How BetMatch got 3.1/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
AskGamblers CasinoRank7.5/10weight 30%
Trustpilot0.0/5weight 10%
Combined: 5.6/10, shown as 3.1/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for BetMatch, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
BetMatch is a casino and sportsbook whose English terms set out the money rules in unusually exact numbers: a $5 monthly fee after 12 idle months, a $1,000,000 cap on a single win, verification at €2,000 of deposits or on day 30, and a rule that 70% of every deposit must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The same terms name no operating company, only a Costa Rica registration and Anjouan law. AskGamblers gives a casino rank of 7.5 and records 8 complaints. CasinoGuru has no page for it. This review follows the terms clause by clause and sets them against those thin outside records.
A Costa Rica company that the terms never name
Clause 1.1 of the terms defines the provider as a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica with its registered office in Costa Rica. No company name and no registration number follow. Clause 12.12 says the terms are governed by the laws of the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, with the courts of Anjouan as the exclusive forum. Clause 2.1 also mentions states sanctioned by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. No licence number appears in the terms.
AskGamblers tells a different story. It lists the owner as Smart Solutions LLC, the licence as the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the launch year as 2024. The terms mention neither, so this is a conflict between two sources, not a confirmation. The site is reached at bet-match.io, the affiliate link lands on b-match2.live, and betmatch.io shows a Hungarian homepage priced in forints. A player who wants to know who holds their money cannot get a name from the terms. Clause 3.6 adds that the provider may route any deposit or withdrawal through unnamed payment agents at its sole discretion.
$20 in, $100 out, and 70% of each deposit wagered first
The amounts below come from the casino's terms. Clause 6.3 says the minimum deposit is whatever the deposit page shows and falls back to $20 if nothing is shown. Clause 7.4 does the same for withdrawals, with a fallback of $100. If the withdrawal page shows no figure, a $60 balance sits below that $100 floor.
Clause 7.2.2 requires a player to wager 70% of each deposit before that deposit can be withdrawn, and winnings do not count toward the 70%. A $200 deposit needs $140 of wagers first. Each new deposit gets its own 70% requirement, counted in order (clause 7.2.4). Clause 7.2.7 lets the provider allow an early withdrawal for a fee of not less than 10% of the deposit, but only at its discretion, so $20 on a $200 deposit is the lowest price the terms mention.
Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit (clause 7.3). If that method is no longer usable, the player must deposit the minimum with a new one first. Clause 7.1.1 blocks any withdrawal until one real deposit has been made, including winnings from no-deposit offers. The internal currency is the US dollar (clauses 6.4 and 7.5), and the terms warn that several conversions may occur, with no liability on the provider.
No daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal ceiling is published. Clause 7.4 says limits depend on VIP level, activity and risk assessment and are given on request, and that a large request can be declined, deferred or split into several payments. The profile data shows a €10,000 daily figure, which the casino's terms do not confirm.
Up to 30 banking days, against what AskGamblers lists
Clause 7.6 states that a withdrawal may last up to 30 banking days. That is six working weeks. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days, bank transfers at 3 to 7 days and a pending time of 0 to 24 hours. The profile data gives 3 to 5 days for cards and banks and a 24 to 48 hour pending time. The sources disagree on cards, banks and pending time, and the 30-banking-day clause is the only figure that is binding on the casino.
The terms also say banks may block or refuse a payment and that bank transfers can carry intermediary charges (clause 7.6). All payments on the site are final and non-refundable (clause 8.1). Refunds are limited to proven fraud, underage play or other illegal activity (clause 8.2).
Verification at €2,000 or on day 30
Clause 4.6.2 sets three triggers and uses whichever comes first: before the first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits reach €2,000, or within 30 days of the first deposit. So the check can be forced at €2,000 of deposits even when day 30 has not arrived. Once documents are requested, the player has 30 calendar days. If they do not arrive, the provider may call it a material breach, cancel all winnings and refund only the deposit part.
Clause 4.5 lists what can be asked: a photo of the ID, a photo or screenshot of the payment method, proof of residence, a selfie with the ID, proof of wealth, proof of funds, and a selfie with a handwritten note plus a movement such as a blink or a head turn. The list is called non-exhaustive. Clause 4.6 asks for card photos with digits 7 to 12 and the three-digit code covered. Clause 4.6.1 allows a video call when fraud is suspected, and clause 3.7.1 lets the provider ask again at any time, even after a completed check. Until verification is done, clause 4.7 allows withdrawals to be suspended.
Card photos must hide digits 7 to 12 and the 3-digit code (clause 4.6), and a video call can be required where fraud is suspected (4.6.1). Abusive language to support can lead to support access being suspended for between 1 day and 3 months (clause 2.8), which matters if a document dispute turns heated.
