The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
EvoBet is a Curacao-licensed casino and sportsbook whose terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month, allow a 10% fee on unplayed deposits, limit a single-deposit player to 15x that deposit, and let the casino close accounts after 12 months without access. The record outside the site is poor: CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 2.3, Very low, with 18 complaints, AskGamblers lists 49 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 1.3 from 49 reviews. This review rests on the casino's own pages and on what the review sites report.
CW Marketing B.V. or Green Champions Leader S.R.L.: two operators on one site
The terms and the KYC page say EvoBet is operated by CW Marketing B.V., Curacao, commercial register number 143854, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/376/0148. The payment processor named there is Valdosa Trading Co. Ltd. of Nicosia, Cyprus. CasinoGuru shows the same owner and the same licence number and dates the brand to 2018.
The footer of the about page says something different: EvoBet and its rights belong to Green Champions Leader S.R.L., Costa Rica, registration 3-102-917157. AskGamblers lists that company as owner and names two regulators, the Anjouan Gaming Board and the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The terms also state that they took effect on 18 December 2015, which does not match the 2018 launch year both review sites give. A player cannot tell from the site which company holds the account contract.
€5,000 a day, €25,000 a month, and CasinoGuru's €7,000
Clause 7.12 of the terms limits withdrawals per account to €25,000 per calendar month and €5,000 per day. The daily figure depends on the payment method, the verification status, the account history, a risk assessment and the loyalty status. A win of €2,000 fits inside one day. A win of €40,000 does not: winnings above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments, so at €25,000 a month it takes 2 months.
CasinoGuru's record from 8 May 2026 lists different figures: a low withdrawal limit of 7,000 a month and a cap on net winnings of €50,000 per account. At €7,000 a month the same €40,000 win would take 6 months. Which figure applies today is not clear from the sources.
Clause 7.19 adds a limit-related rule: while a time-out, deposit or bet limit is active, the casino may restrict withdrawals to 10% per month of the withdrawable amount. A player with €1,000 in withdrawable funds and a deposit limit switched on could be held to €100 a month under that clause.
The 15x cap and the 10% fee
Clause 7.20 says a player with one deposit only can cash out at most 15x that deposit, and all further winnings are removed when the withdrawal is requested. On a €30 deposit the ceiling is €450. Clause 7.14 requires the deposit to be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal (or bet in full on sports at odds of 1.50 or higher), which is €300 of bets for a €100 deposit.
Clauses 7.10 and 7.15 allow a fee when a deposit is withdrawn without being played: 10% in clause 7.10, and in 7.15 a charge of up to 10% of the deposit. On €100 that is up to €10. Clause 7.4 separately allows an administration charge when deposits and withdrawals happen without matching play, and clause 7.22 says a payment provider may add a commission to a deposit, and the amount can be requested from support by email up to 48 hours after the deposit.
Documents within 30 days, or before the first withdrawal
Clause 5 requires a photo of an ID card, passport or driving licence, a selfie holding the document and a utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months. Images must be PNG, JPEG or GIF up to 5 MB, and PDF files are not accepted. The documents must be uploaded within 30 days of registration or before the first withdrawal, otherwise the account is closed until they arrive.
The KYC page adds proof of payment: card copies showing the first six and last four digits, an e-wallet screenshot, a bank statement from the last 3 months, or a crypto transaction and wallet screenshot. It states that a player who has not yet requested a withdrawal has 48 hours after requesting the payout to send documents, and that review takes 3 business days. The document stage alone can therefore take 2 days to send and 3 business days to review. Clause 5.3 lets the casino restrict withdrawals while checks run, and clause 5.4 lets it keep the deposited amount if it considers the information deliberately incorrect.
Clauses that forfeit a balance: VPN, bonus abuse and 12 months of silence
Clause 5.9.5 allows the casino to void winnings and forfeit the entire balance, deposits included, if it finds the IP address was disguised (a VPN is named), forged documents were used, bonus abuse is reasonably suspected or software-assisted play is detected. Under clause 4.10 an account not accessed for 12 consecutive months is dormant even with a balance. The casino may close it and remove the money; a request within 6 months restores the real-money balance but not bonus funds, and after those 6 months the funds may be permanently forfeited. That is 18 months from the last access. The fee for dormant accounts is not stated.
On countries, clause 23.9 forbids citizens or residents of 12 places: Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, UAE, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan and Qatar. The site's own geo-block list has 24 codes, including the US, UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, Australia and Russia. The profile data lists 19 restricted countries, including Estonia, Spain and Sweden. The three lists disagree.
76 game brands, 13 payment routes and a 10:00 to 02:00 chat
The homepage lists 76 game brands in the filter, among them Evolution, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Push Gaming, Relax, Spribe and Thunderkick, plus a sportsbook, live sports and Livespins. AskGamblers praises the selection and says the lobby needs more filtering. The payments page lists 13 methods with a $25 minimum: Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe card, Ewallet and Astropay up to $2,000, and CashtoCode, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USD Coin and USDT versions up to $5,000. AskGamblers puts withdrawals at 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, crypto and cards and 0 to 48 hours for banks.
The about page gives live chat and support as 10:00 to 02:00 UTC+2 every day, with email at support@evobet.com. AskGamblers' table says 24/7 while its text says 09:00 to 01:00 CET, and CasinoGuru notes that chat is not 24/7. Responsible-gambling tools on AskGamblers' checklist: deposit limit, self-exclusion and cool-off, 3 of 10. Wager, loss and time limits and a reality check are missing.
18 complaints, 49 complaints and a 1.3 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru records 18 complaints and a Safety Index of 2.3, Very low, and rates the terms unfair. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 9.2, a player rating of 8.5 and 49 complaints. Trustpilot shows 1.3 from 49 reviews on an unclaimed profile, and none of the five reviews shown has a company reply.
Four of them concern money removed from the account. On 13 January 2026 a reviewer reports depositing $280, reaching $492.11 and then seeing the withdrawal cancelled and $386.11 deducted, plus $174 of the original deposit. On 24 March 2025 another reports a €30 deposit that grew to €970 before the winnings were frozen on a claim of bonus funds, followed by 30 days of emails. On 2 March 2025 a third reports $263.82 booked as 'Credited in favor of the bookmaker' after 6 winning bets in a week. On 26 April 2025 a fourth says all winnings were deducted after a hard verification and that the decision was called final. These are the reviewers' own accounts, not findings.
The welcome bonus in one paragraph
Sources disagree on the headline: the register page copy says 130% up to €1,000, the profile data lists 305% up to €1,200 plus 500 free spins, and AskGamblers lists 150% up to €1,500 with a €30 minimum and 30x on deposit plus bonus. On the AskGamblers version, a €30 deposit gives €45 of bonus and €2,250 of required bets. The terms cap the bet at €5 a spin, so that is at least 450 bets, and they limit winnings from a 150% to 199% deposit bonus to 6x the deposit, which is €180 for €30. The bonus page has the full package.
Who EvoBet suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who has read clauses 4.10, 5.9.5, 7.12 and 7.20, deposits an amount they are happy to leave behind, wagers it 3 times, keeps the account active within 12 months and expects to withdraw less than €5,000 a day. It is a poor fit for anyone who expects to withdraw more than €25,000 in a month, who plays with a single deposit and hopes to win more than 15 times it, who wants a verified operator name, or who wants a record of paid disputes: the Trustpilot reviews and the Very low Safety Index point the other way. Players in the 24 geo-blocked places, and in the 12 places clause 23.9 names, should not register.
