Our verdict

Mostbet is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Mostbet's terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month, with a €20 minimum, up to 72 hours for amounts under €1,000 and up to 7 working days above that, and wins of €2,000 or more treated as big winnings that need joint verification before they are credited. They charge €50 a month on accounts with no transaction for more than 12 months and may charge up to 20% if deposits were not rolled over once. The terms and About page say the company was founded in 2009 and name no operator or licence number; CasinoGuru says Bizbon NV with licence OGL/2024/597/0249. AskGamblers gives a player rating of 9.9 out of 10 from 1,067 reviews, while Trustpilot shows 2.5 stars from 4,547 reviews in May 2026.

Founded in 2009, no company or licence number on the pages read

The General Terms and Conditions speak only of "the Company", and the About page says the Mostbet company was founded in 2009 and operates in 93 countries, with more than 1 million players and more than 800,000 bets a day. No company name, registration number or licence number appears in the terms or the About page, and the responsible gambling page only links to the Curacao Gaming Control Board's responsible gaming page. CasinoGuru names Bizbon NV as owner and operator, lists Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/597/0249 and puts the operator's revenue above €20,000,000 a year. It dates the brand to 2009, AskGamblers gives the same year but names the licensor as the Curacao Gaming Control Board and prints no number, so the licence number rests on one source. CasinoGuru classes the casino as medium-sized and finds it on no blacklist.

The terms also cover the sportsbook and the casino together, and they send complaints first to client support: a complaint must be lodged within 6 months of the settlement of the bet or incident, support aims to reply within 4 weeks (extendable by 4 more) and within 5 business days for responsible gaming complaints, and the outcome comes in writing by e-mail.

€5,000 a day, €15,000 a week, €50,000 a month, and a €20 minimum

The Withdrawal Policy sets three limits per client: no more than €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month, or the equivalent in another currency, with a minimum withdrawal of €20. The Company may change these limits unilaterally, including for one player, and sets individual limits for big winnings. A €10,000 balance therefore leaves in 2 days, a €50,000 win takes 10 days at the daily limit and is also the monthly maximum, and a €100,000 win needs 2 months. AskGamblers, CasinoGuru and the profile data state no limit, and CasinoGuru's pros list only calls the limit above average without a figure.

Timing is split by amount: usually up to 72 hours from acceptance for amounts under €1,000 and up to 7 working days for amounts over €1,000, and the terms call both indicative. AskGamblers and the profile data give one window for every route, 0 to 72 hours, so the terms are slower for larger sums: a €3,000 withdrawal can take 9 calendar days over a weekend. The Company may also refuse a payment system and offer a bank transfer instead, may require the first payout of winnings as a bank wire to complete verification, and can charge withdrawal fees on top of the bank charges that the client pays.

CasinoGuru counts 119 payment methods at Mostbet and AskGamblers counts 48, while the profile data lists 55 deposit methods and 43 withdrawal methods; names across the sources include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard, Payz, WebMoney, Western Union, Perfect Money, Klarna, Pix, Boleto, UPI, Paytm, bKash, Nagad, Papara and Interac. CasinoGuru lists 13 crypto assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, Cardano, Dash, Tether, Toncoin, Binance Coin, Tron, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Zcash, and the profile data counts 40 currencies, among them EUR, USD, RUB, INR, BRL, TRY, PLN, KZT, BDT and PKR.

  • Payment methods: 119 (CasinoGuru), 55 deposit and 43 withdrawal (the profile data), 48 (AskGamblers)
  • Withdrawal time: up to 72 hours under €1,000, up to 7 working days above (terms)
  • Withdrawal limits: €5,000 daily, €15,000 weekly, €50,000 monthly (terms)
  • Currencies: 40, with 13 crypto assets on CasinoGuru's list

Big winnings from €2,000, a 1x rollover and a 20% fee

The terms do not state a deadline in days for documents or an amount that triggers a check. Withdrawals are not processed until identity is verified, and on suspicious activity or compliance requirements the Company may ask for ID, proof of the payment method, video identification, notarised identity verification, source of wealth and source of funds documents and political status documents. A card photo must show the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name with the CVV covered. The sharpest fact in CasinoGuru's editorial is that verification 'sometimes extend 60 days' and occasionally ends in a frozen account; sixty days is about 8.6 weeks, and the payout window only starts after that, so a worst-case withdrawal could take 60 days plus up to 7 working days.

Two rules in the Withdrawal Policy matter more for a large win. Winnings of €2,000 or more are 'big winnings', credited only after joint verification by the Company and its partners, and if they were credited early they cannot be withdrawn until the check is complete and are debited if found unjustified. And before any withdrawal a client must complete a 1-time rollover of deposits: settled sports bets at odds of 1.3 or higher and casino bets above the minimum risk level count, while roulette, baccarat, dice, poker and similar low-risk games, free bets and bonus-balance bets do not. If the rollover is missed, the Company may reject the withdrawal or charge up to 20% as an administrative fee, which is €200 on a €1,000 payout. Deposited funds that were not used for play are not available for withdrawal.

AskGamblers rates the terms 'Unfair' and ties its 5.6 score to country restrictions and documented deposit and withdrawal problems, while CasinoGuru calls the terms 'Mostly fair' and gives 8.1. Trustpilot reviewers in May 2026 describe what a stuck case looks like, though these are single, unverified claims: one wrote that a 4,300 manat withdrawal went unpaid after a 3-month investigation, another that a deposit of INR 11,999.97 made on 2 May was still unprocessed on 10 May, and a third reported PLN 9,320 not refunded although the transaction showed as 'Paid'. A fourth review in that sample is positive: a player whose account was frozen on 9 April 2026 thanked support after it was unfrozen.