A $5 fee, a $1,000,000 cap and a penalty clause
Clause 5.6 allows a monthly fee of $5, or the whole balance if smaller, after 12 consecutive months with no deposit, withdrawal or wager. The player gets 24 hours' notice by email and 30 days to appeal an account closure. A $60 balance would last 12 months of fees. Clause 5.8 caps a single win, jackpots included, at $1,000,000, and credits any win over $5,000 only after the amount has been confirmed with the game administrator.
The stricter clauses sit in the account rules. Clause 4.8 lets the provider hold all deposited funds as a penalty after a breach of the account rules. Clause 9.1.1 allows freezing and, if fraud is confirmed, forfeiting all funds without notice. Clause 3.4 lets promotions be withdrawn on suspicion of abuse even when no rule forbids the behaviour. Clause 4.1 can treat household members, or accounts sharing an email, phone, payment account or IP address, as one person. Clause 4.11 voids bets placed through multi-accounts, collusion, bots, arbitrage or loyalty abuse. Clause 2.8 can suspend a player's access to support for 1 day to 3 months for abusive language.
On the player's side of a dispute, clause 12.4.2 caps the provider's liability at the lesser of three months of bets or €2,000. Complaints are only reviewed if made within 6 months of the session (clause 11.1), supporting documents must arrive within 7 days (clause 12.4.5), and the server log prevails over the player's screen (clause 11.5).
18 named countries, and a list that does not match ours
Clause 1.1 names these restricted countries: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belize, Bonaire, Comoros, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, the Russian Federation, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. It also bars any jurisdiction on the FATF call-for-action list, naming North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. The profile data blocks 28 country codes, including Germany, Canada, Estonia, Italy and Sweden, which the terms do not name. The terms are the authority here.
The consequence is spelled out in clause 2.6. A person in a restricted country who registers anyway has any deposit treated as a gift to the provider, and any payout is deemed mistakenly sent and must be returned. Clause 2.10 allows winnings to be withheld on the same grounds.
50 providers on the homepage, 8 complaints at AskGamblers
The homepage provider filter lists 50 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Betsoft, Spinomenal, Playson, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, Evoplay and Spribe. The menu has slots, live casino, instant games, bingo, TV games, virtual sports and a sportsbook covering football, basketball, tennis, e-sports, boxing, ice hockey and volleyball. Instant titles on the page include Aviator, JetX and Chicken Road. The profile data says 15000+ games, which the casino's own pages do not state.
CasinoGuru has no page for BetMatch, so there is no Safety Index. AskGamblers gives a casino rank of 7.5, a player rating of 9, and records 8 complaints, though the details of those cases are not given in the sources used here. Trustpilot shows a 3.5 score on 0 reviews for betmatch.io, and a profile for bet-match2.io marked as closed is not linked to this brand. In effect the outside record is one site's rank plus a complaint count.
Three versions of the welcome offer
AskGamblers lists a 100% match up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, a €10 minimum deposit and 30x on the bonus. The profile data says up to €1,600 plus 595 free spins. The Hungarian homepage advertises up to 100,000 forints. No bonus terms page was found, so none of the three can be checked. The detail belongs on the bonus page once the site publishes it.
The Hungarian-language homepage, betmatch.io, advertises a welcome prize of up to 100 000 HUF, and the English promo page shows a "Treasure Hunt" with a HUF 1,000,000 prize fund. Neither figure matches AskGamblers' €1,000 offer, which is a reminder that the offer depends on the domain a player lands on.
Who this suits, and who should walk away
BetMatch suits a player who accepts a dollar-based balance, can live with an unnamed operator, and is comfortable depositing at least $20 and withdrawing at least $100. The 50-provider catalogue and the sportsbook are the reason to look. The responsible gambling page also lists deposit, bet and spend limits per 7 days, a freeze period and permanent self-exclusion, with requests in writing. A request to raise a limit takes effect no earlier than 6 months later, while a lowering is immediate.
It does not suit a player in any of the 18 named countries, anyone who needs a published withdrawal ceiling, or anyone who expects a named company and licence number. A player who deposits €2,000 or more should expect a full document check, including proof of wealth. AskGamblers shows loss, wager and time limits as missing, while the terms (clause 10.4) promise them within 24 hours of a request, so ask support before relying on them.
The official responsible gambling page lists game limits per 7-day period, a freeze period and permanent self-exclusion, plus a 10-question self-assessment. A request to raise or cancel a limit takes effect no earlier than 6 months after it is made, while a reduction applies the same day. After 12 idle months the provider may also close the account once a balance reaches zero, and the player has 30 days to appeal (clause 5.6).
As a quick reference, the terms' default figures are a 20 USD minimum deposit (clause 6.3), a 100 USD minimum withdrawal (7.4), a 5 USD monthly inactivity fee (5.6), a review of any win above 5,000 USD (5.8), a cap of 1,000,000 USD on a single win and a liability limit of 2,000 EUR (12.4.2). Because the internal currency is USD (6.4), a player paying in euros or forints also carries the conversion costs the terms mention.
