How Marca Casino got 4.1/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index8.4/10weight 60%
  • Trustpilot2.3/5weight 10%

Combined: 7.9/10, shown as 4.1/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Marca Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Marca Casino is the casino section of Marca Apuestas, a Spain-only site run by Casino Marbella Interactive S.A. under DGOJ licences that include slots licence MAZ/2014/007. Its payments page lists card, PayPal and bank withdrawals of €10 to €10,000 per request, with a stated maximum of 2 withdrawals and €20,000 a day. The terms add a €150 deposit cap until ID is sent, an inactivity fee of €5 or 5% of the balance after 2 years, and a 3-month deadline for complaints. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.4 with 2 complaints, while Trustpilot shows 2.3 out of 5 from 6 reviews, all at 1 star. The limits are generous on paper and the record is thin.

Casino Marbella Interactive S.A. and ten licence references

The terms name Casino Marbella Interactive S.A., tax number A-86342805, Calle Independencia 11 in Ceuta, entered in the Madrid commercial register at volume 29.406, folio 62, sheet M-529289. The site footer says Marca Apuestas is owned and operated by the same company. CasinoGuru instead names BET ON RED DIGITAL S.A.U. as owner and dates the brand to 2012, so the ownership line is a conflict between the review site and the casino's own pages.

The terms list ten DGOJ licences: general licences 248-11/GA/A86342805/SGR for betting, 140-11/GO/A9566B232/SGR for other games and 249-11/GC/A86342805/SGR for contests, and singular licences for roulette (360-14/RLT/A86342805/SGR), blackjack (BLJ/2018/012), punto y banca (359-14/PUN/A86342805/SGR), slots (MAZ/2014/007), counterparty sports betting (328-12/ADC/A86342805/SGR), other counterparty bets (AOC/2018/009) and contests (LSIN/0026811). Clause 2.1 limits the service to people resident in Spain and excludes companies and natural persons living abroad. The account currency is the euro (2.2).

€10 to €10,000 per request, 2 requests, €20,000 a day

The payments page gives a table for withdrawals. Card payouts run €10 to €10,000 and take 2 to 5 working days. PayPal runs €10 to €10,000 and takes a maximum of six hours. Bank transfer runs €10 to €10,000 in 1 to 2 working days. Aircash pays €10 to €1,000 within six hours, and MuchBetter pays €10 to €5,000 instantly. The fee is 0% on every method. A note under the table says no more than 2 withdrawals are possible per day, so the daily maximum is €20,000. At the top of the PayPal range, a €25,000 win would take two days: €20,000 on day one and €5,000 on day two.

The page contradicts itself in the explanatory text. It says card deposits go up to €99,999 where the table says €10,000, Bizum up to €3,000 where the table says €5,000, and PayPal withdrawals arrive within about 24 hours where the table says six hours. The table is the more specific source, but the differences are worth knowing. Clause 2.2 of the terms adds that prizes must be credited to the account within 24 hours of the official result being certified, and that at least one withdrawal a day through the deposit methods is guaranteed.

Ten ways in, five ways out

Deposits accept ten methods: card, Bizum, PayPal, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, bank transfer, Aircash, A-bon, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The minimum is €10 for most and €5 for Aircash and A-bon. The maximum per transaction is €10,000 for card, MuchBetter and bank transfer, and €5,000 for Bizum, PayPal, Paysafecard, Aircash, A-bon, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card and MuchBetter deposits are instant, and a bank transfer takes 1 to 2 working days. CasinoGuru counts 10 payment methods.

Withdrawals are narrower: card, PayPal, bank transfer, Aircash and MuchBetter. Bizum and Paysafecard are deposit-only, so a player who deposits by Bizum must withdraw by another route. The page notes that the actual deposit ceiling depends on the limits set on the account and on the method's own limit. The default account limits are €600 a day, €1,500 a week and €3,000 a month, so the €10,000 table maximum cannot be used on a default account; those defaults can be lowered voluntarily.

€150 before ID, then DNI and a bank proof before the first withdrawal

Clause 2.1 says that a user identified by the DGOJ web service who has not sent proof of identity may deposit up to €150 and bet, but never withdraw. Clause 2.2 states what must arrive before the first withdrawal: a valid DNI, residence permit or NIE, and, for a bank transfer, a bank document proving the user owns the receiving account. The casino can ask for more if it suspects fraud. A player who deposits €150, wins €500 and withdraws by bank transfer therefore needs two documents before the money can move.