39 named countries and territories, and a €50 monthly idle fee

The terms say a client may not access the site if he or she is a citizen of the following countries or jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Australia, the Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Cyprus, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, the Dutch West Indies, Statia, France, Germany, Guyana, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen and Zimbabwe, together with all FATF-blacklisted countries and any jurisdiction a regulator deems prohibited. Bets are also refused from residents of prohibited territories and from anyone using cards or banks there. Estonia is not named.

AskGamblers says Mostbet restricts players from the US, the UK, France, Spain and Italy, and its single con is 'several country restrictions'; Italy is not in the terms. The profile data blocks 37 country codes, among them Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, which the terms do not name, and CasinoGuru adds that not every provider or payment method is open in every country. Mostbet lists BRL, Pix, Boleto and Brazilian banks in the profile data, and Brazil is not named in the terms. Brazil's Medida Provisoria 1.394/2026, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games in Brazil, including offers by operators abroad, and bars banks from processing bet payments, according to the Senado's summary of 29 September 2026.

The section on inactive accounts matters for anyone who wins and walks away. An account with no transaction for more than 12 consecutive months is inactive, the casino sends a notice at least 28 calendar days before if the balance is positive, and from then on it charges €50 a month, never more than the remaining funds, until the player reactivates it or the balance reaches zero. A €300 balance would be gone in 6 months. Winnings and bets to be refunded stay valid for payout for 12 months from the last activity and are then written off in the Company's favour as unclaimed.

131 providers on one list, 81 on another

CasinoGuru counts 131 game providers and names NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Betsoft, Ezugi, Lucky Streak, Hacksaw Gaming and Push Gaming among them, while AskGamblers counts 81; our feature list says 3,000+ games, sports betting, a live casino and a loyalty programme, and AskGamblers confirms slots, table games, live casino, blackjack and roulette.

CasinoGuru reports mobile apps for Android and iOS and 24/7 live chat; the language data conflicts: CasinoGuru counts 31 website languages but only 7 support languages (Russian, English, French, Kazakh, Nepali, Tajik and Uzbek), while AskGamblers says 24 languages are confirmed through live chat and email; a German or Spanish speaker should not rely on the 31 until support has answered in that language.

Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion on the casino's page, 2 of 10 on AskGamblers

The casino's responsible gambling page lists a deposit limit, a 24-hour time limit, wager and betting limits per day, week or month, a reality check, a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, and self-exclusion from 1 year up to a lifetime, set in the account or by e-mail, phone or chat. Decreases in a limit apply at once, increases only after the prescribed waiting time, and a PGSI self-test is included. AskGamblers, in both its May and October 2026 readings, finds only 2 of 10 tools: self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and records no deposit, wager, loss or time limit; CasinoGuru's page gives no information on the tools at all. The two review sites therefore understate what the casino itself describes.

The welcome offer, which has a 60x requirement on the bonus, is covered on the bonus page. The terms add that bonus cash is lost when a withdrawal is made, that the maximum win from bonus funds may be limited, and that a player can claim a bonus once per account, household, address, phone, shared computer and shared IP.

262 complaints, 76 resolved: CasinoGuru's record

In its May 2026 reading CasinoGuru logged 262 complaints against Mostbet: 76 resolved (29.0%), 175 rejected (66.8%), 6 unresolved and 5 still open; its October 2026 reading shows a total of 8, and nothing explains the drop. The three cases it highlights are a Moroccan player with 90,000 MAD seized after an account was closed following a withdrawal attempt (opened 1 May 2026), a Polish player with a delayed 30,000 PLN withdrawal (opened 28 April 2026) and a Polish case of 1,500 zł delayed under 2 weeks and resolved on 26 April 2026.

AskGamblers counts fewer: 153 complaints, of which 139 were resolved (90.8%) and 14 were not; its three examples were all resolved: PKR 50,000 and PKR 65,000 from Pakistani players whose deposits were not credited in March and April 2026, and EGP 12,750 from an Egyptian player whose withdrawal was shown as processed but never arrived; a rejected complaint at CasinoGuru does not prove the player was wrong, only that the case was judged unjustified.

9.9 out of 10 from players, 2.5 stars on Trustpilot

AskGamblers shows a player rating of 9.9 out of 10 from 900 reviews in May and 1,067 reviews in October 2026, and in its other readings its safety index was 5.6 in May and its casino rank 4 in October; CasinoGuru counted 158 player reviews in May and labelled them 'Great'. Trustpilot shows 2.5 stars from 4,547 reviews, then 4,873 reviews in October with the rating withheld because fake reviews were removed.

A 9.9 out of 10 and a 2.5-star score from reviewers on two sites are too far apart to average, and the sources do not say why; both sides belong in the picture: AskGamblers reviewers praise fast payouts, and the Trustpilot sample contains unpaid withdrawals.

Who Mostbet suits, and who should look elsewhere

Mostbet fits a player outside the 39 named countries who wants a payment menu that reaches Pix, UPI, bKash or Papara, expects wins below €2,000 so that no big-winnings review applies, and accepts a 72-hour window for payouts under €1,000. AskGamblers resolved 139 of 153 complaints.

It suits poorly a player who needs money within days after a first large win, given the 7 working days for amounts above €1,000, the big-winnings check at €2,000 and CasinoGuru's note about verification of up to 60 days. It also suits poorly a player who may leave money idle for 12 months, because €50 a month follows, anyone who expects roulette or baccarat play to count towards the 1x rollover, and anyone who trusts a single source when one site gives 9.9 out of 10 and another 2.5 stars.
