The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Slots.lv is a crypto-first casino that takes players from the United States and Canada, with a Curacao licence number printed in its footer: OGL/2024/670/0711, held by Arbol Media B.V. Unlike the poker-and-casino Ignition, it is a slots-and-table-games site with MatchPay and Player Transfer on top of crypto. The help centre sets no maximum withdrawal, but crypto cash-outs run once every three days, and CasinoGuru quotes a $2,000 monthly limit. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3.8, Low, with 17 complaints; AskGamblers shows 4.5 from 59 ratings and lists the casino as blacklisted; Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 411 reviews.
Arbol Media B.V., Curacao, licence OGL/2024/670/0711
The footer states that Slots.lv is owned and operated by Arbol Media B.V., company number 145739, registered at Kaya Richard J.Beaujon Z/N in Curacao, and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/670/0711. CasinoGuru names the same owner and dates the brand to 2013, but lists no licence of its own. AskGamblers adds that a Kahnawake licence was terminated, so the sources disagree on who regulates the site.
The Terms of Service were last updated on 3 January 2024. The terms say the Curacao Gaming Authority does not mediate individual disputes; it only takes regulatory complaints. For player disputes the terms point to the Dispute Resolution Office and to EGIS-ADR as the appointed ADR provider.
Players from the US and Canada, five states and two provinces barred
Players must be 18 or older. Slots.lv bars Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York, plus the provinces of Quebec and Nova Scotia (clause 2.3). An account opened from a barred place loses access and its balance may be treated as void, and an attempt to get around the ban closes the account and forfeits the balance.
Clause 6.2 treats a VPN or proxy as improper activity, with all balances, deposits and winnings, forfeited. Clause 3.2 allows one account per household, so two players on the same address can lose their balances if the casino finds a duplicate.
Deposit limits from $10, and the $5,000 crypto ceiling
MatchPay deposits run from $10 to $2,000, Visa, MasterCard and China UnionPay from $20 to $1,000, and Player Transfer from $10 to $15,000. Crypto deposits are capped at $5,000 per transaction, with minimums of 0.0001 BTC, 0.001 BCH, 0.01 LTC, 0.002 ETH and 5 USDT. Bitcoin Lightning goes up to $10,000. One blockchain confirmation is needed, and six if the funds do not post after the first.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals carry no fee from the casino. A few card deposits are charged and the fee shows on the deposit page. The help centre adds that every deposit must be wagered through the games before winnings can be withdrawn, and clause 4.6 lets Slots.lv recover fees if little or no play follows a deposit.
No maximum withdrawal, but one crypto payout every three days
The help centre says there is no maximum withdrawal, only a per-installment ceiling. Litecoin pays up to $10,000 per installment with a $200,000 weekly limit, Bitcoin up to $10,000 with a $100,000 weekly limit, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV up to $2,500 once every 3 days, and Ethereum and Tether up to $2,500 once every 3 days with a $50 minimum. Lightning pays up to $10,000 once per 24 hours. MatchPay allows $2,000, twice per 24 hours, and Player Transfer up to $15,000 a day.
The same page says crypto withdrawals are processed once every three days. A $30,000 win in Bitcoin would need 3 installments of $10,000 and the weekly cap sits at $100,000. CasinoGuru gives a monthly limit of $2,000, which does not match the help centre.
24 hours to approve, then 1 hour to 10 business days
Crypto requests are approved in about 24 hours and other methods take 24 to 48 hours. After approval Bitcoin arrives within 24 hours, and Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin within 1 hour. A courier cheque takes 4 to 7 business days, a bank wire 5 to 10 business days, a credit card 4 to 7 business days and a direct bank transfer for Canada 3 to 5 business days.
AskGamblers lists card payouts of 3 to 7 days, bank payouts of 5 to 10 days and pending times of 3 to 7 days. Add the three-day crypto cycle and a Bitcoin withdrawal can take up to 3 days of queue, 24 hours of approval and 24 hours of transfer.
Documents, one chargeback clause and the 18-month dormancy rule
Withdrawals are subject to verification, including proof of address and government identification (clause 4.8), and the casino may pay by a different method than the player asked for. A disputed deposit voids the winnings made since then, and a negative balance is a debt that can go to a collection agency (clause 4.7).
An account is dormant after 18 months without a deposit, withdrawal or bet. The casino emails at 17 months and sets the balance to zero 30 days after that notice. Unfinished game rounds become void after 60 days.
Bonus caps: $125 and 1X
Unless the bonus terms say otherwise, a no-deposit bonus under $100 pays out at most $125, and one above $100 pays at most 1X the bonus (clause 6.6). A second no-deposit bonus needs a real-money deposit in between. If the bonus playthrough is not met in 6 months, the remaining bonus funds and winnings are forfeit (clause 6.9).
Cashing out to re-deposit or opening new accounts counts as bonus abuse (clause 6.4). The bonus page holds the headline terms of the offer.
3.8 Safety Index, 17 complaints, a blacklist entry
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 3.8, Low, and it calls the terms somewhat unfair. Its complaint breakdown is 17, with 0 open, 2 unresolved, 4 resolved and 11 rejected. AskGamblers shows 4.5 from 59 ratings but lists the casino as blacklisted and lists no responsible gambling tools. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 411 reviews.
Of the 17 complaints, 11 were rejected, about 65 percent. The About page says Slots.lv has over 400 games, while another line says over 130 slots, so the exact catalogue size is not clear.
Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits and a 24-hour delay
The terms let players cap deposits per day, week and month. Raising or removing a limit takes at least 24 hours after the request (clause 5.3). Closing the account for a gambling problem is permanent (clause 5.4), and a temporary cool-off needs a request to support with a set period (clause 5.5).
The Self Exclusion page is a single paragraph that tells players to contact the casino. AskGamblers finds no responsible gambling tools.
Who Slots.lv suits
It suits a crypto user aged 18 or older in the US or Canada, outside the five states and two provinces, who withdraws amounts of $10,000 or less in Litecoin or Bitcoin and can wait for the three-day cycle.
It does not suit a player in New York or Quebec, anyone who relies on a $2,000 monthly limit being wrong, or a player who wants a regulator that takes disputes, since the Curacao Gaming Authority does not mediate.
