Inside Roobet

Roobet is a crypto casino run by Raw Entertainment B.V. under a Curacao licence, open since 2019, and its public record is split. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.9 out of 10, Above average, while AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 4.8 (3.6 in an earlier record) and Trustpilot a TrustScore of 2.6 from 2,293 reviews. Withdrawals are reported at up to $200,000 a day and in crypto only, deposits must be wagered 100% before cashing out, and the only responsible gambling tool both review sites find is self-exclusion. Each rule below is attributed to the review site or reply that states it.
Raw Entertainment B.V.: Curacao on the home page, Anjouan at CasinoGuru
The home page says Roobet.com is a brand name of Raw Entertainment B.V., holds a Curacao online gaming licence, and names Raw Entertainment Ltd of Cyprus as the paying and operational agent. CasinoGuru lists two licences: the Curacao Gaming Authority, marked verified, and Anjouan Gaming under number ALSI-202507005. The home page names only the first, so a reader sees one licence on the site and two at the review site.
CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2019 and puts its revenue above €100,000,000 a year, size class very big. Trustpilot lists the profile as claimed and payment verified, with Curacao as the country. The official terms are not among the sources used here.
34 blocked countries in the profile data, 9 at AskGamblers
The profile data blocks Roobet in 34 places: the US, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Czechia, Slovakia, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Finland, Israel, South Korea and Singapore. AskGamblers names only 9, with the note that its list may be incomplete: Austria, Curacao, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, the UK and the US.
Estonia shows why a reader should not rely on either list: it appears on one of them, yet the casino's home page does not block Estonian visitors. Brazil is not on our list, yet Brazil's measure MP 1.394 of 25 September 2026 prohibits online casino games, foreign operators included. Whether Roobet still serves Brazil is not found. CasinoGuru warns that VPN use results in account bans.
Crypto out, up to $200,000 a day: where the sources disagree
AskGamblers states a withdrawal limit of $200,000 per day and lists no withdrawal fees. At that limit a $1,000,000 win takes 5 days to pay out. Our own table says there is no limit, lists withdrawals in 12 coins only (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, TRON, Binance, Cardano and Solana) and marks card and bank payouts as not offered. CasinoGuru counts 27 payment methods, including Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Mastercard, VISA, AstroPay, Pix, UPI and Interac, so cards and e-wallets appear to exist on the deposit side at least.
AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 1 to 5 days and banks 1 to 5 days, with a pending time of 0 to 24 hours, so a card payout can take 5 days + 24 hours = 6 days. Our table gives 0 to 1 hours for crypto. CasinoGuru lists fees on some deposit and withdrawal methods as a con. On 15 October 2026 the company told a Trustpilot reviewer that rewards are paid in crypto only.
The 100% wagering rule and what Roobet says about it
On 12 October 2026 a Trustpilot reviewer complained that 100% of a deposit has to be wagered, and the company replied that the rule is part of its anti-money-laundering policy. The formal clause is not quoted here, but the reply means a $500 deposit must generate $500 of bets before a withdrawal. It applies to every deposit, not only to bonus money.
Trustpilot shows that Roobet replies to 50% of negative reviews. On 15 October 2026 it also said that welcome bonuses have not been offered in some time, which matches CasinoGuru's entry of no current offers and its con of a limited welcome bonus.
Verification and account bans: four cases from 2026
No official KYC rules were read, so the evidence is cases. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 3 October 2026 that the account was banned after heavy wagering and that support did not answer; the company replied on 8 October 2026. A reviewer in May 2026 said a $4,772 sports bet payout was denied on a $1,530 bet at odds of 3.1, and another said a bet was voided on a regular account while a VIP friend with the same bet was paid. In September 2026 a player said a $2,500 withdrawal became $1,250 under a settlement, and the company answered that it was settled and final.
CasinoGuru records a case from Brazil of a R$ 1,832 withdrawal delayed past the 3 business days, closed on 31 March 2026, and a case from India of 226,000 INR in locked funds, also 31 March 2026, which ended when the player stopped responding.
Rewards 2.0: changes without notice and a daily login
CasinoGuru lists two cons about the loyalty programme: it changes without notification, and the vault balance requires daily login pressure. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 3 September 2026 that Rewards 2.0 reset a long-time player's progress, and the company said the reset lets players reach early rewards sooner. On 15 October 2026 another reviewer cited low rakeback and a 10-referral requirement.
Second-hand descriptions put instant rakeback at every 30 minutes, a daily bonus that builds for up to 72 hours, a weekly bonus on Saturdays and a monthly one on the 1st; one reviewer reported beginner-level daily bonuses of $0.15 to $1.
87 providers, 23 categories and original games
CasinoGuru counts 87 game providers and 23 game categories, among them slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash, keno, live shows, poker, jackpot games and eSports betting, plus a live dealer section and a sportsbook. Named providers include NetEnt, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming and Relax Gaming.
One tool, self-exclusion, and a $5,758 case in Buenos Aires
CasinoGuru finds self-exclusion and nothing else: no deposit limit, wager limit, loss limit, time limit, cool-off or reality check. AskGamblers also ticks a self-assessment test, which CasinoGuru does not, and ticks no limits. On 19 February 2026 a player in Buenos Aires asked for a $5,758 refund after a self-exclusion failure; CasinoGuru marked the complaint unjustified because the casino is not responsible for the Argentine registry and the player had not reported the problem. For a player who needs limits, 0 of 6 limit and break tools are listed.
7.9 at CasinoGuru, 4.8 at AskGamblers, 2.6 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.9, Above average, fair terms, 16 user reviews with a rating of Good and no blacklist entry. Its complaint counts conflict: one record shows 169 complaints with 4 related to Roobet, of which 33 unresolved, 132 resolved and 4 rejected, which appears to cover the operator group, and the other shows 5. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 4.8, a player rating of 5.1 out of 10 from 36 reviews, 79 complaints (74 in another block, 66 resolved) and a reply time of 2 days, and says 33 of 35 payment complaints were resolved.
Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.6 from 2,293 reviews: 68% give 5 stars and 26% give 1 star, so 94% of reviewers sit at an extreme. A 5-star reviewer from May 2026 wrote of more wins than losses over 3 to 4 months, and a CasinoGuru reviewer from Canada praised the rakeback. The profile data of 15 October 2026 had 3.0 from 2,236 reviews.
Who Roobet suits and who should avoid it
Roobet suits a player who lives outside the 34 listed countries, holds crypto and wants crash, originals, live dealers and sports in one wallet, and who accepts that the payout limit stated by one source is $200,000 a day. A daily bonus that second-hand descriptions say can be claimed every 24 hours may suit someone who plays daily.
It does not suit a player in one of the 34 countries, a player who wants deposit, loss or time limits (0 are listed), or a player who expects a deposit bonus, since the company says none is offered. A player who needs a card or bank payout should note that our table says none exists while AskGamblers quotes 1 to 5 days. Before depositing, read the live terms, which this review could not.
