ is looser, saying alt accounts are fine as long as they are not created for nefarious purposes, so the two documents conflict and the terms are the stricter text.
Clause 5.1 lists the grounds for closing or suspending an account, including collusion, unfair advantage, a regulator's request and a suspicion of problem gambling, clause 5.2 makes the player indemnify the casino for its claims, and clause 5.3 lets it void bets placed for those reasons. Clause 5.4 bans betting techniques designed to circumvent the house edge and allows the casino to retain the balance of an account where it detects them.
Using a VPN or proxy to hide a location is a breach on its own, and the casino accepts no responsibility for losses suffered by a player who connects from a restricted territory. Management decisions on use of the service or on a dispute are final and not open to review or appeal, and the amendment clause lets the terms change without notice.
29 restricted territories
The terms name 29 restricted territories: Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, the Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Slovakia, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and the USA with its dependencies. The casino may refuse any other country as well, and some third-party games are unavailable in further countries because of local licensing.
51 providers, a 15% rakeback offer and a separate sports policy
CasinoGuru counts 51 game providers, and the terms state that third-party games are tested and certified by independent laboratories for the random number generator and the return to player. Another listing lists the headline offer as 15% rakeback for the first 24 hours, a rebate on play and not a deposit match, and sports betting runs under its own separate policy. The site header advertises a $25K Daily Race and a lottery in its own RLB token, which sit outside the terms read here.
Self-exclusion: 21 days in the FAQ, 6 months to 5 years on the policy page
The responsible gaming page offers one hard tool, self-exclusion by email to support for a period between 6 months and 5 years, while the FAQ says self-exclusion bans must be a minimum of 21 days. The two documents conflict, so a player who wants a short break of a few weeks should confirm in writing which period applies. The gap between the two periods is roughly 160 days, which is the difference between a pause and a long exclusion.
The FAQ and CasinoGuru both say live support runs 24/7.
45 complaints, a 4.1 index and 1.6 stars from 4,137 reviews
CasinoGuru's Safety Index for Rollbit is 4.1, in its Low band, with 45 complaints on record, and AskGamblers has no review page for the brand. Trustpilot shows 1.6 stars from 4,137 reviews, a large sample with a low average. The rulebook has no payout ceiling or fee table, an unpublished KYC threshold and a final-decision clause, which leaves little to point to when a payout stalls. The 45 complaints amount to about 1.1% of the 4,137 Trustpilot reviews, though the two counts come from different platforms and cover different people.
Who Rollbit suits and who should avoid it
Rollbit suits a player who already holds crypto, is content with $5 minimums and gas-only fees, and is ready to complete full identity and source-of-wealth checks the first time a withdrawal crosses the unpublished threshold.
It is a poor fit for a player who wants card or bank payments, since only crypto is supported, and for anyone who needs a payout timetable in writing, since the only promise is the FAQ's word instantly. A player in one of the 29 restricted territories should not register, and a player who wants a regulator in their own region should note that disputes go to the Anjouan courts.
