Inside BC.Game

BC.Game 1BC.Game 2BC.Game 3

BC.Game is a crypto casino run by Twocent Technology Limited of Belize under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1, open since 2017. The picture comes from the site footer and from outside sources that disagree. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.1 with 31 complaints in one record and 7.8 with 11 in another. AskGamblers lists 152 complaints and a CasinoRank of 6.9. Trustpilot hides its rating on 3,818 reviews, 69% of them 1 star. E-wallet payouts of 0 to 1 hours are promised, and players report delays of a month.

Twocent Technology Limited, Belize 41939, licence ALSI-202410011-FI1

The footer of bc.game names Twocent Technology Limited, registered in Belize under company number 41939, as the operator, with an address at Sea Urchin Street #2, San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. It says the site is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under number ALSI-202410011-FI1. The number is the same in every source, but the authority is named three ways: Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority at CasinoGuru, Anjouan Gaming Board at AskGamblers and the island's government in the footer.

Both review sites date the brand to 2017, and CasinoGuru puts its revenue tier above €100 million. A footer line says crypto trading is not gambling and is not covered by the gaming licence. Every rule that a terms page would settle is marked below as not stated.

11 blocked countries, and a notice for German visitors

The profile data lists 11 places where BC.Game does not accept players: China, the Netherlands, Bonaire, Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten, Hungary, Australia, Canada, France and the United States. The home page shows German visitors a notice that players from that region are not accepted under the gaming licence regulations and suggests checking for a VPN. Germany is not among the 11, so the official page and our list disagree.

Brazil is also unclear: it is not on our list, yet Brazil's measure MP 1.394 of 25 September 2026 prohibits online casino games, foreign operators included. Whether BC.Game still accepts Brazilian players was not found.

0 to 1 hours for e-wallets, 120 hours for banks, up to 11% on fiat

AskGamblers gives these times: e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, banks 0 to 72 hours, cards 0 to 72 hours, plus a pending period of 24 to 48 hours. Add the pending period to the slowest route and a bank or card payout reaches 48 + 72 = 120 hours, five days. An e-wallet payout can take 49 hours once pending is counted. No limit per transaction, day, week or month is stated by AskGamblers or the other sources, so a player cannot work out how many days a large win would take.

CasinoGuru lists high fiat withdrawal fees of up to 11% as a con, which is $110 on a $1,000 withdrawal. It also says withdrawals exceed the promised time frames. One AskGamblers complainant describes fiat withdrawals under maintenance for 2 to 3 months, and another complaint reports a withdrawal of 6,649 zloty marked successful but not received. The published 0 to 1 hours and the complaint record describe different worlds.

22 deposit routes, 21 withdrawal routes and a count that moves from 94 to 107

AskGamblers lists 22 deposit methods: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Tether, Dogecoin, Binance, TRON, Interac, AstroPay Direct, DAI, Dash, USD Coin, MiFinity, Skrill, Sofort, Visa, Santander, bank wire, UPI and Pix. The 21 withdrawal methods add Cardano, MasterCard and Neteller, name AstroPay Card and a bank transfer in place of AstroPay Direct and bank wire, and leave out USD Coin, MiFinity, Sofort and Santander. CasinoGuru counts 107 methods in one record and 94 in the other, and the profile data names 56 currencies and coins.

For a player without crypto the practical route is fiat, the one tied to the 11% fee. CasinoGuru gives the minimum deposit for a bonus as $5 on the first two steps and $10 on the next two. The minimum withdrawal is not stated in any source used here.

Verification: no KYC at the start, blocked accounts later

No source used here gives the official KYC rules. CasinoGuru lists a no-KYC option as a pro, so small crypto accounts may start without documents. AskGamblers lists as cons accounts restricted without explanation and blocked after a win, and two of its three player reviews score 1 out of 10: one for a month-long delay on a verified account, one for accounts banned after a win.

Trustpilot cases of May and October 2026 repeat the pattern: an account frozen despite repeated verification, an account locked after successful KYC, and a hacked-account recovery waiting since 30 April. On 26 October 2026 a reviewer reported losing VIP status, and the company said it is adjusted to activity requirements. An AskGamblers complaint describes a block on 6 October 2026 after a deposit made while a withdrawal was pending.

A $5 bet limit, 40x and responsible gambling tools that reportedly do not work

The bonus has its own page, and the sources disagree on its shape. For the first deposit CasinoGuru lists a $5 maximum bet, 40x wagering and a 1-day expiry. If the 40x applies to a $1,000 bonus alone, that is $40,000 of bets, at least 8,000 bets of $5; the wagering base is not stated. CasinoGuru calls the system complex with low unlock rates and AskGamblers calls the wagering high.

AskGamblers lists wager limit, loss limit, self-exclusion and self-assessment as present, and time limit, cool-off and reality check as missing. Its deposit limit entry is Yes in one record and No in another. Both review sites say the loss and wager limits, which AskGamblers ticks as present, are reportedly non-functional. AskGamblers records the RNG as not tested and the RTP as not publicly audited, while naming provably fair technology as a pro.

55 to 75 providers and six BC Originals

CasinoGuru lists 75 providers in one record and 63 in the other, AskGamblers names 55, and our merged list holds 111. Both the CasinoGuru and AskGamblers lists include Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City and Hacksaw; CasinoGuru adds PG Soft, Spribe and the in-house BC.Game label. The home page shows Crash, Mines, Classic Dice, Limbo, Plinko and Wheel as originals and tabs for sports, poker, racing, lottery and bingo. The home page advertises more than 1,000 slots, and the 8,000+ games in the profile data are not stated on the home page.

152 complaints and 115 resolved at AskGamblers, 31 or 11 at CasinoGuru

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.9 and a player rating of 7.5 out of 10 from 191 reviews. Its 152 complaints include 115 resolved (75.7%), though one block of the page says 115 of 117. The average complaint is $7,662, lasts 7 days and gets a reply in 2 days. The largest case is a deposit of February 2025 sent to a wrong XRP tag, 16,000 XRP or $22,037, which was rejected. Two stuck withdrawals total €1,299 (2 and 4 October 2026). An earlier record showed a score of 5.1 and 147 complaints.

CasinoGuru's two records of 15 October 2026 differ. One gives a Safety Index of 7.1, Above average, with 71 user reviews and 31 complaints carrying 40,147 black points; the other gives 7.8 and 11 complaints. Both call the terms fair and neither shows a blacklist entry. We quote both counts.

3,818 Trustpilot reviews with the rating withheld

Trustpilot shows 3,818 reviews for bc.game, 816 of them from the last 12 months, and no star rating, with a notice that fake reviews were removed. The split is 69% 1 star, 22% 5 stars, 4% 4 stars, 3% 2 stars and 2% 3 stars. An earlier record showed 1.5 stars from 3,627 reviews. AskGamblers players are kinder at 7.5 out of 10, and one 9 out of 10 review praises the odds and payment speed.

Who BC.Game suits and who should look elsewhere

It fits a player who already holds crypto, moves small amounts through the 0 to 1 hours routes and accepts a 24 to 48 hours pending period. It also fits someone who wants poker, racing, lottery and sports in the same account as the slots.

Three groups should look elsewhere. A player in one of the 11 listed countries, or in Germany, may be turned away, since the home page shows that notice and 11 countries are on our blocked list. A player who expects a large win on a fixed schedule has no limit table to read, and 115 resolved cases out of 152 leave 37 that AskGamblers does not mark resolved. A player who relies on loss or wager limits should know that 2 review sites call them non-functional. Before a larger deposit, read the terms on the live site, because this review does not cover them.
