Our verdict

Pinco is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Pinco (pinco.win) is a 2024 Curacao casino run by Carlitta N.V., and everything below comes from AskGamblers, CasinoGuru and Trustpilot. AskGamblers lists a $4,000 daily withdrawal limit, 0 to 24 hour payouts, crypto-heavy payments and only 2 responsible gambling tools. The sources disagree sharply on trust: AskGamblers gives a player rating of 9.9 from 98 reviews, CasinoGuru a Safety Index of 5.8 with 29 complaints, and Trustpilot 2.2 of 5 from 19 reviews with 79% one-star.

Carlitta N.V. and a licence number nobody prints

AskGamblers and CasinoGuru both name Carlitta N.V. as owner and operator and date the brand to 2024. AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board as licensor, CasinoGuru the Curacao Gaming Authority, which it marks as verified. Neither gives a licence number, and the official footer is not among the sources used, so the number is not stated here. CasinoGuru puts the revenue tier above €20,000,000 and finds the casino on no blacklist.

AskGamblers describes Pinco as a crypto, instant-play, live and sports site with iOS and Android apps, and names its affiliate programme as Riddick's Partners. The domain is pinco.win. The domain pinco.com belongs to an unrelated fastener company and has nothing to do with the casino.

The official site shows a Regional Restrictions notice saying access is limited by the gaming licence. The list of restricted countries is not known from the operator. SlotCatalog notes only the US and New Jersey, and the AskGamblers page flags the casino as restricted for its US address without giving a list.

$4,000 a day and nothing else stated

AskGamblers lists a withdrawal limit of $4,000 per day and states no per-transaction, weekly or monthly limit and no minimum withdrawal. A $10,000 win therefore takes 3 days at the daily limit ($4,000 on day 1, $4,000 on day 2 and $2,000 on day 3). Progressive jackpot wins are paid in instalments, with no schedule given.

Processing is stated as 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, crypto and cards, with a pending time of 0 to 24 hours and weekend cashouts accepted. The first withdrawal may take up to 2 working days; other withdrawals are listed at 0 to 24 hours. Bank transfers are not offered at all. Add verification of 0 to 48 hours and the stated maxima for a first cash-out add up to 2 working days plus 48 hours of document review.

On deposits AskGamblers says there are no fees, and the minimum is $1 in one place and €1 in another, which is a conflict inside the same page. The welcome bonus asks for $20. A Trustpilot reply dated 13 August 2026 about a 150 AZN fee after a delayed 100 AZN deposit conflicts with the no-fee claim: the operator said bets equal to the deposit had to be placed to avoid it.

  • Withdrawal limit: $4,000 per day, no other limit stated
  • Payout speed: 0 to 24 hours, bank transfer not offered
  • Minimum deposit: $1 or €1 (AskGamblers contradicts itself)
  • Jackpot wins: paid in instalments

Ten coins and cards, 13 currencies

The deposit list names Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Binance, USD Coin and TRON, 10 in all. Withdrawals are the same minus USD Coin, 9 in all. CasinoGuru counts 37 payment methods, so the public list names 10 of them.

The currency list has 13 entries: EUR, TRY, KZT, AZN and CAD, plus BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, USDC, TRX and BNB. The Kazakh tenge and Azerbaijani manat entries match the complaints, which are stated in AZN, KZT and RUB.

Verification before the first payout, and three cases that went wrong

AskGamblers says verification is required before withdrawal but lists no documents. The disputes show how it can go wrong. One AskGamblers complaint over 168,197 RUB, tied to verification in May and June 2026, was rejected. Another, about CAD 12,000 where two-step verification was not working, is unresolved. On Trustpilot a player reported 100 USDT blocked by repeated verification on 25 September 2026, resolved on 11 October 2026, which is 16 days.

AskGamblers shows 9 complaints in total, and the 168,197 RUB case is one of them.

Bonus abuse is the reason given in several disputes

The text of the terms is unread, so the rule can only be seen through its use. On AskGamblers 1,252 AZN was confiscated after a bonus abuse finding on 18 July 2026 and the case was resolved, and 42,500 KZT was withheld in Kazakhstan on 19 September 2025, also resolved. On Trustpilot a 3,000 AZN win led to a blocked account on 14 August 2025, and the operator replied that the decision could not be reconsidered. A 16,059 KZT Freebet win was refused on 29 and 30 October 2025 under clause 26.10 of the user agreement, whose text is not quoted here, and on 29 July 2026 a player reported $2,000 of winnings confiscated and an $800 withdrawal cancelled.

A different kind of loss: a 1,500 AZN withdrawal was removed on 19 April 2026 and attributed by the operator to an Amatic provider error. CasinoGuru rates the terms Unfair and lists 5 issues, the details of which are not given.

66 or 86 providers, and Evolution live rooms

AskGamblers lists 66 game providers, with a Show more link that may hide others, while CasinoGuru counts 86. The live casino names Evolution Gaming, rooms are open around the clock, and sports and live betting sit alongside the casino. AskGamblers marks RTP as not publicly audited and RNG as not tested.

Support in six languages, two safety tools

Live chat and email are available 24 hours, with a Telegram channel and Instagram. The languages are English, Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani and Turkish, and AskGamblers shows a FAQ section. For responsible gambling there is self-exclusion by email from 1 day to 99 years and a self-assessment test. Deposit, wager, loss and time limits, cool-off and reality checks are missing, so a player who wants a deposit cap has to set it outside the site.

29 complaints, 15 rejected, and a 2.2 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru's record of 16 October 2026 shows 29 complaints: 1 open, 2 unresolved, 11 resolved and 15 rejected, under a Safety Index of 5.8, Below average. AskGamblers shows CasinoRank 8.3, 9 complaints with an average amount of $1,548 and an average duration of 6 days, and resolved counts of 7 of 8 on one part of the page and 7 of 9 on another. Trustpilot gives pinco.win 2.2 of 5 from 19 reviews, 79% one-star and 16% five-star.

The distance between a 9.9 player rating on AskGamblers and 79% one-star reviews on Trustpilot is the central fact about this casino. Neither site can be read as the whole picture, and the 15 rejected CasinoGuru cases are more than half of 29.

Who should consider it and who should not

It fits a crypto player who wants 0 to 24 hour payouts, deposits from $1 or €1, and daily withdrawals within $4,000. It does not fit a player who needs the terms in front of them before depositing, since this review does not cover them, who needs deposit limits (none exist), who needs bank transfers (not offered) or who expects to win above $4,000 and wait at the daily limit. Players in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, where several complaints are stated in AZN and KZT, should read the bonus-abuse clause before accepting the 120% offer.
