The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Slotoro is a Curacao casino with a long list of numbers in its own terms: withdrawals up to €499 approved in 5 minutes to 12 hours, requests of €5,000 to €29,999 approved within 30 working days, ID required once a withdrawal reaches $1,000, and 46 countries barred. Wiraon B.V. runs it under licence OGL/2024/686/0183 on the domain slotoro.bet. The outside record is mixed and the sources contradict each other: CasinoGuru shows a Safety Index of 9.8 in one record and 8.6 in a newer one, with 8 or 24 complaints, while Trustpilot gives 1.8 stars from 92 reviews. This review reads the terms and sets them against what the review sites record.

Wiraon B.V., licence OGL/2024/686/0183, and the slotoro.bet address

Clause 2.1 of the terms says slotoro.bet is owned and operated by Wiraon B.V., registered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curacao, registration number 146886. The licence is from the Curacao Gaming Control Board, number OGL/2024/686/0183. Payments are managed by Briantie Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, registration HE 385770, as authorised agent. The home page and both review sites date the brand to 2023. Governing law is Curacao with exclusive jurisdiction of the Curacao courts (clause 28.1), and the English text prevails (23.1).

The address matters. On 31 October 2026 the older slotoro.com redirected to an unrelated site, and the affiliate domain promoslotoro.com showed content that had nothing to do with the casino.

CasinoGuru's two records disagree on the size of the operation. The earlier file shows 66 providers, 16 payment methods and a Safety Index of 9.8, tier Very high, with revenue above €1,000,000. The record dated 15 October 2026 shows 86 providers, 26 payment methods and a Safety Index of 8.6, tier High.

From 5 minutes to 30 working days: the four payout bands

Clauses 8.13 to 8.16 split withdrawals by size, and each band applies after KYC is complete. Up to €499 is approved within 5 minutes to 12 hours, and never later than 2 working days. From €500 to €4,999 it is 5 minutes to 48 hours, with a limit of 5 working days. From €5,000 to €29,999 the casino has 30 working days. At €30,000 and above the terms say payment follows individual terms agreed with the site administration. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

The jump between bands is the thing to plan around. A player who wins €5,000 waits up to 30 working days, which is six full five-day weeks, while a player who withdraws €4,999 is covered by a 5-working-day limit. Six weeks of working days is 42 days on the calendar.

A second cap is tied to deposits. If the withdrawal request, the current balance and lifetime withdrawals together are at least 20 times the sum of all deposits, withdrawals may be limited to €5,000 for 30 days (clause 8.17). Someone who deposited €100 and reached €2,000 falls under it. Once a withdrawal is approved, delays at payment processors are not the casino's responsibility (8.18).

Minimum withdrawals on the home page are €50 for bank transfer, €45 for Visa and Mastercard and €10 for Skrill, Neteller and the crypto routes. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, crypto at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days and a pending time of 1 to 5 days.

ID above $1,000, a handwritten note and a phone call

Clause 8.11.4 requires identification when a withdrawal request reaches $1,000 or more. The KYC policy sets a similar trigger: standard verification starts when a user's total transactions reach $1,000 or €1,000, or when risk or behaviour calls for it. The documents are a photo of the ID, a photo of the card used with the holder's name visible, and a photo of the user holding the documents. In some cases the casino adds proof of address, a tax notice, or a photo of the player holding a handwritten note with the registered e-mail, the date and a confirmation code. A phone or video call can also be required.

The home page asks for proof of address dated within the last 3 months and says KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal and after using any no-deposit bonus. A source-of-funds request can follow a large deposit (clause 6.6). Documents that are edited, AI-generated or manipulated are treated as fraud: the account can be closed and winnings voided (6.7).

One point in the official pages contradicts itself. The KYC policy says the company does not accept payments from anonymous instruments such as cryptocurrencies, yet the home page lists eight coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, BNB, TON and TRON. A CasinoGuru user from Lithuania reports slow crypto withdrawals and excessive KYC demands.

The 20% withholding clause and the 10-day reporting window

Clause 8.11.6 lets the casino withhold 20% of a withdrawal when turnover is two times less than the deposit, to cover payment costs. On a €100 withdrawal that is €20. Clause 8.12 allows a fee equal to the casino's own cost for funds that were never played. Money deposited through a phone operator is held 2 to 3 weeks for a fraud check, and only half of a paid-SMS deposit reaches the account (8.11.5 and 8.5).

Two time limits favour the casino. A player who has a problem with a game round, a missing credit or a profile issue must contact support within 10 days and give the time of the incident accurate to the minute, or the casino may decline to review it (clause 15.2). A formal complaint must be filed within 6 months of the incident (complaints policy, section 3). The server record is final in any dispute (22.2 and 22.3), funds are not insured (8.9) and there are no refunds (16.6).

