The footer and clause 1.1 of the terms name Green Champions Leader SRL, registration number 3-102-917157, with its address in San Pedro, Costa Rica. The licence is issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number ALSI-202502014-FI1. CasinoGuru records the issuer as the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority and AskGamblers as the Anjouan Gaming Board. The payment processor is Widoma Trading Co. Limited, registration HE 468781, in Nicosia, Cyprus. Governing law is Anjouan (clause 32.1), and the courts of Costa Rica have non-exclusive jurisdiction (clause 32.2).

CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2025. The same text, with only the brand name changed, appears on SpinTexas. Clause 8.4 adds that excluding yourself from one site does not exclude you from any other site under the same licence. A player who self-excludes here is therefore not automatically excluded at the sister brand, and the casino owes no refund of funds wagered in such an additional account (clause 8.6).

The withdrawal page is shorter: 11 methods, with no card and no bank option. Ten of them run from €100 to €1,000 and LuxonPay from €100 to €500. A card deposit therefore has no matching route on that page, although clause 9.10 says withdrawals should go back to the deposit account whenever possible. Clause 9.11.1 repeats that withdrawals go to the account the funds came from.

Against those per-request ceilings the terms set bigger ones. Clause 63.1 limits a player to €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month, and says that a win above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments. A €10,000 win at €1,000 per request is 10 requests, or 2 days at the daily ceiling. The profile data shows €1,000 a day and €7,000 a month instead, a conflict the sources do not settle. Clause 62.1 gives the payments department up to 72 hours after approval, and AskGamblers lists a 1 to 5 day pending time. Added together that is up to 8 calendar days before e-wallet or crypto money moves. AskGamblers puts e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours and lists a 1 to 5 day bank time, though the withdrawal page shows no bank method.

A €25 deposit caps at €375

Clause 63.2 says a player with only one deposit can cash out a maximum of 15 times that deposit, and that all further winnings are removed when the withdrawal is requested. With the €25 minimum deposit the ceiling is €375. A €100 deposit caps at €1,500. Clause 63.4 adds that every deposit must be wagered at least 3 times, which makes €300 of play on a €100 deposit before cashing out. Clause 62.9 asks for one more step: before the first payment the player must bet 100% of the payment amount at odds of at least 1.50.

CasinoGuru lists daily and lifetime win limits as a con. The daily limits are in clause 63.1. The terms give no lifetime figure, so that part of the CasinoGuru wording is unconfirmed.

The €2,000 trigger and the 30-day freeze

Clause 56.10.1 makes verification mandatory once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000. Accepted documents include ID cards, bank cards, bank statements, source of wealth, source of funds and utility bills, and the casino may ask for a selfie with the ID or a call or video call. The terms warn that when documents are requested, any pending withdrawals are cancelled, so a player must request the payout again once verified (clause 56.10.2). If the account is not verified within 30 days of the request, it is frozen for play and transactions, and refusal can lead to confiscation of the funds.

The AML policy adds that a player may be asked to verify within 30 days of registering and that only verified accounts can withdraw. It also states that transactions above $10,000 within 24 hours are monitored. Refund requests are decided within 3 business days (clause 56.10.3).

€10 a month after 6 idle months, and other clauses that cost money

Clause 6 defines a dormant account as one with no log-in for six consecutive months. The casino may then charge €10 a month, or the balance if smaller, or close the account and reset the balance to zero, without notice. A €60 balance is gone in six monthly fees. Cashback balances on a dormant account expire immediately (clause 6.4).

Chargebacks bring a block. Each of two written reminders carries a €50 processing fee drawn on funds the casino considers untainted (clause 7.2). Using a VPN or disguising the IP address can lead to voided winnings and a forfeited balance (clause 12.10), as can forged documents. Clause 12.12 names the Martingale betting system as cheating and allows the casino to publish a player's identity and email address if they make untrue or malicious public comments. Disputes about bets are not considered after 30 days and disputes about games after 12 weeks (clause 25.1). Liability for other claims is capped at €2,000 (clause 19.3.3).

The restricted list in clause 2.5.4 has 12 entries: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. The profile data blocks only 7 codes and leaves out Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. For bonuses the exclusion is longer, 48 territories, including Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan.

An older extract from May 2026 gave 1.1 and called the terms fair, so the two readings disagree. The CasinoGuru cons are the daily and lifetime win limits, no phone support, a casino too new to have a track record, and payment methods that vary by country. Its one pro is the range of game types. CasinoGuru does not list individual complaints.

AskGamblers lists deposit limit, self-exclusion, cool-off and reality check, and no wager, loss or time limits.

Who this suits, and who should look elsewhere

Spinny suits a player who deposits and withdraws in crypto or through Jeton, an e-wallet or LuxonPay, accepts per-request ceilings of €1,000, and will make several deposits to use the full bonus package. A VIP route exists: a single deposit of €1,000 or more makes a player an instant VIP.
