The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Ruby Fortune has been online since 2003 and sits in a large casino group run from Guernsey, which shows in its terms: withdrawals sit in a 24-hour pending state with no processing at weekends, verification starts at €2,000 and can require notarized copies, and a player who withdraws 5 times their lifetime deposits can be held to €4,000 per week. Inactive accounts lose €10 a month. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.8, but AskGamblers shows 9 of its 10 listed complaints unresolved and Trustpilot gives 2.1 from 74 reviews. Check the live terms before depositing.
Baytree Interactive Ltd, licence 00892 and three more licences on paper
The footer of the official site names Baytree Interactive Ltd, company 69691, registered at Kingsway House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as licensor, licence 00892, issued on 16 February 2022. The terms add that transactions take place in Canada, where the servers are, and that Kahnawake courts have jurisdiction. Review sites list more: CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both show the Malta Gaming Authority and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario next to Kahnawake, but the terms only name Kahnawake. The owner is Baytree (Alderney) Limited on CasinoGuru and Bayton Limited Casinos on AskGamblers.
The brand started in 2003. Its terms are shared across the casino group, which includes 7 Sultans, All Jackpots, All Slots, Euro Palace, Grizzly's Quest, Gaming Club and Jackpot City. That matters in 2 places: clause 7.6 counts deposits across the whole group, and a deregistration or exclusion can carry over to the group (clause 1.4.2). Part of the payments are collected by Digiprocessing Limited (110368) in Gibraltar.
24 hours pending, then 3 to 7 days: a €2,000 withdrawal timeline
Clause 7.8 puts every withdrawal into a rolling 24-hour pending state with no processing over weekends. During that time the balance is still accessible and can be reversed, which means a player can play it away. AskGamblers lists the pending time as 24 to 72 hours, e-wallets at 24 to 48 hours, and cards and bank transfers at 3 to 7 days. A card withdrawal requested on Friday at 17:00 therefore only starts its 24 hours on Monday, and with 3 to 7 days on top it arrives between day 7 and day 11 counted from the request.
The minimum withdrawal is €50 according to AskGamblers, and the maximum is £10,000 per 24 hours (clause 7.7). Funds must go back by the deposit method, up to the amount deposited (clause 7.4). The official banking page lists 6 methods (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, iDebit, Skrill and Neteller), AskGamblers lists 15 for deposits and 8 for withdrawals, and CasinoGuru counts 19. No cryptocurrency appears in any list. The minimum deposit is €10 and AskGamblers reports no deposit or withdrawal fee, although clause 7.4 says charges may be incurred. Winnings can be paid in euros whatever the account currency (clause 1.1.10).
Clause 7.6: 5 times your lifetime deposits, then €4,000 per week
Clause 7.6 says that a player who withdraws a sum of 5 times or more their lifetime deposits across the casino group is subject to a detailed game review and can withdraw only €4,000 per week, with the rest returned to the account until the next eligible withdrawal. It applies at the discretion of management, and progressive wins are exempt. A player who deposited €100 in total reaches the threshold at €500, and a €20,000 balance would take 5 weeks to pay out.
The £10,000 daily cap in clause 7.7 is higher than the weekly figure, so the weekly rule decides the pace once it applies. Clause 5.7.3 adds a separate limit on welcome bonus winnings: 6 times the first deposit, so 1,500 at most on a 250 first deposit, with the rest forfeited. The bonus page covers those terms.
Verification at €2,000 and notarized documents
Identity verification is required at single or cumulative transactions of €2,000 or more, a threshold in the terms (clause 7.4) and repeated by AskGamblers. Clause 1.6.4.2 goes further for substantial or exceptional withdrawals: notarized copies of the latest bank statement for the account used to fund wagers, a government photo ID and a utility bill not older than 6 months. That means notarizing 3 documents, and the terms give no review time.