A duplicate account cancels all transactions, returns no deposits and forfeits winnings (5.5). Using a VPN or proxy lets the casino void bets, bonus and winnings (12.7). The general terms contain no inactivity fee or dormant-account clause.

46 countries on the official restricted list

Clause 4.4 bars account opening, deposits and play from 46 countries and territories, including the United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Malta, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel, Singapore, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Curacao. The casino may change the list with or without notice. Germany, Poland, Canada and Finland are not on it, although the bonus terms and the home page say the welcome pack is unavailable in Finland, Japan and Brazil.

A €2,500 welcome pack with a €5 bet limit

The home page advertises up to €2,500 plus 250 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to €500 from a €10 deposit, then 75% up to €500 or 125% up to €1,000 depending on the deposit, then 150% up to €1,000. A first deposit made within 60 minutes of activation brings 150 spins instead of 100. Wagering is 40x on the bonus, the deadline is 5 days, the maximum bet is €5 per spin and winnings convert at most up to 5 times the deposit.

On a €500 bonus, 40x is €20,000 of wagering, which at €5 a bet is at least 4,000 bets inside 5 days. The bonus terms also bar wagering on all games from 40 named providers, among them Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Push Gaming and Playtech. The bonus page has the full terms. The second deposit needs €15 for the 50-spin tier or €30 for the 75-spin tier, and the third needs €25 for 75 spins. Betting bonuses have a maximum bet of €50, and Gamomat, Big Bass Bonanza and Book of Dead count only 50% toward wagering, Big Bass Hold & Spinner 15%.

66 or 86 providers, a ten-status loyalty ladder

CasinoGuru counts 66 providers in one record and 86 in the other; AskGamblers counts 50 or more. Names include Novomatic, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Hacksaw and BGaming, and the home page names Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Vivo Gaming for live dealers. The sportsbook has a welcome bonus of up to €700 at 10x wagering.

The loyalty programme pays one point for every €5 wagered outside live casino. The first tier with a weekly bonus, Challenger, starts at 500 points, which is €2,500 of wagering. Weekly cashback runs from 3% to 7% and is capped at €1,000 a week. The Piggy Bank feature, in the Android app only, is capped at €3,000 and carries 25x wagering. A full Piggy Bank of €3,000 at 25x means €75,000 of wagering.

Self-exclusion is available through support by e-mail from the registered address and takes effect only after support confirms it (clause 30.2). Clause 31.1 says account limits are set through live support, while the home page says limits are in the profile. AskGamblers lists self-exclusion and a self-assessment test and no deposit, loss or time limits; CasinoGuru lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits as present. The sources conflict. After deactivation the player cannot log in, open a new account or withdraw (clause 31.2). The sportsbook welcome bonus comes in two stages of €350. AskGamblers also lists 50 no-deposit free spins with 5x wagering.

8 complaints or 24, and a 1.8 Trustpilot score

CasinoGuru's earlier file lists 8 complaints: 3 resolved and 5 rejected. The record dated 15 October 2026 lists 24: 5 open, 6 resolved and 13 rejected. The three cases in the earlier file are a withdrawal of C$3,500 delayed for a player in Alberta on 14 April 2026, where the player stopped responding, a €10 balance confiscated after a self-exclusion and deposit dispute for a player in Portugal on 30 March 2026, and a €200 deposit debited but not credited for a player in Germany on 15 February 2026, where the player again stopped responding. In the earlier file 5 of 8 (62.5%) were rejected and 3 (37.5%) resolved; in the October record 13 of 24 (54.2%) were rejected and 5 (20.8%) were still open.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.3 and a player rating of 5 out of 10 from 2 reviews in one record and 4 in another, with no complaints. Its list of cons names slow withdrawals and player reports of low RTP on some games. A CasinoGuru user from Bulgaria and an AskGamblers user both allege that some slots are fake mirror versions with low RTP; these are player allegations and the sources give no proof. Trustpilot, on the slotoro.bet profile, shows 1.8 stars from 92 reviews as of 15 October 2026.

The complaints policy promises an acknowledgement within one week and a resolution within 4 weeks, extendable once by another 4. Unresolved cases can go to the ADR provider ABC ADR. Responsible gambling complaints are prioritised, with a 5 business days target.

Who Slotoro suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player who withdraws under €500, which the terms place at up to 12 hours, completes KYC before the first request, accepts the €5 bet limit on bonuses and lives outside the 46 listed countries. Players in Germany, Poland and Canada are not named on the restricted list.

It is a poor fit for a player who may win €5,000 or more and cannot wait 30 working days, who would like deposit limits in writing, or who gives weight to the 1.8 Trustpilot score from 92 reviews. Anyone in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands or the other listed countries should not register.
