How we rate casinos: the full method

Zodiac Casino sells one thing on its front page: 80 chances to win $1 million for a $1 first deposit. The 80 chances are spins on the Mega Money Wheel valued at 10 cents each, so the offer is worth $8 in spins, followed by four match bonuses worth up to $480. The rest is the Casino Rewards rulebook run by Fresh Horizons Limited under Kahnawake licence 00972: a 200x play-through on the first two deposit bonuses, a $4,000 weekly cap for players who win far above their deposits, and bank transfer fees of $50 or $100. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.3 with 13 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 4.4 stars from 7,021 reviews.

What $1 buys: 80 spins at 10 cents each

The bonus page says a first deposit of $1 gives 80 chances on the Mega Money Wheel game, and the terms value each spin at 10 cents. That makes $8 of play for a $1 deposit. Winnings from the spins are credited as bonus funds, not cash. If the top prize of the wheel lands as bonus funds, the player can ask support to convert it to cash, but only the top prize qualifies, and any money wagered before contacting support counts towards wagering and cannot be recovered if it is lost.

The wording matters here. The page headline says 80 chances to win $1 million, but the terms describe the offer as 80 chances to win massive jackpots on the wheel, and the conversion rule applies to the top prize alone. A smaller win stays bonus money and follows the bonus balance rules described below. The bonus page was last updated on 30 October 2025, while the terms carry a date of 20 July 2026.

Four matches worth $480 and a $10 minimum

After the $1 deposit the page lists four more bonuses: 100% up to $100 on the second deposit, 50% up to $80 on the third, and on both the fourth and the fifth deposit 50%, up to $150. Together that is $480. Every deposit after the first must be at least $10, and the casino says the bonus is credited within two hours, after which support should be contacted. AskGamblers lists the same ladder.

The terms put 200x wagering on the first and second deposit bonuses and 30x from the third deposit on. The $100 second-deposit bonus at 200x is $20,000 of bets, the same figure the terms use as their own example for a $100 bonus. Withdrawing cash from the first or second deposit forfeits the remaining bonus funds, and only the first 5 deposits count for the sign-up offer. The terms do not give a separate wagering figure for the 80 spins, so a player should ask support before depositing.

Slots count 100%, table games 2%

Slots count 100% towards the play-through. Table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and baccarat, parlour games and all live casino games count 2%, and All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing. At 2%, the $20,000 requirement on a $100 bonus would need $1,000,000 of table bets.

Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus before the play-through is met, such as $25 on a $100 bonus, are listed as irregular play, along with double-up, even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette, autoplay used to meet wagering and hedge betting. The casino may withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings for irregular play. Promotional bonuses unused for longer than 60 days from registration are forfeited.

Fresh Horizons Limited, licence 00972, and a licence conflict

The terms say Zodiac Casino is managed by Fresh Horizons Limited of Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands, and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under number 00972. CasinoGuru lists three licences: Kahnawake, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the UK Gambling Commission. The terms name only Kahnawake and print no list of restricted countries, so a player should check whether the casino accepts their country at registration. AskGamblers says only that many countries are restricted.

The casino belongs to the Casino Rewards network. A chargeback locks every account the player holds on that network. Disputes go to the support centre first, then to eCogra, whose decision is final, and players can also write to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The terms allow 6 months from the issue to complain. The domain is zodiac.casino, and zodiaccasino.com redirects to it. The project data gives 2001 as the founding year and CasinoGuru gives 2002.

Withdrawals: 48 hours pending, $4,000 a week, $50 bank fee

A withdrawal is pending for 48 hours and is processed on the following business day, and it can be reversed until then. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 1 to 5 days, cards at 3 to 5 days and bank transfers at 6 to 10 days; another listing gives 1 to 3 business days, 3 business days and 6 to 10 business days. A bank payout therefore runs to about 9 to 13 days from request to account.

The terms print no per-day or per-month limit, only that limits exist and vary by country and method. The printed cap is $4,000 a week for a player who wins a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across Casino Rewards casinos, and the casino can raise or lower it. A $20,000 win under that cap takes 5 weeks. Direct bank transfer costs $50, 35.00 EUR or 30.00 GBP under 3000 units and $100, 70.00 EUR or 60.00 GBP above, which is 5% of a $1,000 withdrawal. Currency conversion adds 2.5% over the interbank rate.

Thirteen deposit methods, eleven ways out, five currencies

The deposit list has 13 entries: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Interac, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard, AstroPay, Google Pay, Payz, Neosurf and MuchBetter. Withdrawals can go to 11 of them, and bank transfer is added. CasinoGuru counts 30 payment methods. The casino accounts run in CAD, EUR, GBP, USD and NZD, and no crypto is listed. The terms say withdrawals are in many cases paid back to the account that was used to deposit.

Documents, dormancy and the AI data clause

Documents can be requested after deposits or before a withdrawal: proof that the card or wallet is the player's own, a passport, driving licence or government ID, and a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months, possibly notarised. A withdrawal waits until verification is done, and no number of days is stated. Failing a source-of-funds request lets the casino void winnings and lock the account indefinitely.

A dormant account is one with no wager, deposit or withdrawal for a period the casino sets at its discretion. Balances can then be removed within a maximum of 60 days and bonus funds are forfeited. The terms also contain a clause in which the player consents to the use of gameplay data and behavioural patterns for artificial intelligence training and machine learning development.

Safety Index 9.3, 13 complaints and 4.7 from players

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.3, Very high, with 13 complaints, 37 game providers and 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers ranks the casino 6.4 and shows a player rating of 4.7 from 71 ratings, lower than the 4.4 stars from 7,021 reviews on Trustpilot. The sources held give only the count of complaints, with no amounts or dates.

For responsible gambling the casino offers cooling-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks, a 6-month self-exclusion and deposit limits through support, where an increase takes 24 hours. AskGamblers lists no wager, loss or time limit and no reality check. The casino's about page says the random number generator is independently reviewed and results are published by auditors, and the fair-play page names PlayCheck for wagering history.

Who Zodiac suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player who wants to try slots for a $1 deposit, accepts that $8 of spins are bonus funds, and does not mind waiting 9 to 13 days for a bank payout. CasinoGuru's Safety Index of 9.3 and 13 complaints back that choice.

It is a poor fit for a player who needs written proof of how the 80 spins are wagered, for a table-game player facing 2% contribution, for anyone who could win more than their deposits and hit the $4,000 weekly cap, and for a player who objects to the AI data clause.
