How Instant Casino got 1.8/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index0.9/10weight 60%
AskGamblers CasinoRank6.3/10weight 30%
Combined: 2.7/10, shown as 1.8/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Instant Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Instant Casino is a 2024 Curacao-licensed site whose own terms set withdrawals at €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month, and let it deduct 10% of an idle balance every month after 180 days without a login. The outside record is weak: CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 0.9, Very low, with 16 complaints and terms it rates unfair, while AskGamblers has a CasinoRank of 6.4 and a player rating of 5.6 from 21 reviews. This review reads the terms clause by clause, shows where sources disagree (even on who the operator is), and says who the numbers suit.
Two operator names and no licence number
The site says it was established in 2024 and holds a licence under the Curacao Gaming Control Board. That sentence is on its cashback page. The terms of use go no further: clause 1, "Information about us", contains one line about the website address and names no company, no registered office and no licence number. A reader who wants to check the licence has nothing to look up.
The review sites fill the gap, and they disagree. CasinoGuru, in a record from May 2026, lists Igloo Ventures SRL as owner and operator, with the Curacao authority abbreviated CGA. AskGamblers lists SIMBA N.V. as owner and names two licensors, the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the Anjouan Gaming Board. No document settles which company contracts with the player, so the sensible reading is that the operator is not confirmed.
Account rules are short. The minimum age is 18, or the legal age where you live if higher (3.1). One account per person; if the casino decides you opened more, it may close all of them, withhold winnings and charge an administration fee (3.2, 3.5). Clause 17.1 lets it end an account at any time without a reason.
€4,000 a day, €10,000 a week, €20,000 a month
Clause 8.1 gives the default withdrawal limits "as at the time of writing": a maximum of €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, or the equivalent in another currency. The casino may change them, and it promises to communicate the limit before a withdrawal request is submitted.
Work it through. A €10,000 win clears in three withdrawal days (€4,000, €4,000, €2,000) and uses the whole weekly allowance. A €20,000 win is capped at €10,000 a week, so it needs two separate weekly windows (six withdrawal days at €4,000, €4,000, €2,000 twice), and it equals the entire monthly limit. Anything larger than €20,000 is paid in the following month at the earliest. The terms do not define how the week or month is counted.
Money leaves by the route it came in. Clause 6.22 says withdrawals are processed to the deposit method on a first in, first out basis, and that paying out to a different method may need proof that you own it. The same clause lets the casino delay or suspend withdrawals until such requests are satisfied. Clause 6.18 adds that withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled for additional checks.
The site lists Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard, MiFinity, Interac, Open Banking, GiroPay, PicPay, Sofort, Pix and six coins: BTC, BCH, LTC, ADA, ETH, USDT. The profile data lists the currencies as EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, BTC, ETH and USDT, and withdrawals by Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Interac. The minimum deposit on the welcome offer is €20. The terms give no withdrawal minimum and no processing time.
Instant on the homepage, 2 to 6 days on AskGamblers
The site describes itself as an instant-withdrawal casino. AskGamblers measures something different: e-wallets 2 to 6 days, bank transfers 3 to 6 days, cards not offered, a pending period of 0 to 24 hours, and no weekend cashouts. An older project record gave e-wallets as 0 to 24 hours, so the figure has moved against the casino between readings.
Put the two together for a €3,000 request. Add the 0 to 24 hours of pending time to the 2 to 6 days for an e-wallet and the money arrives in roughly 2 to 7 calendar days, and a bank transfer in 3 to 7. If the request lands on a Friday evening, AskGamblers' note on weekend cashouts pushes it into the next week.
Trustpilot shows both sides. A December 2025 review says a withdrawal reached the bank within 24 hours and another took about 30 hours. Against that stand a November 2025 review of a confirmed €1,500 payout unpaid after 8 days with the account locked, and one review of about €1,700 unpaid for a year. These are individual accounts, not audited figures.
What the terms say about verification
Verification is wide open in the text. Clause 3.9 entitles the casino to run identity, credit and fraud checks "from time to time", requires you to provide all information requested, and allows it to suspend or restrict the account in any way it deems appropriate until it is satisfied. The clause does not list documents and gives no deadline for the casino's own review.
A second layer covers where the money came from. Clause 6.11 allows source-of-funds checks under anti-money-laundering rules and lets the casino suspend or terminate the account if it cannot satisfy itself that the funds are legitimate. Clause 6.17 makes a withdrawal conditional on cleared deposits, completed identity checks and no open investigation into a game defect or a breach of the terms.
The practical risk sits in clause 16.2.5. An account blocked because KYC or source-of-funds verification stays incomplete for 180 continuous days can be classed as dormant, with the same 10% monthly fee described below. The player can reactivate by finishing verification, but a pending withdrawal stays blocked until then.
One AskGamblers case matches this shape: €3,500 reported as confiscated with the verified account closed and no explanation, unresolved. It is one player's account, and the casino's side is not on file.
