No operator or licence named in the terms

The General Terms and Conditions refer to the Company in clause 1.4 without naming it, and neither the payments page nor the responsible gaming page gives a company name, registration number or licence. The sources that do name one disagree. CasinoGuru lists Estolio Limited, dates the casino to 2021 and shows a licence from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. AskGamblers lists Costa Rica, and a third source gives an Anjouan number, ALSI-152406028-F12. A player cannot tell from the casino's own pages which regulator stands behind the site.

That matters because clause 2.3 lists Estonia among the excluded jurisdictions, next to Denmark, Sweden, the UK, the USA and the Netherlands. The English version is binding (1.5) and the minimum age is 18 (2.1). Clause 6.17 says customer funds are kept in dedicated client bank accounts and would be returned in an insolvency, a promise made without naming the bank or the regulator.

€500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1, €1,500 and €20,000 at Level 5

Clause 6.11 ties withdrawals to the VIP level. The daily and monthly limits in euros are €500 and €7,000 at Level 1, €500 and €10,000 at Level 2, €800 and €12,000 at Level 3, €1,000 and €15,000 at Level 4, and €1,500 and €20,000 at Level 5. In kroner they are NOK 5,000 and NOK 70,000 at Level 1 up to NOK 20,000 and NOK 200,000 at Level 5. Another listing lists €500 per transaction and per day and €10,000 a month, which is the Level 2 figure. A €20,000 win at Level 1 takes 3 monthly cycles, 7,000 plus 7,000 plus 6,000. Spread over 30 days the €7,000 limit is about €233 a day, less than half of the €500 daily limit, which is why the monthly figure is the one that binds at Level 1.

The timing rule is harder to read. Clause 6.15 says the financial department works through a request within 3 business days after it is made, or within 3 business days after the last withdrawal was paid out, and that its staff process requests from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. If every request waits 3 business days after the previous payout, a month of about 21 business days allows about 7 payouts, which is €3,500 at the Level 1 daily limit of €500, only half of the €7,000 monthly limit. A customer may have at most 3 pending withdrawals (6.13), and the casino may pay by a different method than requested (6.10).

The cashier shows deposits in kroner from 200 kr up to 55,000 kr for crypto and Revolut, 20,000 kr for cards, 23,750 kr for Mifinity and 11,000 kr for PSCRD, with Bitcoin starting at 300 kr. Another listing lists 10 deposit methods and 7 withdrawal methods. The casino fixes minimum and maximum deposits at its discretion (6.5).

A €20 monthly wagering threshold and a 10% or 15% commission

Clause 6.7 says all deposited funds and winnings are subject to a minimum monthly wagering requirement, and that the casino may decline a withdrawal if the player has not wagered at least €20 in the calendar month of the request. Clause 6.8 sets the rollover before a withdrawal at x1. If the bets are less than the deposit, the casino may cancel the winnings and keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.5, or 15% if the account was funded by card or bank transfer. On a €200 card deposit that is €30 under the terms.

Refunds are exceptional: the Company generally offers none, a request must reach support within 24 hours, and no refund is possible after the deposit or its bonus has been used for a bet (6.6). If a deposit was made by credit card, withdrawals up to the amount deposited may be paid back to the card as a refund (6.6.5).

Verification: 30 days to answer and about 10 days to review

Clause 5.1 allows the casino to ask for a certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction history of the payment methods, including bank and card statements. Under clause 5.3 the player must provide them within 30 days of the request, and the casino may withhold payment, suspend the account and close it permanently if they arrive late. It usually verifies within 10 days of a complete answer, though complex cases can take longer. A player who sends documents on day 30 and waits another 10 days for review would reach 40 days before any payment is cleared.

€5 after 180 days, and funds voided on closure

Clause 6.18 treats an account as inactive after 180 days without a login and lets the casino charge €5 a month, or the whole balance if smaller, until the balance reaches zero. The casino may change the fee at its discretion without notice. A balance of €60 lasts 12 months of fees, which is about 18 months after the last login.

Clause 3.7 says an account can be closed only with no balance and no pending withdrawals. If the player closes it with a positive balance or a pending request, all the funds are voided. Clause 3.9 lets the casino refuse or close any account without notice or justification, and clause 3.8 makes self-exclusion a request by email to support. AskGamblers lists no responsible gambling tool except a self-assessment test, and CasinoGuru records no 24/7 live chat.

Bonus terms in brief: 35x on deposit plus bonus, 10x cap and 10 days

The bonus article has the offers. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €1,000 plus 50 spins, 70% up to €500 plus 50 spins and 50% up to €1,000 plus 50 spins. Under clause 7.16 a deposit bonus carries x35 on the deposit plus the bonus and a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the bonus, and a no-deposit bonus carries x40 with a maximum of 5 times the bonus, so a €20 bonus caps at €100. No-deposit free spins are capped at €80 (7.15). Casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 (7.12). Covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette numbers, and single bets above €100 before wagering is met, count as abuse (7.19).

25 excluded jurisdictions, and Norway is not one

Clause 2.3 excludes residents of 25 countries and territories: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Cote d'Ivoire, Armenia, Georgia and the Netherlands Antilles. The casino can change the list at any time without warning, and software providers add their own country lists (2.4). Norway and Finland are not named.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.3 and a player rating of 4.9 from 8 ratings, with e-wallets in 0 to 24 hours, cards in 3 to 5 days and bank transfers in 3 to 7 days. Trustpilot is lower at 1.6 stars from 49 reviews. Under clause 13.7 the casino informs a complainant of the outcome within 10 days, longer for complex cases, and complaints go in writing to a dedicated address.

Who Casombie suits and who should look elsewhere

Casombie suits a player who wants kroner payments, bets at least €20 a month and expects withdrawals around €500 a day, which is the Level 1 limit. It is a poor fit for a player who needs to know the licensing regulator before depositing, who may leave an account idle for 180 days, who wants to close with a balance, or who expects a €20,000 win within a month, since Level 1 caps a month at €7,000 and the 3-business-day rule can slow it further.
