How we rate casinos: the full method

Legzo's terms (in force since 1 June 2022, latest version updated on 1 October 2026) name GALAKTIKA N.V. (Curacao, Reg. No. 140803) under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 of the Curacao Gaming Authority, and set payout limits per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days: €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000 at Bronze or Silver, rising to €15,000, €75,000 and €450,000 at Platinum. Identity checks can start at €2,000 of deposits and the terms bar 60 places, among them the UK, the USA, France, Spain and the Netherlands but not Estonia. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.6 with 32 complaints, 18 of them rejected, while Trustpilot averages 2.0 of 5 from 23 reviews.

GALAKTIKA N.V., terms from 2022, licence number from 2024

The terms name the operator in the clause headed Parties and in the footer: GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, Reg. No. 140803, licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. Payments are handled by Unionstar Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, No. HE 356131, which the terms call a subsidiary. The terms came into effect on 1 June 2022 and were last updated on 1 October 2026, and they are governed by Curacao law. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru date the brand to 2022, and CasinoGuru marks the licence as verified. The number carries a 2024 date, so the licence behind the first two years of operation is not named anywhere.

The same number appears on Irwin Casino, which AskGamblers says received it on 28 October 2024. CasinoGuru sees no blacklist entry and puts the revenue tier above €5,000,000. The casino's domain is legzo.casino, not legzo.com, which redirects to a domain-marketplace listing. Complaints go to support at help-legzo@support.win and, if unresolved, to unnamed independent institutions or licensing authorities.

€80,000 a month at Bronze, €450,000 at Platinum

The Deposits and Payouts section lists three fiat limits per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days: €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000 for Bronze or Silver players, €10,000, €50,000 and €200,000 for Gold, and €15,000, €75,000 and €450,000 for Platinum. Crypto payouts are limited to $50,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 for all statuses, but only if the deposit was made in crypto and the winnings come from bets with crypto-deposited funds. A payout limit can never be lower than 3 times the deposits of the same period, and the casino may change the base limits and the multiplier without notice. This confirms the monthly figures the LCB forum ties to VIP level, and AskGamblers' €4,000 daily figure.

At €4,000 a day a €30,000 win takes 8 days to pay at the lowest level, and the €20,000 weekly limit stretches it to 11 days; at Gold the same sum leaves in 3 days. Large requests are paid in instalments, and a player who keeps betting after requesting a withdrawal has pending requests cancelled, newest first. The casino says it processes payouts within 24 hours, and amounts above €1,250 can be held up to 48 hours for transaction checks. AskGamblers gives pending times of 0 to 48 hours, e-wallets and cards at 0 to 24 hours and bank transfers at 3 to 7 days; LCB gives pending up to 24 hours and processing up to 5 business days. For a bank payout the worst case is therefore 2 days of pending plus 7 days in transit, 9 calendar days.

The profile data lists 18 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, Jeton, MiFinity, Trustly, Flexepin and 8 crypto coins, and 17 withdrawal methods; CasinoGuru counts 53 payment methods in all. The currency count conflicts: the profile data lists 24, the home page names only USD and EUR. The minimum deposit is €10 according to LCB and €20 on each welcome card according to AskGamblers; the terms state no minimum withdrawal. The About page advertises more than 9,000 games from over 90 providers, against 80 providers counted by CasinoGuru.

Identity checks from €2,000 of deposits, a 10-day document window

The terms set several triggers. Extra verification of gaming transactions of up to 48 hours applies above €1,250, identity can be checked once total deposits pass €2,000, and source-of-funds confirmation can be requested once they pass €10,000. Documents, which may include a passport, a payment card and a utility bill, must be sent within 10 days of the request, and the casino reviews a complete package within 10 days. Video or phone checks are possible, withdrawals are suspended meanwhile, and 10 days of silence can lead to a blocked or permanently suspended account. LCB reported a $1,250 trigger and verification within 48 hours, which differs from the euro triggers in the terms.

