How Mr Vegas got 4.0/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • AskGamblers CasinoRank8.0/10weight 30%
  • Trustpilot3.5/5weight 10%

Combined: 7.8/10, shown as 4.0/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Mr Vegas, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Mr Vegas serves UK players through Videoslots Limited, a Malta company holding UK Gambling Commission licence 39380. Its UK terms (revision table ends at version 1.2, dated 1 April 2023) carry unusually many price tags: a £10 minimum deposit, a £20 minimum withdrawal, a £2.50 fee for a second withdrawal on the same day, a 3.95% fee on deposits withdrawn unplayed, and a 35 times default wagering rule on the welcome bonus. The outside record is mixed. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8 but lists 18 complaints with 3 resolved, and Trustpilot shows 3.5 out of 5 from 2,309 reviews. This review sets the fees and clauses against those scores.

Videoslots Limited, UKGC licence 39380, residents of the UK only

The UK terms name Videoslots Limited, Malta registration C49090, at The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, as the operator, with Gambling Commission of Great Britain licence reference 39380. The same website is run for Malta and other jurisdictions by a different company, Mr Vegas Limited (registration C93203, Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/258/2014/01, issued 19 May 2020), and for Sweden under a Spelinspektionen licence, number 20Si2514, issued 29 January 2021. AskGamblers also lists a Danish licence. A UK player is under the English terms only.

Clause 1.13.1 requires applicants to be residents of the United Kingdom, and playing from another jurisdiction is a ground for action under clause 1.16.2.5. The terms publish no list of banned countries. Only one account per person is allowed, and clause 1.5 is blunt about duplicates: the casino may close every account, retain all the money in them and bar the player. The terms revision table shows version 1.0 on 7 May 2021 and version 1.2 on 1 April 2023.

£10 in, £20 out, and four ways fees appear

The minimum deposit is £10.00 and no processing fee applies except 1.95% on Euteller (clause 2.3). Credit cards are prohibited (2.2.1), and funding with one is treated as fraud that can forfeit the deposit and any winnings. Project data lists 14 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Payz, Neosurf, MiFinity, AstroPay Card and bank transfer, and 10 withdrawal methods that drop PayPal, Paysafecard, Payforit and Neosurf. Withdrawals go back by the same method as the deposit (3.10).

The minimum withdrawal is £20.00 on every method except bank wire (2.8). Below that the casino says to contact support, otherwise a 3.95% processing fee may apply, which on £20 would be £0.79. A second withdrawal on the same calendar day costs £2.50 (2.9), although clause 2.14 describes administrative charges for more than one withdrawal in a 7-day period, so the two clauses differ. Bank wire withdrawals are free. A deposit withdrawn without being wagered can be charged up to 3.95% (2.13). AskGamblers lists no minimum or maximum withdrawal, which conflicts with the £20 in the terms.

48 hours without a guarantee, and the £30,000 and £50,000 lines

Once due diligence documents are in, the casino endeavours to process withdrawals within 48 hours, without making any guarantee, and clause 2.11 adds that it may not be able to explain a delay. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 0 to 24 hours, bank transfer at 3 to 5 days and a pending period of 0 to 48 hours. A bank transfer can therefore take 48 hours of pending plus 5 days, or 7 days in total.

Two thresholds matter for large wins. A progressive slot jackpot of £50,000.00 or more can mean up to 30 working days before payment (clause 2.15). For other winnings, anything up to £30,000.00 goes back to the original payment method, while more than that is paid by bank transfer through a request to support (2.16). A non-jackpot win above £30,000 therefore leaves by bank transfer, which AskGamblers puts at 3 to 5 days. The funds are held in a designated players account at the Gambling Commission's medium protection level (2.5).

Occupation, affordability and the €2,000 trigger

Verification starts electronically through GBG and Experian where possible (clause 6.6.2). If that is not enough, the casino asks for a passport or driving licence, and may also ask for source of funds and source of wealth documents: bank statements, employment information and tax declarations (2.10). Whenever a player's accumulated transactions exceed €2,000.00 or the equivalent, further due diligence may be requested. The casino may refuse a payment or wager until identity is verified (2.6).

