Two sister brands, one licence number, one rulebook

The terms of use, bonus terms, KYC policy and responsible gambling page all state that SpinTexas is owned and operated by Green Champions Leader SRL, registration number 3-102-917157, Costa Rica, with a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number ALSI-202502014-FI1. Widoma Trading Co. Limited of Nicosia, registration HE 468781, acts as payment processor. The legal text matches Spinny Casino word for word apart from the brand name, so any rule found here also applies at that sister site. Typing spintexas.com into a browser returns pages whose links point to spintexas5.com.

The sources disagree on age. CasinoGuru's extract gives 2026 as the founding year and AskGamblers gives 2025. CasinoGuru records the licensor as the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, AskGamblers as the Anjouan Gaming Board. Governing law is Anjouan, with Costa Rican courts holding non-exclusive jurisdiction.

The withdrawal page shows 12 ranges. Read in the order of the icons, the methods are banks, Jeton wallet, an e-wallet, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin on Ethereum and on Solana, USDT on Ethereum and on TRON, and LuxonPay. Eleven allow €100 to €1,000 per request and LuxonPay allows €100 to €500. The page text does not label each range, so that pairing rests on order. Bank transfers are absent from the sister site's list. Cards appear only on the deposit page.

The deposit page lists 14 methods, from Mastercard and Visa at €25 to €500 up to eight crypto options at €25 to €100,000, and LuxonPay at €20 to €5,000. CasinoGuru counts 13 payment methods and 109 game providers. The profile data describes a Canadian setup with Interac, Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Ethereum and bank transfer in Canadian dollars. The casino's pages show euros and no Interac, so the two descriptions conflict.

The T&C set a monthly ceiling of €25,000 and a daily ceiling of €5,000 per account (clause 63.1). Daily limits can be lower depending on the method, the verification status and the player's loyalty status. A €12,000 bank win at €1,000 a request is 12 requests, and at €5,000 a day it takes 3 days. A win over €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments. AskGamblers lists crypto and e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, banks at 1 to 5 days, a pending time of 1 to 5 days and no card withdrawals. The terms promise processing within 72 hours of approval by the payments department (clause 62.1).

15 times one deposit, and 3 times every deposit

Clause 63.2 limits a player who made only one deposit to a cash-out of 15 times that deposit, with all further winnings removed when the withdrawal is requested. A €50 deposit that grows to €2,000 pays at most €750. Clause 63.4 requires every deposit to be wagered at least 3 times, so €150 of bets on that €50. Clause 62.9 adds that the first payout needs a bet of 100% of the payment at odds of at least 1.50. The same clause group states that progressive jackpot wins are paid in full (clause 63.3).

What a document request does to a pending payout

Verification becomes mandatory when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000 (clause 56.10.1). The listed documents are ID cards, bank cards, bank statements, source of wealth, source of funds and utility bills, with a selfie, a selfie with a special sign, or a video call in some cases. When documents are requested, every pending withdrawal is cancelled, and the player asks again after approval. If the account is not verified within 30 days, it is frozen for play and transactions (clause 56.10.2). The KYC policy states that only verified accounts can withdraw, and that transactions above $10,000 within 24 hours are monitored. The first payment needs an uploaded passport or national ID copy (clause 62.4).

A payout request made before the check is therefore cancelled, and the clock of 30 days runs from the casino's request.

Clauses on complaints, silence and fees

The complaints rules are tight. Bet disputes are not considered after 30 days and game disputes after 12 weeks (clause 25.1). The casino can deduct administrative and transaction fees, and any fee it owes an authority, when a customer complains to a regulator (clause 25.6). Liability for other claims is capped at €2,000 (clause 19.3.3). Clause 12.12 lets the casino publish the identity and email address of a player who posts untrue or malicious comments about it in any media or forum, and pass them to banks and agencies. It also lists the Martingale system as cheating.

Other costs: a chargeback leads to a block, with €50 charged for each of two reminders (clause 7.2); a dormant account, idle for 6 months, can be charged €10 a month or closed and zeroed (clause 6.2); a VPN or masked IP can void winnings (clause 12.10). The bonus code limit is 6 uses per calendar month, and a player above it can have bonus winnings deducted plus third-party charges (clause 11.4).

The restricted countries in clause 2.5.4 are Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar, which makes 12. The profile data shows 8 and omits Comoros, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. A separate list of 48 territories is excluded from bonuses.

4.2 or 1.3 at CasinoGuru: the same casino, two scores

CasinoGuru's May 2026 extract gave SpinTexas a Safety Index of 4.2, tier Low, and called the terms fair; its October record gives 1.3, tier Very low, calls the terms unfair, and counts 5 complaints. No case details are given for those complaints. Its cons list terms not translated into every language, terms in favour of the casino and payment methods that differ by country. Its pro is the support for many cryptocurrencies.

AskGamblers shows a casino rank of 6.5, 0 complaints and no player reviews yet. It lists deposit limit, time limit, self-exclusion and reality check as present, and wager limits, loss limits and cool-off as absent. Trustpilot has no profile for spintexas.com. A profile for spintexascasino.top, with 4 reviews, belongs to a lookalike domain and is not used.

The crypto bonus: 150% up to 1 BTC and 40 times the bonus

Beyond the welcome package of 350% up to €2,000 and 1,000 free spins, the site offers a crypto bonus of 150% up to 1 BTC plus 150 spins on Reels of Wealth for a first crypto deposit of at least €30. Wagering is 40 times the bonus within 30 days. On a €500 crypto deposit the bonus is €750 and the requirement is €30,000. The bonus terms cap winnings at 6 times the deposit for matches of 150% to 199%, which is €3,000 here, and spin winnings are capped at €100. The 150 spins are worth €15 at €0.10 each. Other offers include a 100% sports match up to €100 at 6 times, and a Monday reload of 100% up to €200 at 35 times. The profile data's 300% up to C$3,000 conflicts with the site's current package. Details are on the bonus page. On the first stage of the welcome package, a €600 deposit earns the full €750 bonus, and at the 30x on deposit plus bonus stated on the welcome page that is €40,500 of wagering. The sports bonus requires odds of 1.70 or higher. The weekly calendar adds 350 spins on Friday and again on Sunday, and Trick or Spin offers up to 2,000 spins.

Who should use it, who should not

SpinTexas suits a player who wants bank, crypto or Jeton withdrawals in the €100 to €1,000 range, is outside the 12 listed countries, and has sorted verification before the first request. The site claims more than 13,000 games from over 100 providers, round-the-clock live chat, and e-mail support in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish.

It does not suit a player looking for card payouts, a Canadian-dollar and Interac setup like the one in the profile data, or anyone who wants one large deposit paid out in full. The two scores from CasinoGuru, 4.2 and 1.3, leave the safety question open, and the 5 complaints are unexplained in the data.
