How The Sun Vegas got 1.9/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
Trustpilot1.5/5weight 10%
Combined: 3.0/10, shown as 1.9/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
The Sun Vegas is a UK-only casino run by Red Rock Managed Services Limited of Gibraltar under UK Gambling Commission licence 67754. Its terms, last modified on 24 August 2026, set a £5 minimum and a 1,000-pound maximum deposit, withdrawals from £5 to £50,000 per transaction, a £100,000 cap on one slot spin and a 24-month inactivity rule with no fee. Trustpilot shows 1.5 stars from 870 reviews, while CasinoGuru and AskGamblers have nothing usable on this brand. The review reads the terms section by section and sets the numbers against each other, so a UK player can see what the account allows before depositing £10.
Red Rock Managed Services and licence 67754
Red Rock Managed Services Limited is a Gibraltar company, number 125099, and section 1.0 of the terms says it holds Gambling Commission of Great Britain licence 67754 and Gibraltar licence 164. The site runs under a brand licence from News Group Newspapers Limited, which the same section describes as not responsible for any gambling, so the contract is with Red Rock alone.
The UK Gambling Commission register lists account 67754 with a remote casino licence active from 2 October 2025, plus bingo and betting activities, 4 trading names, 4 domain names and 0 regulatory actions. One older record disagrees: a check in October 2026 found account 45110 under VF2011 Limited, with licences surrendered on 9 March 2026 and the domain marked inactive, but the site's own terms and the page for 67754 are the current ones and both name Red Rock.
Section 8 lists 5 sister brands in the network: Fabulous Bingo, Fabulous Vegas, Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas and Mr Green UK. English law and English courts apply under section 23, a player must live in the UK and be 18 or older, and section 4 defines every jurisdiction except the United Kingdom as prohibited, with VPN or proxy use treated as a prohibited activity in sections 6 and 14.
£5 to 1,000 pounds in, £5 to £50,000 out
The table in section 9 sets a single deposit between £5 and 1,000 pounds and a single withdrawal between £5 and £50,000, with no limit on the number of withdrawals. A £120,000 jackpot would need 3 withdrawal requests, and a £3,000 deposit needs at least 3 deposits, while anything under £5 has to go through support.
Accounts run in pounds only, section 8 allows up to 10 registered cards in the player's own name, and a credit card deposit is refunded with any winnings from it reversed. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method once payments are cleared, verification is complete and no investigation is open (section 9).
Section 10 names no casino fee and leaves the card issuer's charges to the player, while the banking page shows no table, so method lists come from review sites: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, Neosurf and bank transfer for deposits, with those sources giving same-day e-wallet withdrawals and 3 to 5 days, counted in working days, for cards and banks, so a card withdrawal requested on a Monday lands between Thursday and the next Monday.
Photo ID, proof of address and a 48-hour or 7-day deadline
Section 8 allows checks at registration and at any later time, and until they finish the casino can restrict the account, withdrawals included. A bank statement or utility bill dated within the previous 3 months must show the registered address, next to a passport or driving licence showing name and date of birth.
A source of funds request is heavier, because the email sets a deadline that the terms say is usually 48 hours or 7 days, and the evidence can be the front and back of the card (first 6 and last 4 digits only), 3 months of bank statements, 3 months of wage slips, or proof of a property sale, inheritance, share sale or lottery win.
If the casino discovers a bankruptcy, county court judgement, high court judgement, voluntary arrangement or debt relief order, it may restrict the account or close it at once, and when checks cannot be completed the account is suspended and the regulator may require the casino to hold the money.
The £100,000 spin cap and the right to void an error
The important-information box sets a maximum win of £100,000 on a single slot spin, with progressive jackpots excluded, while live casino and RNG tables are limited by each table's bet limits and pay table. Because a single withdrawal tops out at £50,000, a capped slot win is paid out in 2 requests.
Section 13 is the clause that can cost the most, because when a malfunction or error credits winnings the player would not otherwise have had, the casino may void the bet and withhold the winnings, even if the fault was not obvious to the player and was found only on a later check, and sums already withdrawn must be repaid on request.
Section 14 lists 3 more triggers: an account name that differs from the payment method name, deposits or withdrawals without genuine play, and any chargeback. The penalties in sections 14, 15 and 20 are voided bets, withheld winnings, closure and a duty to compensate the casino, while section 19 caps the casino's own liability at the stake on a specific bet or £5,000 in total for any other matter.
24 months idle: what happens to the balance
Under section 12 an account is inactive after 24 months without a login. With a positive balance the casino promises contact at least 1 month earlier and an attempt to repay the deposit balance to the last payment method, then asks for bank details in the player's name, and no monthly inactivity fee appears anywhere in the terms.
A dormant account that stays untouched for 5 years is anonymised, and any balance can go to a registered charity after at least 1 month of further notice, which is about 7 years after the last login. Separately, section 15 lets the casino close an account on no less than 14 days' written notice, and after a prohibited activity it may withhold all or part of the balance.
£10 for 100 spins, and 2,310 games to spend them on
The welcome offer is a 100% match up to £100 plus 100 free spins for a £10 minimum deposit, accepted within 48 hours, with the bonus and the spin winnings each wagered 10x within 3 days. It is for debit cards only and ends on 31 January 2027, and a full £100 bonus means 1,000 pounds of bets inside 3 days. The promotions page also lists a 30% Thursday reload with 5x wagering and a 7-day expiry, and 10 daily free spins for staking £10 or more, up to 70 spins at 0x wagering.
The home page counts 2,310 games from 18 providers, including 64 Slingo titles, 21 video bingo titles and 19 exclusives, and it names Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Playtech next to games branded as Sun Vegas originals. A live casino, network jackpots and an app are also listed, but the site's pages give no support hours.
Loss limits shared across five brands and a 6-month floor on self-exclusion
Section 21 applies a default monthly loss limit at registration and shares it across Mr Green, Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas, though the amount is not stated. Deposit limits can be daily, weekly or monthly, a decrease applies at once, an increase waits 24 hours, and a review reminder arrives every 6 months.
Reality checks can be set at 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 2 hours, and self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years across all group sites, lifted only by calling and then a 24-hour wait. GAMSTOP is supported, although the terms admit a match can fail when the registered details differ, and the GamCare number given is 0808 802 0133.
1.5 stars from 870 Trustpilot reviews, and no second opinion
Trustpilot shows 1.5 stars from 870 reviews for thesunvegas.co.uk in a record from 18 October 2026, and because this review has no CasinoGuru score and AskGamblers has no review, that is the only independent score, with no individual complaint on file and no payout case to quote.
After the casino's own process, section 22 sends an unresolved dispute to IBAS, free of charge, through the form at ibas-uk.com, by phone on 020 7347 5883 or by post to PO Box 62639, London EC3P 3AS.
Who The Sun Vegas suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a UK resident who deposits between £5 and 1,000 pounds at a time with a debit card, accepts a 10x wagering offer on a 3-day clock, and can supply a photo ID, a statement under 3 months old and, if asked, 3 months of bank statements and wage slips. It also fits a player who wants a 10-minute reality check and a loss limit shared across 5 sites.
It does not suit a credit card user, a player outside the UK, or anyone who wants to deposit more than 1,000 pounds in one go. It is a weaker fit for a player who relies on a clean outside record, since 1.5 stars from 870 reviews is the only third-party number available and section 13 lets the casino void winnings from an error the player never saw.
