The terms and footer name Vincitu S.r.l., Via G. Porzio, Centro Direzionale Isola F10, Naples, VAT number 02606180640 and business register entry NA-817628, as holder of ADM concession 16031. The casino says it is a 'piattaforma 100% italiana' and the terms are governed by Italian law with the court of Naples competent (article 10). Account opening needs adult age, an Italian fiscal code and a personal account contract (article 1), and article 1.1 lets Vincitu apply geolocation checks and block access where the territory test fails.

There is no list of restricted countries because the service is Italian only. The casino does not state a launch year.

Closed circuit: the €70 Visa and €50 PayPal example

The FAQ explains the closed-circuit policy with a worked case. A player who deposited €70 by Visa and €50 by PayPal and holds €500 available, then asks for €150 by PayPal, must first take €70 back to Visa and only the remaining €80 goes to PayPal. For a bank transfer, both €70 and €50 must be returned to their original methods first.

Deposit methods on the payment page are Poste.it, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Nuvei cards, Skrill, Paysafecard, scratch cards, bank transfer and postal slip. All are immediate except the bank transfer and postal slip, which take 2 to 3 working days. Paysafecard deposits carry a 3.5% fee, and PayPal deposits are free with a €5 minimum and a €10,000 maximum.

Payout times from 12 hours to 3 days

The withdrawal page lists Postepay in 12 to 24 hours, Nuvei cards in 24 hours, PayPal in 24 to 48 hours, bank transfer in 1 to 3 days and domiciled transfer in 1 to 3 days, while instant bank transfer is immediate. Skrill and Aircash appear on the account help page. Cards in the name of a third party are not allowed, and bank transfers pass a payee check that compares the IBAN holder with the account holder.

On the help pages 'Autorizzato' means a withdrawal is approved but not paid, 'Confermato' means Vincitu has processed it, and a bank can still take a few working days. If nothing is confirmed or returned after 5 to 7 working days, the player is told to contact customer care, and failed payments return to the account after '2-3 giorni lavorativi' (2 to 3 working days). No withdrawal minimum, no daily, weekly or monthly ceiling and no withdrawal fee are published, so a large win cannot be planned against a stated limit.

ID in 30 days, or up to 60 days of suspension

Article 4 requires the signed contract, ID and fiscal code within 30 days, and says documents are indispensable for any withdrawal or deposit. Winnings can be withdrawn only from the date Vincitu has the complete set. An account with missing or wrong information, or no ID after 30 days, is suspended for a maximum of 60 days and then ends by law, which makes 90 days the longest period from registration.

The FAQ accepts ID, passport, SPID or driving licence, and says the account can be used as soon as the registration email arrives. Article 3 makes a deposit limit per period mandatory at activation. Sessions end after 20 minutes of inactivity or a shorter period chosen by the player, under 60 minutes (article 6).

36 months, and the cost of withdrawing during a bonus

Article 6 gives a player 36 months from the last login to withdraw; after that the balance goes to the state treasury, and every bonus page says that withdrawing any amount before the wagering is done cancels the bonus and its winnings.

Support runs Monday to Friday from 09:15 to 22:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:15 to 20:00, by email, phone, WhatsApp and chat, with complaints sent to dedicated email addresses. Self-exclusion rules changed on 1 February 2026 after an ADM note of 21 October 2025: exclusion can last from 7 to 270 days or be indefinite, applies to Vincitu alone or to all concessionaires, and can be limited to one game family. An indefinite exclusion can be revoked after 270 days, and reactivation follows 7 days later. The responsible gaming page still shows older 30, 60 and 90 day options and a 180 day figure, so the page contradicts itself. Withdrawals stay possible during an exclusion.

Games, and a record with 1.7 stars

Who Vincitu suits and who should avoid it

It suits an Italian player who wants an ADM-licensed operator with payouts of 12 to 24 hours on Postepay, who will send the ID inside the first 30 days, and who accepts that cards and PayPal deposits must be withdrawn back to the same method.

It does not suit a player who wants published withdrawal limits, a rating above 1.7 stars on Trustpilot, or a bonus that can be cashed out in part before the wagering is finished. With 60x on €500 a tranche, the stake needed is €30,000 for only €50 of convertible bonus, and the first withdrawal cancels it.
