How we rate casinos: the full method

Play Fortuna pays out within 12 hours of a withdrawal request, according to clause 8.11 of its terms (version 2.61, updated 27 October 2026), but only if the player has bet at least 3 times the deposits, uses the same payment method and has confirmed email and phone. Daily limits run from €10,000 at the iron, bronze and silver statuses to €45,000 at diamond, a third withdrawal on the same day costs 10%, and a closed account's balance is not refunded. GLOBONET B.V. of Curacao runs the casino, which launched in 2013, under licence OGL/2024/367/0690. CasinoGuru gives 8.1, High, with 23 complaints, and Trustpilot 3.7 out of 5 from 19 reviews.

GLOBONET B.V., licence OGL/2024/367/0690 and a launch in 2013

Clause 2.1 names GLOBONET B.V., a Curacao company with number 146296, as the operator, with Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/367/0690 granted on 17 April 2025. NETGLOBE SERVICES LIMITED of Limassol, Cyprus, number HE 313864, operates the website as payment processor (2.2), and deposits are made in favour of GLOBONET B.V. (8.7). The About Us page dates the website to 3 April 2013 and counts over 5,000 games, and CasinoGuru agrees on 2013 and lists 74 providers. The English text of the terms has legal force (1.6) and Curacao law governs (26.1).

The licence is much younger than the brand: it was granted on 17 April 2025 under the Curacao National Ordinance on Games of Chance (P.B. 2024, no. 157), so this is a 2013 casino on a licence under 2 years old. Amendments take effect 2 weeks after they are announced (3.2), and the minimum age is 18 (4.1).

12 hours to process, if five conditions are met

Clause 8.11 says withdrawal requests are processed within 12 hours, and the FAQ repeats that this is usual. The conditions are a verified account and payment method, a verified email, a confirmed mobile phone number, a request to the same payment method and account that made the deposit, and bets that exceed the deposits at least 3 times since the balance was last zero (8.11.6). If the bets are short, the casino may withhold up to 10% of the withdrawal and cancel bonus winnings, free spins and points. A check with the game provider can take another 48 to 72 hours (8.11.2 and 14.5), so the real wait can be 12 hours plus 3 days, or up to 4 days.

A request is marked Pending, the amount leaves the balance at once, and the player can cancel it from the Payment History while it is pending (8.12 and 8.13). A request above a method's limit or the status limit is split automatically (8.14). A third withdrawal request on the same calendar day (UTC) pays 10%, and the same fee applies to each request after it, counted separately for each currency (8.15). The last deposit can be refunded if no bets were made, with a decision in 72 hours and up to 30 days for the money to arrive (8.16).

Six statuses, from €10,000 to €45,000 a day

Clause 8.10 sets a daily withdrawal limit by status and currency: €10,000 for iron, bronze and silver, €15,000 for gold, €25,000 for platinum and €45,000 for diamond. The same figures apply in US dollars, each currency has its own limit, and the casino may change them. The table in the terms gives a daily figure only, with no weekly or monthly ceiling. A €100,000 win takes 10 days at iron and 3 days at diamond. Another listing lists $3,000 a day, which the terms contradict.

Status is calculated in US dollars across all currencies, and bets on live and table games count only 20% toward it. Cashback is credited every Friday on the results of the previous 7 days, at a rate that depends on status, and a refund under $1 is not credited (10.21). Points need no wagering (10.17).

Verification: 7 calendar days and a phone number you must confirm

Clause 6.1 allows the casino to verify identity and contact details periodically, either on its own decision or at a regulator's request. Clause 6.2 allows it to limit withdrawals during verification, clause 6.3 treats false or incomplete data as a possible fraud, and clause 6.4 adds phone or video calls and document requests. A player must provide additional documents within 7 calendar days of the notification, and a failure makes the verification unsuccessful.

A mobile phone number must be confirmed in the profile or no withdrawal application is created (8.11.4). Personal data is kept for at least 5 years after the account is closed (5.2). The terms name no list of documents, only that an ID, ID cards or the payment cards used may be requested (5.6).

A closed account loses its balance, and a self-exclusion does not end by itself

Clause 9.4 says that after an account is closed, the funds in it are not refunded and bonuses and free spins are lost unless the administration decides otherwise. The FAQ states the practical consequence: to close or block an account, the player must first reduce the balance to zero. If the casino blocks the account, the player has 14 calendar days to appeal (9.5), and an account linked to another closed or blocked account can be blocked at once without notice (9.6).

Self-exclusion is set in the Self-Restrictions section for a period the player chooses and takes effect immediately. It does not end automatically when the period is over (9.3), so a returning player must ask for the account to be reopened. AskGamblers lists self-exclusion and cool-off only, with no deposit, wager, loss or time limit. The Responsible Gaming Policy is version 1.1, dated 18 February 2020.

Bonus terms in brief: x5 to x50 and a $20 cap on counted bets

The bonus article has the offers. AskGamblers lists 100% up to $500 plus 90 spins. Wagering coefficients run from x5 to x50 (10.13), and the example in the terms is a €20 bonus at x25, which needs €500 of bets (10.7). Bonuses are valid 30 days (10.9), only real-account funds count toward wagering (10.8), and at most $20 of any bet counts (10.28). Free spins issued with a deposit pay out only after deposits of 10 times that deposit (10.15). Unwagered bonuses are forfeited when a withdrawal is made (10.26), and sports and Pulse bets do not count (10.30).

About 93 prohibited countries, and Norway is not one

Clause 4.4 lists about 93 prohibited countries and territories, among them Austria, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine including Crimea, the UK, the USA and Venezuela. It also allows access to be restricted for holders of passports from territories that Cyprus does not recognise. Norway is not on the list. AskGamblers names only the USA and the UK, which understates the list in the terms, and game providers can set their own lists as well (4.5).

23 complaints, 8 resolved, 15 rejected

CasinoGuru's Safety Index for Play Fortuna is 8.1, High. It rates the terms Mostly fair with 1 issue and records 23 complaints: 8 resolved, 15 rejected, none unresolved, so 34.8% resolved and 65.2% rejected. It lists 64 payment methods and 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.5 and a player rating of 6.3 from 68 ratings, with e-wallets in 0 to 2 hours and cards and bank in 1 to 5 days. Trustpilot shows 3.7 out of 5 from 19 reviews. Another listing lists 29 deposit methods and 28 withdrawal methods. The sources give no complaint with an amount and outcome. Complaints start with customer service, the server records are final (21.2), and the casino also publishes a dispute resolution page and a complaints and ADR policy.

Who Play Fortuna suits and who should look elsewhere

Play Fortuna suits a player who bets at least 3 times each deposit, keeps to 2 withdrawals a day and wants a long track record, since the site is over 12 years old. It is a poor fit for a player who withdraws 3 times in a day, who expects the balance of a closed account back without first emptying it, or who needs round-the-clock processing, since the casino promises 12 hours and allows up to 72 more for a provider check.