If the 48-hour transaction check, the 24-hour processing and a 10-day document review run one after the other, a first payout above €2,000 can take up to 13 days before the money is sent; the terms do not say whether they overlap. The home page promises a passport check within 24 hours, which is marketing copy.

60 places barred, among them the UK, France and Spain, but not Estonia

The terms prohibit opening accounts, depositing or real-money betting from 60 listed places: American Samoa, Armenia, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, the BES islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), the UK, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, the DR Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Cuba, Curacao, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Macau, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Martin, Syria, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, the USA, France, French Guiana, the Central African Republic and Ethiopia. A player who gives false location details has all deposits and withdrawals voided. The list is identical to Irwin's.

An LCB moderator post of 16 September 2025 listed 52 excluded places including Ontario; the terms do not name Ontario and are longer by 8 entries. Estonia is not on the terms' list, though LCB says some software providers are restricted for Estonian players, and the terms put Estonia in NetEnt's licensed-access category. Welcome terms vary by country: LCB records Finland at €300 with no spins, against €600 in the default and German versions. The terms contain no inactivity fee.

A €5 maximum bet, a 10x cap on no-deposit wins and a 10% commission

The terms allow at most €5 per bet (€3 for Finland) while a bonus is wagered unless the bonus says otherwise. No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, and the player must withdraw them before making another deposit to play without that cap. Withdrawing before the wagering is finished cancels the bonus and winnings above the bonus amount. Slots count 100% and other games 0%. Deposits must normally be turned over once, otherwise the casino may cancel the withdrawal or withhold a 10% commission, and a suspected "risk-free strategy" can lead to 3 times wagering or a fee of up to 25%.

The home page describes a cashback of 10% of losses paid every Thursday, with a higher VIP level improving it, and mega spins that expire 72 hours after claiming, and says no promotion without wagering is offered. A reviewer on LCB says a 10% cashback was refused after €810 of deposits in one week (undated), and another says a chat agent promised a €10 activity bonus that never appeared. The bonus article on this site covers the welcome package.

80 providers, and self-exclusion only by asking support

CasinoGuru counts 80 game providers. The home page names Pragmatic Play and Microgaming and lists seven sections: New, Popular, Bonus, Jackpot, Table Games, Live Casino and Roulette. Demo mode is offered before a deposit. The casino's responsible gambling page offers a temporary or permanent restriction on request to support and a short self-assessment, and describes no limit tools. AskGamblers records 7 of 10 responsible-gambling tools: deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off and reality check, with no self-assessment test, withdrawal lock or register link, so the two sources do not match.

32 complaints on CasinoGuru, 3 on AskGamblers

CasinoGuru records 32 complaints in its 16 October 2026 record: 1 open, 13 resolved and 18 rejected, with a T&C rating of mostly fair and 1 issue noted. AskGamblers shows only 3 complaints, all payout delays, for $5,650, €1,389 and €5,162; the last dates from July 2023 and is unresolved. Its CasinoRank is 6.7 and its single player review gives 1.0.

Trustpilot reads 2.0 of 5 from 23 reviews on 25 October 2026, down from 2.3 from 25 nine days earlier in the record. A Hungarian reviewer wrote on 28 December 2023 that a withdrawal after a no-deposit win was blocked until a deposit and 3x playthrough were made. An Austrian reviewer wrote on 21 September 2023 that bonuses and cashback were removed without notice. A Latvian reviewer reported on 20 June 2025 a bonus payout of about €3.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Legzo fits a player outside the 60 barred places who wants a Curacao brand with 17 withdrawal routes, can accept a 24-hour processing window plus a 10-day document window, and keeps deposits low enough that the 3x deposit rule does not matter. It does not fit someone in Finland expecting €600, or anyone for whom a payout above €4,000 a day matters before reaching Gold. Live chat runs 24/7 per CasinoGuru, and the terms give help-legzo@support.win as the support address.
