The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Pokerdom is a Russian-language casino, poker room and sportsbook that dates from 2014, has 300 staff and says it sponsored the Russian Premier League in the 2019/2020 season. Its terms are short: a $10 minimum deposit, a $20 minimum withdrawal, and maximums set "at the casino's discretion". The terms name no licence number, and AskGamblers has 11 blocked countries on file. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.9, Below average, rates the terms Somewhat unfair and records 13 complaints, 6 of them rejected. AskGamblers marks the brand terminated, and Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 9 reviews.
Pokerdom Limited, Curaçao, and no licence number
Section 1 of the official terms says the company is Pokerdom Limited, registered in Curaçao, with support at support@pokerdom.com. The terms and the About page read give no licence number, no registration number and no named licensing authority. AskGamblers lists a different owner, PlayDOM B.V., and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2014, 12 years of operation by 2026.
The About page says the team is more than 300 people in 5 departments: IT, support, marketing, finance and an office team. It lists the Russian Premier League for 2019/2020 plus 5 poker events, among them Kings of Tallinn, EPT Sochi and the Red Sea Poker Cup. The minimum age is 18 (section 1). The site offers 3 languages.
A $10 deposit, a $20 withdrawal, and no stated maximum
Section 3 sets the minimum deposit at $10 and the minimum withdrawal at $20, or the equivalent in another currency. Neither maximum is given; both depend on the payment method. The withdrawal minimum is double the deposit minimum, so a player who deposits $10 and loses nothing cannot take that $10 back until the balance reaches $20.
AskGamblers gives numbers the terms do not: $5,000 a day and $20,000 a month, which means a $20,000 win takes 4 full days at the daily cap and a $25,000 win needs two months. It lists 5 withdrawal methods (Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin) and 6 deposit methods (adding QIWI and WebMoney). The official FAQ names 4 deposit brands: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. AskGamblers lists e-wallet and card withdrawals at 0 to 24 hours, pending 0 to 24 hours, in EUR, USD, KZT and RUB. CasinoGuru counts 14 payment methods.
Documents before any deposit or withdrawal
Section 2 requires 5 personal details and a copy of a passport, driving licence or another photo document. Section 3 adds that extra documents may be requested before any of the $10 deposits or $20 withdrawals is processed, and that either can be refused if the casino suspects a breach of the rules or of local law. The FAQ says verification is needed before a withdrawal. No threshold in dollars or hours is published.
Section 5: what the casino can take back
Section 5 lists 3 banned acts among others: several accounts, prohibited software and fraudulent transactions. On a breach the casino has 6 remedies, from a warning to a lawsuit, including cancelling winnings and taking back money. Section 4 adds that any bonus may be changed or cancelled at any time without notice, even the $1,000 welcome offer. No inactivity fee and no maximum win clause appears in the 5 sections of the terms.
CasinoGuru found 2 issues in the terms and rates them Somewhat unfair. The 11 countries AskGamblers lists as blocked are Spain, France, Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, Denmark, the United Kingdom and the United States.
1000 free spins against 40 times wagering
The welcome offer is described as 100% on the first deposit plus 1000 free spins, up to $1,000 in section 4 of the terms. The bonus page prices it in rubles: deposit from 500 rubles, a 100% bonus up to 100,000 rubles, wagering of x40 on all bonuses, 72 hours to wager and 30 days after registration to claim. The site shows promo code PD2026.
A reload bonus gives 100% up to 25,000 rubles within 7 days of registration, from a 1,000 ruble deposit, x25 wagering and 3 days to play. Weekly cashback is 10% up to 300,000 rubles, paid on Fridays at 09:00 Moscow time for the previous 7 days, needing a net loss of at least 5,000 rubles, with x15 wagering and 72 hours to wager. A poker bonus matches 100% of a deposit between 1,000 and 50,000 rubles, claimable within 30 days with 100 days to wager. On a minimum 500 ruble deposit, x40 means 20,000 rubles of bets if wagering counts the bonus alone, and on the maximum 100,000 ruble bonus it means 4,000,000 rubles. The reload bonus at its 25,000 ruble cap needs 625,000 rubles of bets at x25. A net loss of exactly 5,000 rubles returns 500 rubles of cashback, which then carries x15 wagering, or 7,500 rubles of bets.
99 providers, three product lines
CasinoGuru counts 99 game providers, and the FAQ names 3 of them. The FAQ names NetEnt, BetSoft and Amatic and lists 7 kinds of play, from slots to missions. The site has 4 sections: casino, poker, sports and virtual sports. Most games run in a demo mode where winnings cannot be withdrawn. CasinoGuru says live chat runs 24/7.
Tools offered, and what AskGamblers does not find
The responsible gaming page describes an age check at 18, temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and deposit and game limits. AskGamblers disagrees on limits: it finds 2 tools, self-exclusion and cool-off, and none of the other 8 it checks.
13 complaints, 6 rejected, and a terminated listing
CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 5.9, Below average, with 13 complaints: 0 open, 3 unresolved, 4 resolved and 6 rejected. That is 46% rejected and 31% resolved. The casino is not blacklisted and CasinoGuru puts its revenue above €1,000,000.
AskGamblers shows the casino as terminated and gives no CasinoRank, while the site is live and CasinoGuru updated its review in August 2026. Its player rating is 7.0, but from a single rating. Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 9 reviews, a sample of 9 that is too small to weigh against 13 CasinoGuru complaints.
Who Pokerdom suits
It suits a player who deposits in rubles and is happy with a 100% bonus at x40 wagering or the 10% weekly cashback at x15. It does not suit a player who needs published withdrawal limits, fixed processing times in hours, since the terms give none, or anyone in the 11 countries AskGamblers lists.