Clause 2.3.4 says that when an account is suspended as a precaution, withdrawals stay on hold during the investigation, and the player can use the complaints service to give information. Trustpilot reviews describe this stage: one 2026 reviewer says the account was blocked after a withdrawal request and needed about a week of re-verification before it was unblocked.

€5 or 5% a month after 2 years idle

Clause 4.1 allows the account to be suspended after more than 2 years of inactivity, with reactivation possible within 4 years of the suspension and permanent cancellation after that. Clause 4.2 adds a fee. If the account is still inactive at the end of the calendar month after the notice, a monthly maintenance fee is deducted of €5 or 5% of the balance, whichever is higher. A balance of €60 would pay €5 a month and last 12 months. A balance of €300 would pay €15 in the first month and €14.25 in the second. A deposit, a bet, a casino spin or a withdrawal ends the fee.

Clause 2.3.2 lists the grounds for suspension and for retaining winnings. Most are aimed at betting: surebet patterns, bets on manipulated events, and an account logged in for 8 hours or more in a day, which the casino treats as a sign of bots. Some apply to casino play too: using a VPN to hide the Spanish location, breaking bonus conditions, using more than one account or letting others use it. Suspension for risky behaviour or unsustainable spending lasts one month (2.3.2 and 2.3.3). On the betting side the thresholds are explicit: 60% of the stake or winnings placed at odds better than the start-of-event price, 40% on events recommended by surebet sites, or 55% on selections with obvious errors, measured over a recent window of stakes or winnings. A cancellation for fraud needs 48 hours' notice (2.4).

€10 free and 100% up to €200: what the page says

The welcome page offers €10 free for registering and verifying the account, and 100% up to €200 on the first deposit. It also says in one paragraph that the first deposit is doubled up to a maximum of 100 euros, which conflicts with the €200 figure repeated elsewhere. The offer is for first deposits and for users who have not taken a casino welcome bonus before. Taking both parts with the maximum €200 deposit starts the account at €410: the deposit, the €200 match and the €10 free. A separate poker offer gives 200% up to €200 plus two Step Sixers and two Step Niners tickets.

The welcome pages do not state the wagering terms. For the €10 no-deposit part, casasdeapuestas.com lists x50, a €25 maximum cash-out, 72 hours and a verification requirement, which is second-hand. A €10 bonus at x50 means 50 times the bonus in play to release at most €25. The bonus article covers it in detail.

523 slots, 8 live roulettes and support until 23:00

The casino page shows 523 slots in its slot list, 8 live roulette tables and a 27-game casino games list. CasinoGuru counts only 5 game providers, a short list. RTP lists can be downloaded from the slots page. Support runs every day from 10:00 to 23:00 on the free phone line 900 87 60 06 and through chat, which requires logging in first; email to ayuda@marcaapuestas.es is open around the clock.

Responsible gaming tools include self-exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or indefinitely, requested on the site, by email, by chat or on the free line 900 876 104. A session clock shows the last connection, the length of the last session and the exit time. Complaints must reach the casino within 3 months of the decision (clause 9.1), by email or letter to the Ceuta address, and the DGOJ takes complaints against the operator's decisions (clause 3.1).

2 CasinoGuru complaints and 6 one-star Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru rates the casino 8.4, High, with fair terms, 0 issues and no blacklist entry. It lists 2 complaints, none open, 1 resolved and 1 rejected, with no amounts in the data we hold. AskGamblers has no review. Trustpilot shows 2.3 out of 5 from 6 reviews, all 1-star, dated 25 February to 14 August 2026, on an unclaimed profile with no company replies.

The cases are specific. On 25 February 2026 a reviewer said bets were limited to €23, and reported a €30 deposit and a €40 withdrawal. On 3 July 2026 another reviewer who deposited €200 said the account was blocked after three bets and that document and selfie checks were rejected several times. On 16 July 2026 a third said accounts were blocked soon after deposit and withdrawals cancelled. Six reviews are a small sample, and the 8.4 CasinoGuru score rests on only 2 complaints.

Who should use Marca Casino, and who should not

It suits a Spanish resident who already bets on sport at Marca and wants casino in the same wallet, values PayPal payouts in a stated six hours and bank payouts in 1 to 2 working days, and is happy to send the DNI and a bank proof before the first withdrawal.

It is a weaker fit for a player who wants a large game catalogue, given 5 providers and 523 slots, or one who intends to leave a balance untouched, since the fee after 2 years is the higher of €5 or 5%. Anyone who plans to play heavily should note the 8-hour login rule and the one-month suspension for risky behaviour. A player who deposits by Bizum or Paysafecard must plan a different withdrawal route.
