How SNAI got 3.8/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index8.0/10weight 60%
Trustpilot1.2/5weight 10%
Combined: 7.2/10, shown as 3.8/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for SNAI, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
SNAI is the casino of Snaitech SpA of Milan, holder of ADM concession 16032, and it takes Italian residents only. Its player contract sets payment of requested winnings within seven days, no fee on deposits or withdrawals, 60 days to fix an invalid ID, 180 days as the longest suspension, and a 3-year dormancy rule that sends an idle balance to the State. CasinoGuru gives SNAI a Safety Index of 8.0 and records 58 complaints, 25 of them rejected. Trustpilot shows one point two out of five from 1,689 reviews. This review sets those figures against the contract text.
Snaitech SpA and concession 16032
The footer of snai.it names Snaitech SpA, Socio Unico, Via Ugo Bassi 6, 20159 Milan, with a fully paid share capital of €97,982,245.40 and the line CONCESSIONE N°16032. The player contract repeats concession 16032 and names Roberto Di Fonzo as chief executive signing for the company. CasinoGuru verifies the same ADM number, and CasinoGuru rates the company's revenue in its top band.
The contract follows the ADM model for remote gaming accounts under Legislative Decree 41 of 25 March 2024. Italian law governs it, courts at the consumer's residence are competent, and arbitration is excluded (article 20). Contact addresses in the contract are info@snai.it and a certified mail box at snaitech.legalmail.it.
Italian residents only, one account each
SNAI is a single-market casino. The contract premises list 4 conditions: adult age, an Italian tax code, a personal account that earns 0% interest, and free use of the account. No list of restricted countries is published; the tax code requirement alone decides who can join, so a player abroad cannot open an account.
Each person can hold 1 active account (premise G, article 12(1)(b)). The contract takes effect when SNAI receives it signed with a valid ID and tax code (articles 3(2) and 4(7)), and the account goes live only after the player has switched on the self-limitation tools required by Decree 41/2024 (article 4(6)).
Seven days to be paid, three thousand euros a day
Winnings are posted to the account at the latest 1 hour after the official result (article 5(1)(c)). Money the player asks to withdraw must be credited within seven days of the request, and late payment carries legal interest (article 12(3)(c) and 12(4)). Deposits and withdrawals cost €0 (article 9(1)).
The payment details come from outside sources. Gambling.com and Corriere dello Sport list PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer and SnaiPay for both directions, in euros only. They give 24 to 48 hours for e-wallets, 24 to 72 hours for cards and 2 to 7 days for bank transfers, with a cap of three thousand euros per day on cards and e-wallets. At that cap a €7,250 win clears in 3 days and a ten thousand euro win needs four. CasinoGuru counts 16 payment methods, and no source states a minimum withdrawal or a weekly or monthly cap.
Cash is accepted only for deposits at reload shops, up to €100.00 per week (article 5(2)). Four weeks of cash top-ups therefore reach €400.00, 13 weeks reach €1,300.00 and 52 weeks reach €5,200.00.
- Payout deadline in the contract: seven days from the request
- Fees on deposits and withdrawals: €0 (article 9(1))
- Daily cap listed by outside sources: three thousand euros on cards and e-wallets
- Cash deposits at shops: €100.00 per week
The 60 days after an ID expires
Verification sits in the contract rather than in a withdrawal trigger. A valid ID and tax code are needed at opening (article 10(1)). If the ID later expires, the account is suspended until a new one arrives. With no valid ID or with wrong data, the player cannot play, deposit or withdraw, and has 60 days to correct it before the contract ends by law (article 10(2)).
SNAI reports account data to the ADM central system and keeps account records and bet details for 10 years (article 5(20)), and personal data for 10 years after the account closes (article 19). A balance of two thousand euros stays locked until the document is renewed, and after 60 days without a fix the contract is terminated.
Clauses that can cost a player money
SNAI may cut the stake per bet, and the number and types of bets, without giving a reason (article 5(14)). Bonus funds are for play only and are not withdrawable, and winnings made with them follow the terms set when the bonus was granted (article 5(11)).
The account can be suspended for fraud, collusion or third-party use, or on a request from ADM or a court, for at most 180 days (article 14). After day 180 the balance is paid on request unless the authorities order a seizure. A player who lets another person use the account ends the contract by law, is reported to the police and ADM, and keeps access to the balance unless the authorities say otherwise (article 10(4)).
The dormancy rule has the largest money effect: after 3 years without a movement the account is extinct and the balance passes to the State (articles 12(5) and 18(2)). The contract names no inactivity fee, so the cost of idleness is €0 until the 3 years run out. A complaint goes first to SNAI, which must answer in 72 hours, and then to the ADM portal (article 12(2)). The player may leave at any time at no cost, while SNAI must give 15 days' notice, and after the player leaves SNAI cannot sign a new contract with the same person for 15 days (article 16).
Games and the welcome offer
CasinoGuru counts 28 game providers. The homepage shows slots such as Book of Ra Deluxe, Gates of Olympus 1000, Book of Dead and Starburst, live tables such as Crazy Time, plus poker, lotteries, bingo and sport. Some casino tiles list stakes from €0.10 to €500, and a 60-minute play reminder is built in.
The homepage banner offers up to €1,500 on sport and a €500 Fun Bonus on slots. An outside listing gives a €500 Fun Bonus plus a full match up to €4,500, so the two sources differ and the live offer page should be checked. Under article 5(11) such bonus money cannot be cashed out directly.
58 complaints, 25 rejected
CasinoGuru rates the Safety Index at 8.0, High, with no blacklist entry, and rates the terms Mostly fair with 2 issues found. Its complaint record is 58 in total: 0 open, 16 resolved, 17 unresolved and 25 rejected, so 42 of 58 cases (72%) ended unresolved or rejected. The figures give no amounts or dates, so no single case is described.
AskGamblers has no review page for SNAI. Trustpilot shows one point two out of five from 1,689 reviews, which is a low score on a large base. CasinoGuru's 8.0 out of 10 and Trustpilot's one point two stars sit far apart.
Who SNAI suits and who should look elsewhere
SNAI suits an Italian resident with a valid ID and tax code who wants a state-licensed account covering casino, poker, lotteries and sport, with support by chat, phone or email around the clock, 7 days a week. The €0 fee rule and the seven-day payout deadline are written into the contract.
It does not suit a player outside Italy, who cannot register. It is slow for large wins: at three thousand euros a day, a twenty thousand euro win needs seven days. A player who may leave the account idle should note the 3-year rule, and one whose ID is close to expiry should renew it before the 60 days begin.
