The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Slottica is a Curacao casino run by Atlantic Management B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1060/0472, and its own terms state the numbers that matter: 20,000 kr a day, 100,000 kr a week and 400,000 kr a month in withdrawals, a rule that bets must reach 3 times the deposit before any cash-out request, a 20% commission on unplayed money, and a 50 kr monthly fee after 180 days of inactivity. The terms bar players in 49 countries. Against this, CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 5.6 (Below average) with 92 complaints, 54 of them rejected, and Trustpilot shows 1.5 stars from 115 reviews. The review below goes through those rules and what they cost.
Atlantic Management B.V. and a 49-country exclusion list
The responsible gaming policy (version 3.1, effective 10 July 2026) names Atlantic Management B.V., company number 139089, registered in Willemstad, Curacao, and gives the licence as OGL/2024/1060/0472. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both list the casino as established in 2019. The terms themselves do not print a company name. They say the site is run by a registered entity based in Curacao and that Curacao law and Curacao courts govern any dispute (clause 4.5).
Clause 4.3 lists 49 countries whose citizens, residents or visitors may not open an account or deposit. It includes the Netherlands, the USA, France, the UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Australia, Canada and Switzerland. The casino can change the list without notice. A player who opens an account from a listed country is blocked, and whether deposits and balance are returned is decided by the casino alone. An older list quoted on a bonus forum had only six countries, so the current clause is far wider than that.
20,000 kr a day, 100,000 kr a week, 400,000 kr a month
Clause 8.13.5 sets the withdrawal ceiling at 20,000 kr per day, 100,000 kr per week and 400,000 kr per month, except for cases agreed with the administration. AskGamblers shows the monthly figure as EUR/USD 40,000. The three limits interact: five days at the daily maximum already reach the weekly cap, and four full weeks reach the monthly one. A player who wins 500,000 kr can therefore expect about 5 weeks of payouts at the weekly cap, not one transfer.
Only one withdrawal request can be active at a time, and requests are handled in the order received (8.13.7). A request may be processed within 36 hours (8.17). Above 9,700 kr the casino runs extra checks on gaming transactions that usually take up to 72 hours (8.15), so a 50,000 kr request can take up to 5 days if the checks and the processing run one after the other. If the money came in by bank transfer, the casino waits until that deposit has cleared, in most cases up to five business days (8.18). Large payouts to Skrill and Neteller are discussed individually (8.13.6). The terms print no fee table and no minimum withdrawal.
AskGamblers records 24 hours for e-wallets and cards, no bank withdrawals and a 24 hour pending period. Those are shorter than the 36 hour clause, so the terms are the safer planning figure.
- Daily limit: 20,000 kr
- Weekly limit: 100,000 kr
- Monthly limit: 400,000 kr
- Processing: within 36 hours, extra checks above 9,700 kr up to 72 hours
- One active withdrawal request at a time
Three times the deposit in bets, or 20% off
Before a withdrawal request, bets must total 3 times the deposit (8.13.3). Safe bets in table games, other games, crash games and live games do not count, and neither do sports bets at odds below 1.55. Clause 8.14 adds that the casino may keep a commission of 20% of the withdrawn amount on funds that were not used in play, at its own discretion. A player who deposits 1,000 kr, bets 1,000 kr and asks for 1,000 kr back could lose 200 kr, and the turnover target for that deposit was 3,000 kr.
The same clause says a wager is cancelled when the balance falls to 7 kr. Withdrawals go back to the method used for the deposit, and when several methods were used the casino may split the payout between them (8.13.2). Deposits from another person's card or account lead to confiscation of all winnings (8.3). The terms rate as Unfair on CasinoGuru, with 3 issues flagged.
