How Duelz got 3.3/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • AskGamblers CasinoRank6.6/10weight 30%
  • Trustpilot2.3/5weight 10%

Combined: 6.1/10, shown as 3.3/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Duelz, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Duelz is a UK-only casino run by SuprPlay Limited of Malta under a Gambling Commission licence, and its terms of 28 September 2026 hold a few figures worth knowing before a deposit. Deposits go up to £5,000 per transaction, withdrawals to £20,000 by bank or Trustly and £10,000 by card or e-wallet, and the minimum is £20 on most methods. Against that, a withdrawal made without turning over the deposit costs 5% or £5, whichever is higher, and the casino classes customer money as "Not Protected" if it fails. AskGamblers scores Duelz 6.6 and Trustpilot 2.3 from 657 reviews. The sections below take each of these in turn.

SuprPlay Limited and licence 000-048695-R-327029-011

Clause 1.2 of the Terms & Conditions, version 3.1 dated 28 September 2026, names SuprPlay Limited, a Maltese company with registration C-74595 at San Gwann, as the contracting party and puts it in the SuprNation Group. Clause 1.4 states that it is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under licence number 000-048695-R-327029-011, and the Gambling Commission register lists duelz.com under account 48695. The same terms cover three sister sites, VoodooDreams.com, NYspins.com and LosVegas.bet (clause 1.1), and English law and courts govern disputes (clause 16.1).

The market is one country. Clause 2.7 asks the player to declare that they are a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, and it defines Restricted Jurisdictions as any jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom, with temporary visitors excluded as well. The bonus terms repeat it in clause 2.4, and clause 13.2 lists using a VPN to hide your location among the Prohibited Activities. Currency is GBP alone.

Only one account is allowed per household, IP address and device (clause 3.2.2). Opening a second account on the same site can cost a fee of 10% of the balance, with a minimum of £30, for every extra account (clause 2.2).

What the payments table says: £5,000 in, £20,000 out

The Payment Information page lists nine deposit methods, all with no fee and instant crediting. Trustly takes £10 to £5,000. Bank transfer, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and PayPal take £20 to £5,000, and Paysafecard takes £10 to £250. On the way out, Trustly and bank transfer pay £20 to £20,000, while Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and Paysafecard pay £20 to £10,000. A player with a £12,000 win could take it out in one go through Trustly and in two requests by card.

The page marks every withdrawal method as "Instant" but warns that those times are transfer times, not the casino's own, and that internal processing can take up to 72 hours. AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, banks and cards 2 to 6 days and pending times of 0 to 48 hours. Put together, a card withdrawal that sits for 48 hours in pending and then needs 6 days to arrive is 8 days from request to bank, whereas a Trustly payout that clears in a day is much faster. The sources agree on the order of speed but not on the figures: the casino says instant plus up to 72 hours, AskGamblers says up to 48 hours pending.

Credit cards and cash are refused (clauses 4.1 and 4.9) and the payment method must be your own, never a company or jointly held one (clause 4.8). If a NatWest card was used, the page says the withdrawal has to go to a verified bank account. A manual bank transfer, offered only in special circumstances, carries a fee that depends on the amount and country and is shown before the player confirms it.

The 5% or £5 charge on unplayed deposits

Clause 5.8 allows an administrative fee when a player requests a withdrawal without having turned over at least the amount of a deposit that has not been staked. The fee is 5% of the withdrawal or £5, whichever is higher. Withdrawing £1,000 of an unplayed deposit would cost £50; withdrawing £50 would cost £5, or 10%. Clause 4.13 reinforces it: deposits must be commensurate with game play, and the casino may retract costs and close the account indefinitely if they are not.

Anyone who deposits £25 to qualify for a welcome offer, changes their mind and asks for the £25 back should expect that charge. Bank and processor charges can be passed on as well. A deposit that has been played through once is outside the rule, so the practical advice is to stake the deposit before cashing out.

