Clause 1.2 names Avento MT Limited, a Maltese company with registration C 82766 and a registered office in Ta' Xbiex, as the operator, and the site footer adds a Bucharest establishment with tax number 437715182. The Romanian licence runs for 10 years from 1 June 2021, and the footer cites an operating authorisation under ONJN decision 339 of 28 May 2026. Clause 1.3.1 also lists an MGA licence (MGA/B2C/450/2017) and a Swedish licence (22Si1966) for the operator, but only the Romanian one applies to mrbit.ro.

Clause 2.4 makes every player declare Romanian residence, and the Romanian text prevails over any translation (1.13). CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2021, while a second listing gives 2018, and AskGamblers' review covers the older international site mrbit.com, which it marks closed and therefore shows no CasinoRank. The terms header reads version #12 while clause 1.6 says #13.

20 lei to start, 400,000 lei a month at the top

The minimum deposit is 20 lei (4.8), accounts are in lei only (4.10), and until the player passes due diligence the deposits cannot exceed €200 or the equivalent (4.1). The deposit list has 11 methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Aircash and Abon, while withdrawals run through 7: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Aircash, Abon and Google Pay. A withdrawal is approved or refused within 3 business days (5.5), and the casino may stretch that to 14 calendar days while it carries out extra checks, with the money held meanwhile. AskGamblers gives e-wallets 24 hours, cards and bank 4 to 6 days, and a pending time of 0 to 24 hours, so a card payout runs to about 7 days in total. The monthly ceiling is 400,000 lei per account, and anything above it is paid that month or later at the casino's discretion. A 1,000,000 lei win would therefore need at least 3 months.

A 10% fee, minimum 25 lei, for withdrawing unwagered deposits

Every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn (4.13 and 5.9.1). A player who withdraws without turning the deposit over can be charged 10% of the request, with a floor of 25 lei (5.9). Clause 4.11 separately lets the casino withhold "no less than 10% (but no less than 5 EUR)" in the same situation, so a €5 minimum sits alongside the 25 lei one. On a 500 lei deposit the 10% fee is 50 lei. In Live Casino and Table Games, bets where the stake equals the win may be ignored for the turnover (4.12).

Other fees are the processor's own, and a duplicate account is returned only after a deduction of 20% to 50% (2.3).

Withdrawal tax of 4%, 20% and 40% by bracket

Clause 5.9 prints a Romanian withdrawal tax that the operator withholds and pays to the state: 4% up to 10,000 lei, 400 lei plus 20% of the amount above 10,000 lei up to 66,750 lei, and 11,750 lei plus 40% of the amount above 66,750 lei. By that table a 20,000 lei figure carries 2,400 lei of tax.

Verification: 5,000 lei payouts and a 30-day deadline

Extra checks apply to any payout above 5,000 lei or cumulative withdrawals above 10,000 lei, and may apply to lower ones (5.3). Clause 3.7 asks for a photo ID, proof of address dated within 3 months and proof of ownership of the payment method, and allows certified copies. If verification is not satisfactory within 30 calendar days of registration the account can be closed; if players do not confirm their data within 30 calendar days of the account being credited, the balance is withheld and sent to the Romanian state budget by the 10th of the next month. Source-of-funds evidence must be supplied within 28 days of a request (3.17).

The Anti Fraud page adds an IP, system-parameter and proxy check, a phone check, more than 100 filters and a last review by a control department at the payout stage.

One year of dormancy and a 2,000 lei liability cap

Clause 7.4 handles dormant accounts by sending the balance back to the player's payment account after 1 year without a transaction, or to the Romanian national budget if the account is no longer valid, by the 25th of the following month. No inactivity fee is stated. The liability clause caps the casino's exposure for one incident at the greater of the bet value, the misplaced amount, or 2,000 lei.

The casino may keep funds for deliberate false information, fraud (2.12), bots or software aids (2.16), and a negative result in background checks (3.6). Clause 2.18 bars politically exposed persons, clause 3.13 stops a player whose account was closed for gambling addiction from opening a new one, and clause 3.16 sets the account time-out under Settings. A mistaken credit stays the casino's property and may be set off against later winnings (4.6), and a chargeback can lead to blocking and recovery of winnings (4.15).

100% up to 1,000 lei at 35x, a 3x win cap and 89 providers

The first welcome bonus is 100% up to 1,000 lei plus up to 250 free spins, with a minimum deposit of 50 lei. Wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus within 7 days, the maximum bet is 20 lei, and the win is capped at 3 times the bonus. A deposit of 500 lei brings a 500 lei bonus, 35,000 lei of required bets (at least 1,750 bets at the 20 lei limit) and a maximum win of 1,500 lei. The bonus page has the full terms.

It rates the terms Somewhat unfair with 3 issues, puts the Safety Index at 7.5 (Above average) and does not list the casino as blacklisted. AskGamblers shows a player rating of 7.2 from 21 ratings, though for the older international site, and Trustpilot shows 2.0 stars from 22 reviews for mrbit.ro.

The terms promise an answer to a complaint within 14 days, extendable by 10 days, via complaints@mrbit.ro (11.2), and then point to ONJN or the EU online dispute platform (11.3 and 11.4).

Who MrBit suits at 20 lei, and who should look elsewhere

MrBit suits a Romanian resident who deposits small amounts in lei, wagers each deposit once and stays below the 5,000 lei payout line. It offers a deposit limit (changes take effect after 48 hours when raised and 24 hours when lowered) and self-exclusion, while AskGamblers finds no wager, loss or time limits.

It suits a player badly if the plan is a large win, because the tax table, the 400,000 lei monthly cap and the verification steps all grow with the amount, or if the player lives outside Romania, as clause 2.4 rules out non-residents.
