The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Golden Panda is a crypto-friendly casino and sportsbook at goldenpanda.com that cannot say who runs it: the terms name no company and no licence, while AskGamblers lists SIMBA N.V. and CasinoGuru lists Igloo Ventures SRL. Withdrawals are capped at EUR 4,000 a day, EUR 10,000 a week and EUR 20,000 a month, the minimum cashout is EUR 25, and an account idle for 180 days loses 10% of its balance each month. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3.4 (Very low), Trustpilot averages 2.2 from 532 reviews, and AskGamblers shows 5 complaints, all resolved. That suits small-stake crypto players, not anyone planning a large win.
Three sources, three answers on who runs Golden Panda
The terms and conditions at goldenpanda.com call the operator "GoldenPanda.com" and give no legal company name, no registration number, no licensing authority and no licence number. Clause 19.3 points to licensing authorities "mentioned in clause 1.2", but clause 1.2 names none. The only licence wording on the home page is the banner "Fully Licensed", and the footer reads "© 2026 goldenpanda.com" with the address help@goldenpanda.com.
Second-hand sources fill the gap differently. AskGamblers lists SIMBA N.V. as owner, 2024 as the launch year, and two licensors: the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board. CasinoGuru lists Igloo Ventures SRL as owner, also 2024, with an AOFA licence from Comoros and no licence number. These are two different companies and three named regulators. A player cannot check any of them against the casino itself, which matters when a dispute needs a regulator to appeal to. The casino's own complaint route is internal: clause 19.1 aims to resolve complaints within 90 days.
EUR 4,000 a day: how long a big win takes to leave
Clause 8.1 of the terms sets default withdrawal limits of EUR 4,000 per day, EUR 10,000 per week and EUR 20,000 per month, "as at the time of writing". The FAQ says the minimum withdrawal is EUR 25 and the minimum deposit EUR 20, and that no fixed maximum is listed, so the terms figures are the only caps found. A EUR 8,000 win clears in 2 days under the daily cap. A EUR 20,000 win needs 5 days by the day limit, but the weekly cap of EUR 10,000 stretches it to 2 weeks. A EUR 50,000 win would take 3 monthly cycles at EUR 20,000 a month.
On speed, the FAQ calls withdrawals usually instant, with rare manual reviews of up to 24 hours, and says that after approval funds reach the bank within 5 business days. A bank payout approved after a 24-hour review can therefore take up to 7 calendar days to land. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0-24 hours, bank transfers at 3-7 days, a pending time of 0-24 hours and no card withdrawals. The profile data says bank transfers take 3-5 days, so the bank figure differs by source.
Withdrawals return by default to the deposit method on a first-in, first-out basis (clause 6.22). No commission applies when the deposit has been wagered at least once (clause 6.15); otherwise a processing charge may be deducted. Deposit fees are "none where possible", though fees may apply for some methods or currency conversion (clause 6.13). The FAQ gives up to 10 minutes for card deposits to be processed.
Five logos on the home page, ten methods in the profile data
The home page shows 5 payment logos: Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Tether and Ethereum. The profile data lists 10 deposit methods, adding Litecoin, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer, and 6 withdrawal methods: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Interac and bank transfer. It lists 8 currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and XRP.
The FAQ lists reasons a card deposit fails: an expired card, insufficient funds, wrong card details, a missing 3D Secure code, or a missing first and last name in the Beneficiary field. Because cards are not offered for withdrawal, a player who deposits by Visa has to cash out by another route.
Three proofs and a 90-day rule: the verification process
Clause 3.9 allows the casino to demand verification at any time and to restrict the account until it is complete. The FAQ lists what is asked: front and back photos of a passport or driving licence, a selfie holding that document, and a bank statement or utility bill issued within the past 90 days, with all four corners visible. It calls the process automated and usually complete within minutes to an hour, and adds that checks are periodic and random.
Clause 6.11 adds source-of-funds checks, and clause 6.17(c) lets the casino decline a withdrawal until the source is established. Clause 6.18 allows delays for further checks without a stated limit. An account blocked for 180 days because verification was never finished may be reclassed as dormant (clause 16.2.5), which brings the monthly deduction described below. In the complaint record, AskGamblers describes an account closed in the middle of a withdrawal of about CAD 1,144 after KYC, and Trustpilot has a 12 February 2026 case where a withdrawal vanished and a joint bank account was requested.
