Sportium Apuestas Digital S.A.U. and ten DGOJ licence references

The terms name Sportium Apuestas Digital S.A.U. (tax id A-65640252, Registry of Ceuta Tomo 129, folio 181, sheet CE-3367) as the operator, with its registered office at Calle Independencia 11 in Ceuta. The licence page lists two general licences, for betting (23-11/GA/A65640252/SGR) and for other games (24-11/GO/A65640252/SGR), and eight singular licences: sports counterparty betting (27-11/ADC/A65640252/SGR), poker (29-11/POQ/A65640252/SGR), blackjack (26-11/BLJ/A65640252/SGR), roulette (28-11/RLT/A65640252/SGR), baccarat (30-11/PUN/A65640252/SGR), horse betting (346-13/AHC/A65640252/SGR), other counterparty bets (357-14/AOC/A65640252/SGR) and slots (MAZ/2014/030). CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2013 and puts its revenue tier above €5,000,000. Clause 6.2.5 adds that Sportium is a member of the International Betting Integrity Association.

The contract is under Spanish law and Spanish courts, and the terms list no restricted countries. Clause 4.5 does let a non-resident register, but the player must send a passport or the identity document of the country of residence within 1 month of activation, or the registration is not completed. The terms print no version number or date. Sportium UNO is the shop cash option, and a Sportium UNO deposit is the only one in the table that starts at €0.01.

Twelve ways in, eight ways out, and €15,000 a day

The payments table lists 12 deposit methods, all at 0% fee. Cards, PayPal, MuchBetter, Skrill, Rapid Transfer, Neteller, Paysafecard and Aircash are instant with a €10 minimum and a €10,000 maximum per deposit. Bizum is instant with a €3,000 maximum, Apple Pay has a €5,000 maximum, a bank transfer takes 1 to 2 business days, and Sportium UNO, the cash option in shops, accepts €0.01 to €500. The legal caps still apply: €600 a day, €1,500 a week and €3,000 a month (clause 7.1), so by default the €10,000 table maximum is out of reach in a single deposit. At €600 a day the weekly cap of €1,500 is reached in 2.5 days, and a player who raises the limits must pass the safer-play test and wait up to 3 working days; a further increase is possible only after 3 months.

Eight methods pay out, again at 0%. PayPal, Skrill and Neteller take up to 6 hours, MuchBetter is instant, cards need 2 to 5 business days, a bank transfer 1 to 2 business days, Aircash is limited to €1,000, and SportiumUNO to €200. Every other method has a €5,000 ceiling per transaction, and the FAQ allows 3 requests a day, which makes €15,000 a day. A €30,000 win would take 6 requests of €5,000, or 2 days; through Aircash the same win would need 30 requests, or 10 days. Sportium commits to validate a withdrawal within 24 hours (FAQ), and only then does the bank or the card scheme take over. Bizum is a deposit method only, according to the official withdrawal table.

Documents before the first withdrawal, and a source-of-income question

Before a first withdrawal Sportium asks for identity, residence and payment-method ownership documents (clause 12.2), uploaded in the account as .JPG, .BMP or .PDF files. A Spanish resident is checked in real time through the DGOJ, and an unverified identity cannot play, deposit or withdraw (4.6). Sportium may ask for more at any time (4.3, 4.7). The withdrawal screen also asks the player to state a source of income, such as employment, self-employment, inheritance, retirement or savings, under the money-laundering law.

A withdrawal must go to a method that was used to deposit. If several were used, the finance department may choose the most appropriate one regardless of the request (FAQ 11). While a request is pending, the funds cannot be staked (12.7), but a pending request can be cancelled from the pending list. A request that has no earlier deposit by the same method is not processed.

€5 or 5% a month after 2 idle years, and other money clauses

Clause 26 defines an inactive account as one with no deposit, no real-money sports bet, no casino, poker or slots play and no withdrawal for 2 years. If it has a positive balance and stays inactive to the end of the calendar month after the notice, Sportium deducts a monthly fee of €5 or 5% of the balance, whichever is higher, at each month end until the balance is zero. On €250 that is €12.50 a month, on €350 it is €17.50, on €450 it is €22.50, on €750 it is €37.50, on €1,250 it is €62.50, on €2,250 it is €112.50, and at €100 or below the €5 applies. Clause 6.5 separately suspends the account after 2 idle years, allows reactivation within 4 years, and after that cancels it and sends any balance to the player's bank account.

Winnings can be retained after suspected fraud or collusion (6.2.2), and AI robots are banned. A player who receives a payout caused by a software error must repay it, and a mistaken credit can be withdrawn by Sportium and any transaction made with it voided (12.3). Complaints must be filed within 3 months of the decision, and Sportium must answer within 1 month (18.1), after which the DGOJ decides within 2 months.

100% up to €200 at 50x with a €1,000 cap

The casino welcome bonus, valid from 30 March 2026, gives 100% of the first deposit up to €200. First deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not count. The wagering requirement is 50 times the bonus, so a €200 bonus needs €10,000 of bets within 30 days, about €333 a day. Live roulette and crash games contribute 0%, and the most that can be released is €1,000, five times the largest bonus, with any excess deleted. Real money is spent before bonus money. The bonus article has the rest. The sports welcome, called Doble Bono and worth up to 200€ over two deposits, is a separate promotion.

Sportium suits Spanish residents who bet on sport and play casino from one wallet, who like fast e-wallet payouts (up to 6 hours) and want a published table with minimums and maximums for 12 deposit and 8 withdrawal methods. It also suits players who prefer cash in a shop through Sportium UNO, up to €500 in and €200 out.

It is a weaker fit for players who want Bizum payouts, who expect a 24-hour phone line, or who leave accounts idle for 2 years, because the fee is the higher of €5 and 5%.
