Inside Verde Casino

Verde Casino opened in 2022 and publishes unusually exact withdrawal rules: up to €499 within 2 working days, €500 to €4,999 within 5, €5,000 to €29,999 within 30 working days, and individual terms from €30,000. Those rules sit beside a 20% hold on some withdrawals and a €5,000 monthly cap that applies once winnings reach 20 times the deposits. The review sites split sharply. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.4 but a Bad user rating and 229 complaints, AskGamblers gives 5.3 from 17 players, and Trustpilot shows 1.7. This review reads the terms of 25 February 2026, the KYC policy and the bonus terms.
A company in Cyprus, Curacao law, Wiraon B.V. on the review sites
Clause 2.1 of the terms says only that Verde is operated by a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with no name, no registration number and no licence number. Clause 28.1 puts the terms under the laws of Curacao, with exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts. CasinoGuru names Wiraon B.V. as owner, the Curacao Gaming Authority as licensor and 2022 as the founding year; a second CasinoGuru capture of 15 October 2026 adds licence number OGL/2024/686/0183. AskGamblers also names Wiraon B.V., under the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and gives no licence number.
The terms were last updated on 25 February 2026, English prevails (1.2), the minimum age is 18 (4.1) and a player may hold one account only (5.5). The terms list Cyprus and Curacao among the countries where accounts may not be opened (4.4), so the operator's registration country and its governing-law country are both off limits to players. Its footer reads only '2026 VerdeCasino'.
€499 in 2 working days, €5,000 in up to 30
After KYC, clause 8.13 says a withdrawal up to €499 is approved within 5 minutes to 12 hours and never later than 2 working days. Clause 8.14 gives €500 to €4,999 5 minutes to 48 hours, not exceeding 5 working days. Clause 8.15 moves €5,000 to €29,999 to 'within 30 working days', which is six calendar weeks. Clause 8.16 sends €30,000 and above to individual terms agreed with the administration. Weekends and holidays are excluded in every tier. One euro decides the wait: a €4,999 withdrawal has a 5-working-day ceiling and a €5,000 withdrawal has a 30-working-day ceiling.
AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards and bank at 1 to 7 days and a pending time of 0 to 96 hours, so a bank payout of a small amount can run to 11 days on its own figures (7 days plus 96 hours). Once a request is approved, the casino takes no responsibility for delays at payment processors (8.18). The site has no payments page with per-method limits; the about page only says players can choose from 27 options plus Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Tether.
- Up to €499: 5 minutes to 12 hours, maximum 2 working days
- €500 to €4,999: 5 minutes to 48 hours, maximum 5 working days
- €5,000 to €29,999: within 30 working days
- €30,000 and above: individual terms
The 20x rule, the 20% hold and the fee on unplayed funds
Clause 8.17 lets the casino limit withdrawals to €5,000 in 30 days when the requested amount, the balance and lifetime withdrawals add up to at least 20 times total deposits. With a single €50 deposit the line is €1,000. CasinoGuru lists 'unlimited withdrawal limits in EUR and USD' as a plus, while AskGamblers lists a €5,000 monthly limit as a minus; the terms support neither flatly, since the cap is conditional.
Three more clauses touch the payout. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used to deposit, after at least one deposit (8.11.2 and 8.11.3). If turnover is 'two times less than the deposit', the casino may withhold 20% of the withdrawal to cover payment expenses (8.11.6); on a €400 withdrawal that is €80. The wording does not say whether it means turnover below half the deposit or below twice it. A fee equal to the casino's costs may be charged on funds that were never played (8.12). Money sent from a phone operator is delayed 2 to 3 weeks (8.11.5), and a paid SMS deposit credits only half of the sum (8.5).
ID at €1,000, a selfie with a handwritten note, and a crypto contradiction
The KYC policy sets standard verification when transactions through the site reach €1,000 or $1,000, or when the risk assessment or staff decide it is needed. The list is long: an ID copy, a photo of the payment card with the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name visible, a photo of the player with the documents, sometimes proof of address, a bank statement or employer letter, and in some cases a tax assessment notice. The casino may also ask for a photo holding a sheet handwritten with the registration email, the request date and a confirmation code, or for a call or video call. Terms 8.11.4 asks for an ID copy once a withdrawal request reaches $1,000. Source of funds may be requested on large deposits (6.6), and withdrawals may be restricted during checks (6.3).