Documents before the first withdrawal request
Clause 6.3 says every depositing player goes through Know Your Customer checks, and clause 8.22 says documents must be provided before a withdrawal request is submitted. The list is a passport, an address document no older than 3 months, and proof that the card or bank account is yours: photos of both card sides with the first six and last four digits visible, or a bank statement with the deposit on it. A photo of the player holding the ID can be requested, and so can a declaration of the source of income with bank statements and payslips.
Withdrawals can be restricted while verification runs (6.4), and an account can be blocked if documents are not provided. If the name on the documents does not match the passport details, the casino may close the account immediately (6.5). The terms give no processing time for verification itself, so the 36 hour withdrawal clause starts only after the documents are accepted.
50 kr a month, one tab and 75 days of freezing
After 180 days without a login the account counts as inactive and the casino may charge 50 kr a month (11.5). If the balance is below the fee, the whole remainder is taken. A balance of 200 kr would be gone in four months. With a zero balance the fee stops and the account may be blocked (11.6). If a balance remains after 30 months of no activity, the funds are returned to the player where possible (11.7).
Other clauses cost winnings. Only one account is allowed per computer, IP address or phone; duplicates lose their winnings and may have to return funds already withdrawn (5.5). Playing in more than one browser tab at once voids winnings made in that period (9.5). If the casino suspects prohibited software it may investigate for up to 75 days with the account frozen (13.7). A blocked or closed account gets no refund of the balance (11.2), and the server balance is final if it differs from the screen (23.3).
Bonus rules in brief: 20 kr maximum bet and the 97.05% RTP ban
The homepage offers 300% up to 3000$ plus 30 free spins over the first three deposits; the bonus page has the wagering details. The general bonus clauses are worth knowing separately. Only one bonus can be active at a time. The largest bet that counts toward wagering is 20 kr (500 kr for sports and esports), and table games, live casino and video poker do not count at all. Games with an RTP of 97.05% or higher, jackpot games and games with cumulative multipliers are banned while a bonus is active (10.2.1). Cutting the stake by half or more after a big win, or betting over 20 kr, is listed as abuse that can lead to confiscation (10.4.3).
238 providers, 30 payment methods
CasinoGuru counts 238 game providers and 30 payment methods, and the site has slots, live dealers, sports, esports and crash games. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru list Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, BLIK, Jeton, MiFinity, bank transfer and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, Tron, Ripple) for deposits. For withdrawals the list is shorter: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, eZeeWallet, Jeton and Bitcoin. Some games are limited by country (4.6), for example three Universal Monsters titles are playable only in a named list of countries. Support is by live chat, rated 24/7 by CasinoGuru, and by email.
Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in policy version 3.1
The responsible gaming policy describes tools inside the account: deposit, loss, wagering and session limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, with a 7-day wait before a limit can be raised; a Time-Out of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months; and self-exclusion for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years or permanently, after which any balance is normally returned within two business days. The policy is dated 10 July 2026. AskGamblers lists none of these tools and only a self-assessment test, so its record is older than the policy or the tools are not visible to reviewers. Players with a complaint about responsible gaming can go to an independent dispute provider or to the Curacao Gaming Authority.
92 complaints, 54 rejected, Trustpilot 1.5
CasinoGuru records 92 complaints: 25 resolved, 13 unresolved and 54 rejected. That rejected share, 59%, is high. AskGamblers lists 34 complaints, a CasinoRank of 6.8 and a player rating of 4.9 from 14 reviews. Trustpilot shows 1.5 from 115 reviews. Review-site notes also record a ban by the Swedish Gambling Authority in 2020, and Sweden is on the terms exclusion list today. No individual complaint amounts are on file, so the counts are the evidence here.
Who Slottica suits and who should skip it
The casino fits a player who deposits small amounts, plays through at least 3 times the deposit, can pass document checks before the first request and stays under the 20,000 kr daily limit. It does not fit a player who expects to move 500,000 kr quickly, who lives in any of the 49 listed countries, who leaves an account idle for more than 6 months with money in it, or who wants a rulebook rated fair; CasinoGuru rates this one Unfair.