The casino can also ask for proof of ownership of the payment method, source of funds and proof of age before any transaction (clauses 7.1 and 7.8.1), and the card holder name must match the account (clause 1.1.17). Two AskGamblers cases involve verification: 'Asking for too much verification' ($1,000, unresolved) and 'After approving documents, blocked account' ($252, unresolved).
€10 a month on dormant accounts, and funds left in play for 90 days
An account is inactive after 6 consecutive months without a login. From then, clause 1.5.2.1 allows the casino to charge an administration fee equal to 10 euros of the balance monthly over 18 months, after which the remainder is forfeited. A €100 balance is gone in 10 months, and the largest total charge is €180. Clause 1.5.3 adds that bonuses and winnings from them may be lost after 6 months unused, and loyalty points count as bonuses.
Clause 6.4 lets the casino confiscate funds left in play on any game except video poker for 90 days or longer. Clause 6.5 allows confiscation of winnings when a player has self-excluded at other casinos because of gambling problems. A player who is deregistered or excluded must complain to the regulator within 30 days (clause 1.4.2), and legal action has to start within 6 months of the cause (clause 10.11). The project data lists 98 restricted country codes, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Japan.
Over 450 games from 10 or 50 providers
The official page advertised over 450 casino games in March 2026. Providers differ by source: AskGamblers lists 10 (Games Global, Evolution, Just For The Win, Foxium, Rabcat, NextGen, Northern Lights, Snowborn, Crazy Tooth and NetEnt), CasinoGuru counts 50. AskGamblers marks progressive jackpots as not available, yet the site menu has a Progressive Jackpots section and clause 7.6 exempts progressive wins. The site is offered in 13 languages according to AskGamblers. The welcome offer is 100% up to $250 on each of 3 deposits with a $10 minimum, and the bonus page has the wagering.
370 complaints on CasinoGuru, 9 of 10 unresolved on AskGamblers
CasinoGuru records 370 complaints and a Safety Index of 7.8, Above average. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.5 and a player rating of 5.4 out of 10 from 25 reviews. It counts 20 complaints, 4 resolved, with an average amount of $3,621, an average response of 4 days and an average duration of 7 days. In the payment category 3 of 13 are resolved.
Of the 10 cases AskGamblers displays, 9 are unresolved: $11,000 with no payment or communication, $12,500 for slow payment, $13,800 of winnings confiscated without reasons, $3,000 for a refusal to pay, €4,581 for a declined withdrawal and $1,500 sent to a wrong email. The only resolved case is a $1,324 delayed withdrawal. Trustpilot shows 2.1 from 74 reviews; a review of 19 May 2026 describes a daily-spin win delayed, documents requested and the account locked, and one of 15 August 2026 calls the wagering too high to clear. These are user claims.
Responsible gambling: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits
The official page offers deposit limits that can be set for daily, weekly or monthly periods, a 'take a break' period of at least 24 hours and self-exclusion of at least 6 months, plus a self-assessment test and links to Gambling Therapy, the Responsible Gambling Council and GamCare. AskGamblers counts 4 of 10 tools: deposit limit, self-exclusion, cool-off and self-assessment. Wager, loss and time limits, reality check, withdrawal lock and register participation are missing. Self-exclusion starts at 6 months; the shorter option is the take-a-break period.
Who suits Ruby Fortune and who should skip it
It suits a player who deposits €10 to €100 at a time, uses Visa, Skrill or Neteller, stays under the €2,000 verification line and accepts waiting up to 11 days for a card payout. It also suits someone who values a licensed brand with more than 20 years of history and daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.
It is a poor fit for a player who expects a win above 5 times their deposits to arrive quickly, since €4,000 per week can apply, or who lives in one of the 98 restricted jurisdictions. Anyone who plays rarely should note the €10 a month charge after 6 months of silence. Cryptocurrency users have no coin to use, and anyone counting on a quick resolution should read the 9 unresolved AskGamblers cases first.
