The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
1xBet is run by Caecus N.V. in Curacao under licence OGL/2024/1262/0493 and has operated since 2007. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.7 (Above average) in May and 7.4 in October, but rates the user feedback as Bad from 65 reviews. AskGamblers shows a player rating of 8.0 from 386 reviews and a CasinoRank of only 2.3, with 481 complaints on file. Trustpilot gives 2.0 stars from 8,672 reviews. AskGamblers lists no withdrawal limits, while CasinoGuru's first con is a verification process it calls extremely long and confusing. All figures here come from CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot.
Caecus N.V. and licence OGL/2024/1262/0493
CasinoGuru and AskGamblers agree on the operator: Caecus N.V., registered in Curacao, with 2007 as the founding year. CasinoGuru's October data gives the licence as OGL/2024/1262/0493 from the Curacao Gaming Authority, while AskGamblers names the older Curacao Gaming Control Board. CasinoGuru classes the operation as very large, with a revenue tier above €100M, rates the terms and conditions as fair and lists no blacklist entry.
None of the sources used here gives a restricted-country list for 1xBet.
22 deposit methods and 20 payout routes on AskGamblers, 108 on CasinoGuru
CasinoGuru counts 108 payment methods, a very wide list of crypto, fiat and regional options. AskGamblers is more specific: 22 deposit methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Perfect Money, Jeton, SticPay, 10 crypto options (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, TRON, Binance, Cardano and USD Coin) and Brazilian bank routes through Pix, Itau, Bradesco, Caixa and Banco do Brasil. It lists 20 withdrawal methods, among them WebMoney, Payeer, SEPA, Pix and several coins.
CasinoGuru adds that one account can hold multiple currencies, and the profile data lists 37 currency codes, from EUR, USD and RUB to DOGE, USDT, TRX and ADA. The minimum deposit in the AskGamblers bonus list is €10 for the first deposit and €15 for the second to fourth.
No withdrawal limits, 24 to 48 hours pending, then 3 to 7 days
AskGamblers states no limits per transaction, day, week or month and no payment fees, and names that among its 3 pros. CasinoGuru lists fast withdrawal processing based on player experience as a pro.
The times are less quick than the limit suggests. AskGamblers gives pending time of 24 to 48 hours, then e-wallets in 0 to 24 hours, bank transfers in 3 to 5 days and cards in 3 to 7 days, with no weekend cashouts. A card withdrawal that waits the full 48 hours and then takes 7 days arrives 9 calendar days after the request, and a bank transfer in the worst case after 7 days. An e-wallet payout in the worst case needs 48 + 24 = 72 hours, or 3 days.
Because no limit applies, a €10,000 win is, on the AskGamblers figures, a single withdrawal. That reading rests on one source, with no confirmation from the casino's terms.
The verification process CasinoGuru calls extremely long
The first con in CasinoGuru's list is an extremely long and confusing verification process. The sources used here do not state the documents or the time verification takes.
A Trustpilot reviewer on 11 May 2026 writes that documents had been submitted more than 10 times, that only 1 reply came to about 10 emails, and that the team did not say which document it needed. This is a single claim. Another reviewer that day says a deposit had not been credited for 21 days, and a third says 5 deposits made in February and March 2026 had not been credited by May.
35x on four welcome deposits that add up to €1,500, not €1,950
CasinoGuru and AskGamblers list the same 4 welcome steps: 100% up to €300 plus 30 spins, 50% up to €350 plus 35 spins, 25% up to €400 plus 40 spins and 25% up to €450 plus 45 spins, each with 35x wagering on the bonus. The 4 caps add up to €1,500 and the spins to 150. The profile data headlines the offer as up to €1,950 plus 150 spins, which does not match the sum of the four tiers. The bonus page has the details.
On a maximal first bonus of €300, 35x means €10,500 of bets before withdrawal, or 21 bets of €500 each. The later steps scale the same way: 35x on a €350 bonus is €12,250, on €400 it is €14,000 and on €450 it is €15,750.
228 providers on CasinoGuru, 80+ in an older summary
CasinoGuru's provider list has 228 names, and includes NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Evolution. An older summary in the profile data says 80+ providers, so the two counts differ by almost 150.
AskGamblers lists online slots, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), video poker, live casino and live game shows, and marks neither RNG testing nor a public RTP audit. The product is also a sportsbook, and CasinoGuru lists Android and iOS apps and quick registration as pros.
English-only chat, 55 or 44 languages, and 2 of 10 responsible gambling tools
Live chat runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in English according to CasinoGuru, which counts 55 website languages. AskGamblers lists 44 languages and the address support@1xbet.com, with no stated email response time and no FAQ. CasinoGuru also notes that not all terms are translated.
Both AskGamblers records mark 2 of 10 responsible gambling tools: self-exclusion and a self-assessment test. Deposit, wager, loss and time limits, cool-off, reality checks, a withdrawal lock and a national register are all marked as absent, and AskGamblers' only con is limited tools.
43 or 50 complaints on CasinoGuru, 481 on AskGamblers, 2.0 stars on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru records 43 complaints in May and 50 in October, and its con list calls many of them unresolved. AskGamblers records 481 complaints with a 2-day average response, more than 11 times the May CasinoGuru figure (481 / 43 = 11.2). The two counts differ widely.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 2.3 in May and 2.9 in October, next to a player rating of 8.0 from 386 reviews in May and 8.2 from 558 reviews in October. Its editorial says it had no concerns and used the site seamlessly. Trustpilot says 2.0 stars from 8,672 reviews on the claimed profile in May, and 8,600 reviews in October with no rating shown, Trustpilot citing removed fake reviews.
CasinoGuru's user rating is Bad from 65 reviews, despite a Safety Index of 7.4 to 7.7.
Who 1xBet suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who wants sports betting and a very large casino on the same account, prefers e-wallets (0 to 24 hours on AskGamblers) and can accept a verification step that CasinoGuru calls extremely long. The absence of withdrawal limits and the 228 providers are the strongest numbers in its favour.
It is a weaker fit for anyone who needs support in a language other than English, since CasinoGuru lists English-only support, and for a player who wants deposit or loss limits, because AskGamblers marks 8 of 10 tools as missing. A player who cannot tolerate waiting should also note the 8,672 Trustpilot reviews averaging 2.0, with several reports of deposits uncredited for 21 days or more.
