How All British Casino got 3.7/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

Combined: 7.0/10, shown as 3.7/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for All British Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

All British Casino is run by L&L Europe Ltd of Malta under UK Gambling Commission licence 38758, Malta licence MGA/B2C/211/2011 and Swedish licence 18Li7872. Its terms, version 1.9 dated 01.10.2026, carry several clauses that cost money: a 5% fee on a withdrawal when the account has had no activity, €10 a month after 12 months of inactivity, a €5,000 cap per withdrawal and document checks from €1,000 in a single transaction. The welcome bonus is 100% up to £100 with 35x wagering. Trustpilot scores it 3.5 out of 5 from 1,401 reviews. This review reads the clauses and sets the pound and euro wording side by side.

L&L Europe Ltd, three licences, one UK account number

Introduction clause 1 names L&L Europe Ltd, registered in Malta with company number C53706 and an office in Mosta. Clause 2 lists the licences: the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/211/2011, which the About page says was issued on 1 August 2018, the UK Gambling Commission under 38758 for customers who reside in Great Britain, and the Swedish Gambling Authority under 18Li7872. The terms also apply to any sister brand in the group (Account Rules item 1), so the same rulebook can sit behind other brands of the group. Project data dates All British Casino to 2013, while another source says 2012.

The site is built for British players, and it also takes players from other countries. The prohibited list in Account Rules item 3 runs to more than 100 countries and regions, among them Australia, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, Ontario and Alberta. The United Kingdom is not on it. Account Rules item 5 bans VPNs and proxies at registration and during play.

£10 in, €10 out: the pound and euro wording

The terms mix currencies. Payment item 3 sets the minimum deposit at £10. Payment item 9 sets the minimum withdrawal at €10 or its equivalent, and Account Rules item 11 says accounts process transactions in euro and equivalents in other currencies. The per-withdrawal limit is quoted in euro too: €5,000 (Payment item 14).

Deposits by debit card and e-wallet are credited almost instantly, and a bank transfer deposit takes one to three working days according to the payments page. Credit cards are banned. PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paysafecard are accepted, but Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit-only, so a payout has to go to a debit card. Payment item 15 requires withdrawals in the same way as the deposit, and item 2 requires the payment method to carry the account holder's name.

  • Minimum deposit: £10 (Payment item 3)
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10 (Payment item 9)
  • Maximum withdrawal for most providers: €5,000 per transaction (item 14)
  • One withdrawal request at a time (item 11)
  • Bank transfer deposit: 1-3 working days

24 hours to process, a 5% fee if the account sat idle

Payment item 10 says the casino strives to process all withdrawals within 24 hours, and the payments page says the same on working days. The time that banks and payment providers then take is outside the casino's control. A review site, Racing Post, lists e-wallets at up to 24 hours, and bank transfers and cards at up to five days, which comes on top of the casino's own processing time.

Item 8 contains a charge that is easy to miss: if there has been no activity by the customer and the customer requests a withdrawal, a 5% processing fee is taken from the amount. An €800 withdrawal would lose €40. Item 11 allows only one open withdrawal request, so a player cannot split a large payout into parallel requests; item 13 suggests consecutive maximum-limit transfers, or a bank transfer, which has no maximum limit. A pooled progressive jackpot above €50,000 may wait up to 30 working days (item 19).

Checks from €1,000 and a questionnaire on income

Payment item 18 asks for verification documents whenever a single transaction reaches €1,000 or total transactions reach €2,000. Item 12 asks for a copy of the front and back of each card, once per card. Item 16 lists ID or passport, driving licence, proof of address, proof of the payment method, and information on source of funds or wealth, occupation, annual gross income and gaming budget. Account Rules item 7 adds that registration itself collects occupation, annual gross income, source of wealth, source of funds, monthly gambling budget and a photograph.

The payments page says verification is done automatically and that an email follows if it fails. The two thresholds are single-transaction and running-total, so several smaller deposits can trigger a check as well. The page recommends completing the identity check straight after sign-up, so the 24-hour processing time is not stretched.

€10 a month from the 13th month, and the 30-month handover

An account is inactive when it has had no access and no transaction for 12 months and holds real money (Account Rules item 16). The casino tries to return the balance to the primary payment method. If that fails, a fee of €10 a month starts in the 13th month and continues while a balance remains, so a small balance is eroded by €10 every month. The casino promises to notify the customer at least a month before the account becomes inactive. Item 20 adds that after more than 30 months of inactivity the casino may be asked to hand all outstanding balances to the Malta authority.

Disputes are handled by internal complaint first. For UK customers, eCOGRA rulings are binding on both sides when the dispute is under £10,000 and not binding above it (Complaints item 3); Maltese-licence customers go to EADR and Swedish customers to ARN.

100% up to £100, 35x wagering, and a £5 maximum bet

The homepage banner reads 100% up to £100, and the bonus page confirms a 100% deposit bonus up to £100 for players living in the United Kingdom, with a minimum first deposit of £20 and the code welcome100. All bonuses carry 35x wagering within a month: a £20 deposit plus £20 bonus means £700 of wagering. The maximum bet is £5 per spin while a bonus is active. Slots, video slots and other games count 100%, video poker 10%, and table games and live casino count nothing. A first deposit by Skrill or Neteller excludes the player from the welcome bonus.

A permanent 10% cashback has been offered since 1 January 2020. It can be claimed when the balance is below £10, becomes available 24 hours after the first completed deposit, and later withdrawals are deducted from the cashback total. No-deposit winnings are limited to a withdrawal of £40 at minimum and £100 at maximum, and the balance above that is removed. The bonus conditions on the page are dated 25-10-2017, which is older than the 2026 general terms.

Evolution live tables, Slingo and no demo play

The About page names Evolution Gaming for live blackjack, roulette and punto banco, plus Big Time Gaming, Amatic, NetEnt, Scientific Gaming, Microgaming, Elk, Thunderkick and Novomatic for slots, and a Slingo section. It claims table-game RTPs of 99.59% for blackjack, 99.66% for pontoon and 99.37% for Texas Hold'em; these are the casino's own figures. There is no fun or demo play, so a game can only be tried with money after logging in. Support is open 24 hours a day by phone, live chat and email.

Responsible gambling tools include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, with decreases applied immediately and increases only after a 24-hour cooling-off period, plus loss, bet and time limits. Self-exclusion runs from a minimum of 6 months to an indefinite period.

3.5 out of 5 from 1,401 Trustpilot reviews

Trustpilot's UK page scores it 3.5 out of 5 from 1,401 reviews. CasinoGuru's Safety Index and an AskGamblers review were not found in the sources checked, and no individual complaint with an amount and date turned up. The terms therefore remain the main evidence, and they show a casino with a licence from the UK regulator but several fee and limit clauses written in euro.

Who All British Casino suits, and who should avoid it

It suits a UK resident who wants a Slingo and Evolution live lobby, pays by debit card, and keeps the account active. It also suits a player who values a permanent 10% cashback and a 24-hour round-the-clock phone line. It is a weak match for someone who expects to withdraw above €5,000 in a single request, who may leave a balance idle for 12 months, who wants to try games in demo mode, or who plays table games or live casino with a bonus, since neither counts toward the 35x requirement.