10% a month after 180 days, and the other ways a balance is lost
Clause 16.2 sets the rule most players never read. After 180 days with no login, the account is classed as dormant and the casino may deduct a maintenance fee of 10% of the remaining balance per month. The deduction continues until the balance falls to €5 or less, at which point the remainder may be forfeited. The casino says it will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice by email, and logging in stops further deductions.
The compounding is easy to quantify. On a €1,000 balance, twelve monthly deductions leave about €282 (1,000 x 0.9 to the power of 12).
Other clauses move money in the casino's direction. Deposits made from a third party's payment method, including family members and company accounts, are invalid and any winnings from them are void and forfeit (6.8). Anyone found in a restricted territory forfeits what they deposited (4.4). A fraud finding or access restriction makes the balance forfeit (11.2). Winnings from a bonus that is not tied to a deposit are cut to €10 (9.3). A permanent self-exclusion closes the account and forfeits what is left (14.2).
Clause 11.6 is broad: for abusive promotional behaviour such as bonus hunting or multiple accounts, the casino may also withhold real-money balances and pending withdrawals. Clause 6.15 is the quiet one: if the deposit was not wagered at least once, a processing charge may come off the withdrawal; its size is not stated.
Clause 4.2 lists restricted territories that "include, but are not limited to" more than 30 countries and territories, among them the USA and its overseas territories, France and its overseas territories, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Aruba, Curacao, Iran, Cuba and North Korea. The United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Australia are not on that list, yet our own restricted-country data includes all three, so a player in one of them should treat access as uncertain rather than confirmed. Brazil is also absent from the list, and the site shows Pix and PicPay, but Brazilian measure MP 1.394, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games in Brazil, including offers by operators based abroad (Senado summary of 29 September 2026), and how Instant Casino responded is not known. Funds deposited from a restricted territory are forfeit (4.4).
The welcome offer in one paragraph
The headline is 200% up to €7,500 on the first deposit, minimum €20. It is released in four 25% tranches, each unlocked by wagering 15 times the initial deposit, within a 7-day window, with a €5 maximum bet and bonus winnings converted up to 10 times the bonus. A €100 deposit gives €200 in four €50 instalments and €6,000 of total wagering. The general bonus terms separately state 35 times, and the two pages are not reconciled. The bonus page has the details.
3,000 games claimed, and a thin set of safeguards
The site claims more than 3,000 games and over 90 providers; neither figure is verified. The navigation shows slots, live casino, crash games, a sportsbook with eSports, jackpots, tournaments and Instant Casino Originals. Lootboxes are a paid game of chance (clauses 10.3 to 10.9): a physical prize not claimed within 6 days becomes cashback, which may be lower than the item's displayed value.
Responsible gambling is where the sources are blunt. The casino's page, last updated 22 January 2026, offers tips and a link to a self-test rather than tools. Self-exclusion is by message to support, for a period between 6 months and 5 years, and the page warns it cannot be undone. AskGamblers records no deposit, loss, wager or time limits, no cool-off and no reality check. CasinoGuru lists limited responsible gaming options among the cons.
Support is by email at support@instantcasino.com. CasinoGuru says there is no phone line and lists nine support languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Greek, French, Polish and Norwegian. No live-chat hours are stated. The terms say complaints should be resolved within 90 days of notice (19.1), with server records the final authority in a dispute (19.4).
Safety Index 0.9, 16 complaints, 1,129 closed reviews
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 0.9, Very low, in our October 2026 reading, down from 3.4 in May. It rates the terms unfair, counts 16 complaints, does not blacklist the casino and lists a slow website and missing phone support as cons. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.4, a player rating of 5.6 from 21 reviews, 14 resolved complaints out of 21 to 25 (the page is inconsistent) and an average response of 2 days.
The AskGamblers cases cluster on money held. A €7,500 complaint over a responsible-gambling breach, €3,500 confiscated after verification and €1,250 pending for a week are unresolved. Resolved ones include €1,450 after 11 days with no money and CAD 968.01 on a closed account.
Trustpilot lists 1,129 reviews on instantcasino.com with no TrustScore, and reviews are closed with a note that the company's website has closed, even though the site works. We read that as a Trustpilot status quirk, not a shutdown. Recent reviews are mostly one-star.
Who Instant Casino suits, and who should look elsewhere
It fits a player who deposits modest sums, wagers them at least once, withdraws well under €4,000 at a time and logs in at least every 180 days. For that player the limits are a non-issue and the harshest clauses never trigger.
It is a poor fit for someone expecting a large win: €20,000 is the whole monthly limit and takes at least two weekly windows. It also suits badly anyone who needs limit tools, because only self-exclusion exists, or anyone who wants to know who the operator is before depositing. With a Safety Index of 0.9, unfair terms, an unnamed company and 16 CasinoGuru complaints, the review-site figures are weak. Players in the listed territories, or in the UK, the Netherlands and Australia, should not rely on access.