Item 7 of the same policy says the casino does not accept payments from anonymous payment instruments, naming cryptocurrencies. The about page lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Tether as accepted, and CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both show crypto. One AskGamblers case describes crypto withdrawals blocked on a player who had deposited in crypto, resolved. Delays feature in the CasinoGuru cons: a Chilean player on 24 April 2026 was still waiting four days after sending documents.
VPN, duplicates and the 10-day window
Masking IP or location with a VPN or proxy allows the casino to close the account and void bets, bonus and winnings (12.7). A Greek player on CasinoGuru reported an account locked for VPN use. Duplicate accounts void all transactions, keep stakes, and let the casino reclaim winnings and funds already withdrawn (5.5). Disputes about game rounds must reach support within 10 days with the time to the minute (15.2), payments are final with no refunds (16.6), and amounts shown because of human error or a technical fault are forfeited (22.3). The casino may end an account 'for any other reason we see fit' (13.5.3). The terms contain no inactivity fee and no overall maximum win.
42 restricted countries, two of them the operator's own
Clause 4.4 lists 42 jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Brazil, Cyprus, Curacao, the Czech Republic, North Korea, Ethiopia, France, Great Britain, Guyana, Guam, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Israel, Malta, the Netherlands, Laos, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Statia, St. Maarten and St. Eustatius, Syria, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Uganda, the United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey and Yemen. The list can change with or without notice. Germany, Poland, Sweden, Canada, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and Romania are not on it, although the profile's country data lists Switzerland and Romania as blocked, a conflict with the 2026 text. Bonus terms add that some bonuses are unavailable in Japan and Finland.
120 providers, 105 or 34
The homepage text claims more than 5,000 games from 120 providers and 1,800 plus slots, including 25 Megaways titles. CasinoGuru counts 105 providers and AskGamblers 34 with 'over 2,000 games'. CasinoGuru shows live casino, poker, crash games, virtual sports and eSports betting as available. Payment counts differ even more: 27 on the about page, 31 on AskGamblers and 92 on CasinoGuru, including many local methods. Support runs 24/7 by email and live chat; CasinoGuru gives 15 website languages and AskGamblers 5.
€1,200 and 220 spins, x40 and a €5 bet limit
The homepage describes €1,200 plus 220 free spins over four deposits, starting at 120% up to €300 with a €10 minimum, then 150% up to €300 with €15. The offer must be activated within 4 days, the deposit made within 48 hours of activation and the bonus wagered within 5 days. The bonus terms set x40 wagering and a €5 maximum bet; a €10 deposit with a 120% match is a €12 bonus, or €480 of required bets on the bonus alone, as AskGamblers counts 40x on the bonus. AskGamblers instead lists 250% up to €2,000 with 50 spins. Live, table and instant games do not count toward wagering, and a no-deposit win is capped, with an example limit of €500.
229 complaints on CasinoGuru, 1.7 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru's record gives a Safety Index of 9.4, Very high, with the terms rated fair, no blacklist entry, a Bad user rating from 34 reviews and 229 complaints: 139 resolved, 85 unresolved, 4 open and 1 rejected. The October capture shows 8.9, High. Its cases include a Swedish player whose account was closed over a minor date-of-birth discrepancy with €1,801.39 involved and a €300 partial refund offered (2 May 2026), and an Italian player waiting on a closure and refund (27 April 2026). AskGamblers scores the casino 5.9 and the players 5.3 from 17 reviews, with 20 complaints, 17 resolved. Its cases include a delayed €3,500 withdrawal on a verified account, resolved, and a $750 balance blocked after KYC, rejected.
Trustpilot is split by domain: verde-casino.com shows 1.7 from 168 reviews and an unclaimed profile, while another capture for verdecasino.com shows 2.8 from 987. One 4-star review from November 2025 reports a sportsbook withdrawal arriving within 24 hours after verification.
Who Verde suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who keeps withdrawals below €5,000 per request, is willing to send a card photo and a handwritten-note selfie at €1,000, lives outside the 42 listed jurisdictions and deposits and withdraws by the same method. Responsible gambling limits are set in the profile or through live support (31.1); CasinoGuru shows four limit types and self-exclusion, AskGamblers only self-exclusion.
It is a poor match for a player who may win €5,000 or more and cannot wait up to 30 working days, for anyone who plays through a VPN, and for a reader who wants a named operator and licence number printed in the terms.