Verification above 2,000 pounds and when source of funds is asked

Age is verified at registration, and until it is confirmed the account cannot deposit or gamble (clause 2.3). Clause 5.3 lets the casino add checks for any deposit above 2,000 pounds, and for lower amounts when its risk policy requires. The checks may include an ID document, proof of address such as a utility bill, proof of the payment method, a selfie with the ID, and proof of income and source of wealth such as a payslip with the matching bank statement. Clause 4.6 adds affordability information, including the expected level of spend, and clause 3.6 allows a request for the source of regular income.

The terms say the player can upload documents in advance on the verification page after logging in. Since the deposit table allows £5,000 per deposit, a player who uses the top limit is inside the zone where document requests are explicitly allowed. Any open request can delay a withdrawal (clause 5.11.2), and clause 5.4 lets the casino suspend an account and hold funds for anti-money laundering reasons.

The right to withdraw the real money balance at any time, even with a bonus active, is in clause 5.11 and depends on payments having cleared, due diligence being complete and no investigation being open.

Rules that can cost money: "Not Protected", £5 a month and £2 stakes

Clause 5.10 says SuprPlay holds customer funds in a way that matches the Gambling Commission's classification "Not Protected". The money is kept in separate client accounts (clause 5.9), but there is no guarantee of full repayment in an insolvency. Gala Casino, by comparison, describes its trust arrangement as "high protection". It is the most important line in the terms for anyone planning to leave a balance on the site.

An account is inactive after 12 months without access if it has a balance, and dormant after 30 months (clauses 6.1 and 6.2). If the casino cannot return the money it may charge £5 per month (clause 6.3), so £60 would be used up in 12 months. After 5 years without access the casino may donate the balance to charity if the player cannot be reached (clause 6.4).

Slot stakes are capped by regulation at £5.00 per spin for players aged 25 or over and £2.00 for ages 18 to 24 (clause 4.2). Chargebacks lead to a blocked account and possible compliance fees (clause 4.16), and mistaken credits belong to the casino and can be set off against later winnings (clause 4.7).

Welcome spins, a £100 cap per day and 10x wagering

The bonus terms, version 2.2 dated 13 March 2026, describe the welcome offer as a first deposit of at least £25 and up to 140 free spins, claimed as 20 spins a day for seven days on named Big Bass, Buffalo King Megaways, Sweet Bonanza and Great Rhino games, each spin worth £0.10. Winnings count as bonus funds with 10x wagering, are capped at £100 per daily set, which makes a theoretical £700 over seven days, and each set expires 7 days after it is credited. The maximum stake while wagering is £2. Deposit bonuses carry a minimum deposit of £20, a £500 cap on winnings and a 30 day limit, and a weekly cashback of 5% of net spend is paid every Friday without wagering. The bonus page covers the offer in full.

Self-exclusion across four sites and eight weeks to a complaint outcome

Responsible gambling tools on the Duelz page are deposit, loss, stake and session limits, a reality check, a timer, time-outs of 24 hours to 30 days, self-exclusion and GAMSTOP. Raising a limit triggers a 24 hour cooling-off period; lowering one is immediate. Self-exclusion lasts at least 6 months, the account then stays closed for 7 years unless the player asks to reopen it (clause 7.4.1), and it applies to all four SuprPlay sites (clause 7.4.5).

Under clause 9.5 a complaint that is not resolved within 8 weeks can be taken to eCogra as the alternative dispute resolution provider.

6.6 on AskGamblers, 2.3 on Trustpilot

AskGamblers gives Duelz a CasinoRank of 6.6 and a player rating of 3.4, and it records deposit, wager, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion. Trustpilot shows 2.3 from 657 reviews. CasinoGuru has no Safety Index for the casino, so there is no complaint count to quote. The distance between the 3.4 and the 2.3 suggests that the people who write on Trustpilot are more critical than AskGamblers' raters.

Who should play at Duelz and who should not

Duelz suits a UK player who deposits £20 to £250 on a regular basis, uses Trustly or a debit card, wants withdrawals of up to £10,000 or £20,000 and accepts that welcome spins carry a £100 cap and 10x wagering. It suits someone who values the cross-site self-exclusion and fixed-calendar limits.

It does not suit a player who wants to keep a large balance in the account, given the "Not Protected" classification, who plans to withdraw deposits before playing them, or who wants to play from outside the UK.
