Costa Rica company, Tobique licence 0000163, and two rival answers

Clause 1 of the terms says the service is owned and operated by 3-102-937894 Limitada, registration number 3-102-937894, with a registered address in San Jose, Escazu, Costa Rica, and that gaming is authorised under licence number 0000163 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Governing law is Costa Rican (clause 25.6). The complaints clause then points to a different body: clause 21.6 says a player who is not satisfied may complain to "our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.", which is not the Tobique Gaming Commission named in clause 1.

The outside sources disagree with the terms and with each other. CasinoGuru names Igloo Ventures SRL as owner and operator, dates the casino to 2025 and lists AOFA in Comoros without a licence number. AskGamblers names SIMBA N.V., also 2025, and the Curacao Gaming Control Board. That makes three operators and three regulators for one site. The terms are dated 2026-09-17 on the page header, and the body says 11/05/2026. CasinoGuru finds no blacklist entry.

€50,000 a month, but which minimum: €10 or €25?

Clause 8.6 sets the maximum withdrawal at €50,000 per month and states no daily or weekly limit. The profile data lists €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month for this casino, so the profile data and the terms conflict; the terms are the casino's own text. The minimum conflicts too: clause 8.1 says €10 per transaction, except on account closure when the full balance can be taken, while the FAQ says the minimum deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €25.

The FAQ describes withdrawals as "usually instant", with a manual review of up to 24 hours and up to 5 business days for a bank. The profile data gives 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 3 to 5 days for cards and 3 to 7 days for banks, and AskGamblers says cards are not offered. The sheet lists 12 deposit methods, among them Klarna and PayPal, and 9 withdrawal methods, with 9 currencies including SOL. Clause 8.4 sends money back by the original method; another method is allowed only at the casino's discretion and after extra security checks.

The costly line is clause 8.2. A deposit wagered at least once leaves withdrawals free. Otherwise the casino may deduct 8% with a minimum of €4. On a €20 deposit that is €4, or 20%, on €50 it is also €4, and on €100 it is €8. A chargeback brings a €50 administration fee on top (clause 9.1), and winnings made with charged-back funds are forfeited (7.4).

ID, selfie, utility bill, and a call if asked

Clause 4.2 allows the casino to require a passport, driving licence or national ID card and a recent utility bill showing name and address, and to suspend wagering until they arrive. Clause 8.3 extends the list to a selfie and a verification call, at any point in the relationship. The FAQ narrows it to ID front and back, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the past 90 days, with an automated check taking "a few minutes up to an hour" and random periodic checks. Clause 4.5 allows third-party information providers to confirm identity and financial standing, and clauses 4.1 and 4.9 let the casino refuse a registration with no reason.

€5 a month from idle accounts and a 3-day dispute window

Under clause 6.1, an account that has had no login, bet or other use for 12 consecutive months and holds credit is charged €5 per calendar month. Notice comes in the 11th month, and if the balance is under €5 the fee takes what is left. A €60 balance lasts exactly 12 monthly fees. Players can always log in and withdraw to stop it.

Several clauses limit what a player can recover. Disputes about a decided wager must be lodged within 3 days or are not honoured (21.4). Results are final after 72 hours (11.2). The casino's total liability is capped at €500 or the wagers involved, whichever is lower (14.2). The casino aims to answer queries within 28 days (21.3). It may close an account without notice and return funds (5.4), or withhold money when it closes for a breach (5.3), and clause 16.1 allows confiscation of funds on any fraud or bonus-abuse finding. A VPN or proxy that masks location is banned (2.4).

Clause 3.1.3 lists 33 restricted territories and says the list is not exhaustive. It names Australia, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands with Aruba, Curacao and Sint Maarten, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, China, Israel, Lithuania, Venezuela and the Canadian province of New Brunswick, among others. The profile data lists only US, GB, AU, CU, AF and MM as blocked, so the sheet omits Germany, Austria, France and Spain, which the terms name. Cheating, collusion and 'fraudulent game patterns' such as delaying rounds to dodge wagering or leaving large bets on the table forfeit winnings (16.2).