The 10% monthly deduction on idle accounts
Clause 16.2 is the rule most likely to cost a casual player. After 180 days with no bet, the account becomes dormant, and 10% of the remaining balance may be deducted each month until EUR 10 or less is left. The terms intend at least 30 days of email notice, and placing a bet reactivates the account. On a EUR 500 balance, the first deduction would be EUR 50, the second EUR 45, the third EUR 40.50, and so on. After 12 months of deductions about EUR 141 would remain of the EUR 500, so roughly 72% would be gone.
Other clauses with a price tag: funds deposited from a restricted territory are forfeit (clause 4.4); permanent self-exclusion closes the account and forfeits what remains (clause 14.2); winnings from a bonus not tied to a deposit are capped at EUR 10 (clause 9.3); and accounts are limited to one per person (clause 3.2). Clause 4.2 lists restricted territories with the wording "not limited to": it names 32 entries including the USA and its territories, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Malta, Lithuania, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, the French overseas territories, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria and Cuba. The terms state no fixed maximum bet and no maximum win outside bonus play; individual game rules apply (clauses 7.1 and 7.6).
Games, VIP levels and support
The home page claims "4000+ casino games" in its body text and "3,000+" in a feature card, so the library size is stated two ways. No provider total is given; the strip shows 10 logos: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Wicked Games, Delulu, Di Joker, Play'n Go, Big Daddy Gaming and Enjoy Gaming. A live section covers blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, Monopoly Live and Mega Wheel, and a sportsbook with in-play betting covers football, golf, tennis, horse racing and the NFL.
The VIP Club has 11 levels from Infant to Guardian. Level 6 needs EUR 100K wagered, level 9 EUR 1M, and level 11 EUR 25M. Points accrue at 3 per EUR 1 on slots, 6 on sports and 2 on other casino games. Cashback is 12.5% at level 9 and 20% at level 11, capped at 30% of lifetime value. A VIP manager typically starts at level 9. Level requirements must be met within 3 to 6 months of the first deposit, and the page labels both levels 1 and 2 as Infant.
Support is live chat 24/7 according to the home page, CasinoGuru and AskGamblers, with email at support@goldenpanda.com, complaints@goldenpanda.com and help@goldenpanda.com. CasinoGuru notes there is no phone line and lists 12 support languages, among them English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Polish and Arabic.
Self-exclusion only: the responsible gambling gap
The responsible gambling page advises setting a deposit limit and a time limit, but offers no tool or amounts for either. The one tool described is self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years, requested through support and applied within 24 hours (clause 14.1). AskGamblers checked 10 tools and found 1: self-exclusion. It found no deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, time limit, cool-off, reality check or self-assessment test. CasinoGuru lists limited responsible gaming options among its cons. The page links to gamblingtherapy.org and gives no phone number.
7 complaints at CasinoGuru, 5 at AskGamblers, 2.2 stars
CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 3.4 (Very low) in a record of 8 May 2026 and 2.0 in one of 15 October 2026, rates the terms "somewhat unfair", records 7 complaints and does not blacklist the casino. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.9, 5 complaints all marked resolved with an average of USD 447, and no player reviews yet. Trustpilot shows 2.2 of 5 from 532 reviews, 64% one-star and 22% five-star (read 30 October 2026).
The cases that explain the gap: an annulment of EUR 33,000 in winnings on AskGamblers; an account closed after a 200 USDT deposit; EUR 1,000 left pending for 13 days after closure; three declined deposits worth EUR 152 that were not returned. On Trustpilot, USD 6,000 in winnings restricted after an internal review on 2 December 2025; a withdrawal cancelled after 40 hours on 7 January 2026; two withdrawals totalling EUR 316 refunded after about two months; and three-day delays in August 2026. Resolved on AskGamblers does not mean paid in full, and the casino disputes at least one Trustpilot account: a 26 February 2026 review says USD 4,000+ won from 15 spins was voided after a 35x requirement on a USD 2,000 cashout, and the operator disputed it on 2 June.
Who should play here, and who should not
Golden Panda fits a player who deposits the EUR 20 minimum, stays below roughly EUR 4,000 in a single cashout, uses crypto or an e-wallet route, and plays often enough to avoid the 180-day dormancy clock. For that player the stated limits, the EUR 25 minimum withdrawal and the reported instant payouts are workable.
It is a poor fit for a player who wants a named licensed operator to complain to, anyone from the 32 listed territories, someone who expects to hit a five-figure win that would take weeks under the EUR 10,000 weekly cap, and anyone who wants deposit or loss limits, since only self-exclusion exists. The welcome offer is covered separately: 200% up to EUR 5,000 with 35x wagering, a EUR 5 maximum bet and a 10x cashout cap, with details on the bonus page.
