The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
YoCasino is a Spanish-licensed casino run by Rank Digital Ceuta S.A.U., part of The Rank Group, and it takes players who live in Spain only. Its contract, version 13 in force since 22 December 2023, sets a €150 cap on deposits until identity is verified, a €10 minimum withdrawal, 24 hours to process each payout and a €5 monthly charge after 12 months of inactivity. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.0 (High) with 3 complaints, and Trustpilot shows a score of 3.7 from 266 reviews. This review reads the contract clause by clause and turns its limits into sums and days.
Rank Digital Ceuta S.A.U. and seven DGOJ licence numbers
The contract names Rank Digital Ceuta S.A.U., registered in Ceuta under number A56550676, as operator of yocasino.es, yobingo.es, enracha.es and yosports.es. All 4 sites share one contract and one registration (clause 3), so a player verified at YoCasino is already registered at the bingo, sportsbook and Enracha sites. The About page lists 7 licence numbers issued by Spain's gambling regulator, the DGOJ, since 2012, including CO/1027/2012/0257 and ADC/2019/036. The site gives its founding year as 2019, while CasinoGuru and review-site listings say 2016, a gap of 3 years that the operator does not explain.
Spanish law governs the contract (clause 18), the contract renews every month unless either side gives 5 days notice (clause 3), and players can take complaints to the DGOJ (clause 4.3). Clause 4.1 limits membership to natural persons resident in Spain, so the list of accepted countries has 1 entry and every other country is outside the offer.
€150 deposit cap until the ID check is done
Until documents are verified and the identity passes the DGOJ's service, clause 6.3 lets a player deposit a combined €150 and play, but not withdraw any prize, whatever its size. A player who deposits €148 and wins €2,340 on the first evening therefore cannot touch the €2,488 until the identity file is complete. The About page asks for a photo of the DNI or NIE and a selfie holding the document, and the name must match the document including second names and hyphens in surnames. Clause 4, point 2 b gives 2 weeks to answer a verification request; after that the casino treats the case as identity fraud and ends the contract.
Verification also reaches payment methods. Clause 7, point 4 allows extra documents, selfies, even facial recognition, before a withdrawal and pauses the processing period until they are validated. Clause 7, point 8 bans third-party cards and bank accounts: the account is blocked and no withdrawal is allowed. Two accounts on the same device are presumed to be a transfer of an account (clause 4, point 2 g).
€10 minimum, 24 hours to process, up to 5 working days to arrive
The payments page sets a €10 minimum withdrawal. The team has 24 hours to process a request, and after approval the money can take up to 5 working days depending on the method. The listed times are 1 to 3 working days for cards, bank accounts, Bizum (paid through the bank) and Apple Pay, and up to 24 working hours for PayPal and Paysafecard. A €412 card withdrawal requested on a Friday can therefore reach the account in the following week, 4 to 6 calendar days later. Clause 7, point 4 sets the same 24 hour target, subject to bank availability.
The withdrawable balance is at most the sum of winnings and deposits. Review-site listings list a daily withdrawal limit of €15,000 but the casino's public pages give no per-transaction, daily or monthly ceiling, so €15,000 is second-hand. At that figure, a €61,500 win would take 5 days to collect.
- Minimum withdrawal: €10
- Processing: 24 hours
- Cards and bank: 1 to 3 working days
- PayPal and Paysafecard: up to 24 working hours
Bizum, Apple Pay and eight ways in
Deposits run through Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard and PayPal. CasinoGuru counts 8 payment methods, and review-site listings adds bank transfer. The currency is the euro only. Every method must be in the player's own name and match the registered holder. Bizum asks for the phone number linked to the account and a confirmation in the player's bank app. No deposit fee and no minimum deposit are stated on the casino's public pages.
€5 a month after 12 months without a deposit
Clause 13.1 treats an account as inactive when no deposit has been made for a year. Clause 13.3 then charges €5 a month on accounts that still hold funds, collected on the first day of each calendar month. A balance of €137 would last 27 months, while €83 would be gone in 16. The charge stops from the month after the player deposits and plays again (clause 13.4), and an inactive account with no funds is simply cancelled (13.2).
Prizes carry a time limit too. Clause 14.2 says prizes expire 3 months after they should have been paid or credited, and clause 14.1 allows claims for 3 months after the event. Only a written complaint to the operator, or a court action, interrupts the 3-month clock. The terms say nothing about a maximum win.
Bonus terms that cost winnings
The welcome offer on third-party listings is 100% up to €200 plus 50 spins. The contract adds rules that matter beyond that offer. Bonus winnings stay in promotional balance until the conversion requirement is met (clause 12.10), withdrawing the deposit cancels the bonus (12.12), and the bonus must be played in the same category it was given for, with casino and betting counted as 2 categories (12.11). Only 1 promotion is allowed per person, family, address, email, phone, payment account and IP (12.13). The bonus page on this site has the numbers.
More than 1,000 games from 15 providers
The home page claims more than 1,000 games from 15 providers, while CasinoGuru counts 24. The mix includes slots, live roulette, blackjack and Slingo, plus roulette and VideoBingo built in-house. Live support in Spanish runs every day until midnight, according to the home page, and the About page speaks of 365 days a year by chat, email or phone on 930 477 561. CasinoGuru does not mark live chat as 24/7.
Limits that take 3 days to rise and 3 months to repeat
Deposit limits can be set per day, week and month, starting from the regulated defaults. To raise a limit above the default the player must pass the DGOJ self-assessment test, the increase takes effect within 3 days and no further increase can be requested for 3 months. A refused request blocks a new one for 7 days. Reductions apply immediately. Session limits for time and spend are available, and self-exclusion runs to a chosen date with a minimum of 6 months (clause 11.1). Registration in the national RGIAJ register is linked from the site.
3 complaints, 266 reviews, a score of 8.0
CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 8.0, tier High, finds 1 issue in the terms (rating mostly fair) and counts 3 complaints: 1 resolved, 2 rejected and 0 open. The casino is not blacklisted and its revenue tier is above €1,000,000. Trustpilot shows a score of 3.7 from 266 reviews, and AskGamblers has no review. No complaint amounts are listed in the sources.
Who YoCasino suits and who should avoid it
YoCasino suits a Spanish resident who wants a regulated site, pays by Bizum or Apple Pay, deposits €18 to €190 a time and can wait up to 6 calendar days for a card payout. It does not suit anyone outside Spain, a player who needs a payout within the same day, or someone who leaves a small balance untouched: the €5 monthly charge takes the whole of a €17.50 balance in 3.5 months.