The affordability rule is the distinctive one. After registration and before the first bet the casino asks for the player's occupation and the amount they can afford to spend on gambling per month. Clause 1.27.2 says that amount becomes the monthly loss limit and is used for KYC and responsible gaming. The figure a player states is therefore the cap on net losses for each month until the limit is changed, and an increase takes 7 days to apply while a decrease is immediate. Trustpilot reviewers dated 1 and 24 October 2026 describe withdrawals held after account closure or a card-loop closure, though those are unverified accounts.

35 times the deposit, a £20 bet cap and 10 tranches

The bonus rules sit in clause 4 and are short on this page because the bonus page has them. The project data lists the welcome offer as 100% up to £50 plus 11 free spins. The default welcome deposit bonus requires wagering of 35 times the initial deposit (4.3.7), so a £20 deposit needs £700, and a £50 deposit needs £1,750. AskGamblers lists the GBP offer at 10 times and the other currencies at 35 times, which is a conflict between sources. The bonus is released in 10 tranches of 10%, with the first after 3.5 times the initial deposit (4.2.10).

The traps are in the smaller clauses. A single bet may not exceed 50% of the bonus or £20.00, whichever is lower, or the bonus is forfeited (4.2.2). Progressive jackpot games do not count toward wagering (4.2.3), and roulette, blackjack and video poker count 10%. Only 1 bonus per household or IP address is allowed (3.7). The Extra/Welcome Spins need a £10.00 first deposit within 24 hours of registration, carry no wagering and must be used within 24 hours (4.5).

Over 3,500 games and more than 100 providers

AskGamblers counts over 3,500 games and well over 100 providers. The site sections are casino, live casino, jackpots, sports and live sports, arcade, Rainbow Fridays and The Wheel of Vegas, and the sportsbook minimum stake is £0.10 (clause 5.3.5). Customer support offers live chat, a contact form and phone, and AskGamblers describes 24/7 multilingual live chat, email and a callback form. The Malta office address is on the contact page.

Limits, a 6-week lock and self-exclusion up to 5 years

Clause 1.27 lists wager limits, loss limits and session time limits, a Lock Account time-out of up to 6 weeks that the casino cannot revoke, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 1, 2, 3 or 5 years. After a self-exclusion ends, the player must phone support, pass a reactivation process and then wait through a 24-hour cooling-off period. Balances of £1.50 or below on excluded accounts go to a responsible gaming charity unless the player asks for the money (1.28). AskGamblers says time limits and cool-off are missing, which conflicts with the terms, and the site takes part in GAMSTOP.

18 complaints, 3 resolved, and 3.5 on Trustpilot

Clause 8.3 asks players to complain within 6 months, promises acknowledgement within 24 hours and a final decision letter if the matter is unresolved after 8 weeks, then points to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. For disputes under £10,000.00 the IBAS decision binds the casino with the player's acceptance, while above £10,000.00 it binds only if the casino accepts it (8.4). Governing law is that of England and Wales, and the liability clause limits compensation to the lesser of the stake or net winnings (6.3).

AskGamblers shows 18 complaints with 3 resolved, which is 17%, and says 8 of the 10 displayed are unresolved. The cases are mostly withdrawals: £6,500 where an account was deactivated after a large withdrawal, $8,000 in three withdrawals pending 7 days, €2,273 held for about 3 weeks over one document, and £4,100 in a missing bank transfer from late 2022. Its CasinoRank is 8 and the player rating is 6.8 from only 8 reviews. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 2,309 reviews, 669 in the last 12 months, with 49% giving 1 star and 42% giving 5. That makes 52% 1 or 2 stars, and reviewers also mention a live chat wait of over 6 hours.

Who Mr Vegas suits and who should avoid it

It suits UK residents who want a wide payment menu with e-wallets, a very large game list and bank wire withdrawals that carry no fee, and who will use the loss limit set at registration.

It is a poor fit for anyone who wants £10 withdrawals, who withdraws twice in a day, who plans to claim the welcome bonus with a £50 deposit and cannot meet £1,750 of wagering, or who would be bothered by the 15 unresolved AskGamblers complaints, mostly delayed payouts.
