Clause 1 of the terms says the service is owned by Cricketwin LTD, registration number 000044296, at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, and licensed in the State of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202412028-FI2. Governing law is Anjouan (clause 25.6) and the English version prevails (25.5). The About page says the casino launched in 2023.

The sources disagree on who runs it. The casino's homepage describes the site as licensed under the jurisdiction of Curaçao, while its terms and footer cite Anjouan. CasinoGuru lists Mamba Edge B.V. as owner and operator with the same Anjouan licence number, which it marks as verified, and casinoreg names Andivi B.V. in Curaçao. Only the Cricketwin LTD name appears in the casino's own legal documents. AskGamblers has no review of Vodka Casino.

Eight countries named in clause 4.1.3

Clause 4.1.3 bans residents of, or visitors from, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, and the USA and its territories. It adds all FATF blacklisted countries and any jurisdiction the Anjouan authority prohibits. That is 8 named countries plus 2 general categories. The AML policy adds that high risk regions are banned and the list is updated over time. A review-only source lists US, GB, FR and AU instead, so the casino's own list is the one to check.

The terms also bar VPN and proxy use that masks your real location (clause 3.4), allow one account only (5.4) and let the casino refuse any registration without giving a reason (5.1 and 5.9). Accounts cannot be sold or transferred (4.2).

The 8% fee with a €4 minimum

Clause 8.2 says there are no withdrawal commissions if you wagered your deposit at least once. Otherwise the casino can deduct 8% with a minimum of €4, which it justifies as a money laundering measure. On a €100 withdrawal that is €8; on €30 the minimum fee of €4 takes 13%, and any withdrawal under €50 pays the €4 minimum rather than 8%. The minimum withdrawal is €10 (clause 8.1), except when closing the account.

Withdrawals must go to the original payment method (8.4), and deposits must come from an account in your own name (7.1). Deposits in other currencies are converted at the oanda.com rate or the processor's rate. A chargeback costs a €50 administration fee on top of the forfeiture of winnings made with the reversed funds (9.1 and 7.4).

€10,000 a month, or €5,000 if you win big

Clause 8.6 sets the monthly withdrawal maximum at €10,000. If your balance is at least 10 times larger than your total deposits, the limit falls to €5,000 a month. For a player who deposits €200 and runs the balance to €2,000, that means the lower cap applies, and a €20,000 balance from a €1,000 deposit would take 4 months to pay out. At the standard cap the same €20,000 takes 2 months.

No daily or weekly limit is stated in the terms. Review sources say e-wallets and crypto take 0 to 2 hours and cards up to 3 days, and the casino's About page says withdrawals are often instant. Neither a pending period nor a fee schedule is published in the terms read, which refer to the website for fees (7.2).

Three verification steps, from $2,000

The AML-KYC policy, last updated 10 June 2026, sets three steps. Step one applies to every user before a withdrawal: a form with name, date of birth, country, gender and address. Step two applies to deposits or withdrawals above $2,000 or tips above $1,000: a photo of an official ID held next to a handwritten six-digit number, with the transaction held until done. Step three applies above $5,000 (tips above $3,000) and asks for a source of wealth. For medium risk regions the triggers fall to $1,000 for step two and $2,500 for step three.

Clause 8.3 of the terms goes further: the casino may ask for photo ID, address proof, a selfie or a verification call before any withdrawal, and at any time during the relationship. The policy also says deposits over five thousand euro start a source of funds process. A player planning a withdrawal above $2,000 should assume the ID photo step and the hold that goes with it.

3 days to dispute, 28 days to be answered

Clause 21.4 says disputes must be lodged within 3 days of the day the wager was decided, and no claims are honoured after that. Clause 11.2 makes posted results final after 72 hours. The casino aims to answer queries within 28 days (21.3), and clause 21.2 states it takes no liability when responding to a complaint. If it cannot agree a solution, the customer may go to arbitration (21.6). Liability is capped at the lower of the bet's value or €500 (14.2).

Clause 6.3 lets the casino close an account for breach, void bets and withhold money, including the deposit. Clause 6.6 says mistaken credits remain the casino's property, and 6.7 treats an overdrawn balance as a debt. The terms mention dormant accounts only to say support can help with one (8.5), and no inactivity fee or maximum win clause is in the terms read.
