The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Casino Brango is run by Anden Online N.V. of Curacao and runs on Real Time Gaming software. Its terms list 30 countries where real-money play is forbidden, Estonia among them, and a second, different country list for bonuses. The numbers that decide whether it works for you are a $50 minimum withdrawal, a $4,000 weekly limit, 15x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a $20 maximum bet and a fee of up to 10% on deposits withdrawn unplayed. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.2 (High) with 15 complaints, AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 6.8 and Trustpilot 4.0 stars from 3,050 reviews.
Anden Online N.V., company number 138316
The casino's terms of service say Casino Brango is operated by Anden Online N.V., a Curacao company with number 138316 that holds a valid Certificate of Operation. CasinoGuru lists the Curacao Gaming Control Board as licensing authority, names the same owner and dates the casino to 2017. A licence number is not given in the sources. The terms name Real Time Gaming as the software provider and describe the game server as checked by a third-party accounting firm. They refer to the website as casinoBrango.eu, while the casino's current address is casinobrango.com.
Complaints go first to live chat, support@casinobrango.com or pitboss@casinobrango.com, and formal ones can be sent on a downloadable form to complaints@casinobrango.com. If the player is unhappy with the result, the terms offer free alternative dispute resolution at the operator's cost. It can be used only once, and a player who drops out after it has started loses the right to reopen the same dispute.
$50 minimum, $4,000 a week and one instant withdrawal a day
The banking page shows withdrawals as free and instant, with a $50 minimum on each of its three listed rows. The terms add the conditions: withdrawals can be requested daily, daily and weekly limits depend on the player's VIP class, and only one instant withdrawal per player per day is allowed. It is available only if the deposit was made in cryptocurrency, Neteller, Skrill or EcoPayz. A weekly withdrawal limit of $4,000 is recorded for the casino, though the terms text does not state it. At that rate a $12,000 win takes 3 weeks.
AskGamblers lists e-wallet withdrawals at 0 to 24 hours, card withdrawals at 3 to 5 days, a pending period of 0 to 1 hours and no bank transfer for withdrawals. The profile data names nine withdrawal methods: Neteller, Payz, Skrill, Interac, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and Dogecoin. Deposits have 14 methods, adding Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Flexepin, bank transfer and Cardano, and the banking page also shows Lightning Network, Solana, Tether and Google Pay through a crypto-with-card route. Deposit minimums on that page run from $10 to $50 by method. Accepted currencies are EUR, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD and BTC.
Crypto minimums and a 10% fee on unplayed deposits
A Bitcoin transfer below 0.0001 BTC is not credited, is not refundable and cannot be topped up later, and the terms ask for at least $15 in Bitcoin each time. A crypto deposit needs one confirmation to count. Money moved in and out without being wagered at least 1x the deposit may carry a transaction fee of up to 10% of the amount, after a review. On a $200 deposit withdrawn untouched that is up to $20, and the player must wager the deposit once before withdrawing after a bonus-free deposit.
Closing the account refunds the balance subject to deductions, and the amount may not be less than $50, in a method chosen by the casino. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full within 2 years, in line with the payment processor's limits and the player's VIP level.
Documents at the first withdrawal, 7 days to verify, 4 weeks to deliver
The terms say documents are usually requested at the first withdrawal and again at random. For account verification they list the front and back of an ID, driving licence or passport and a selfie holding it. For card verification they list the front and back of the cards used, a utility bill or bank statement with the registered address, and a selfie with the card. The verification itself can take up to 7 days. If the player does not provide the requested documents within 4 weeks, or sends fraudulent ones, the casino may cancel the payout and close or lock the account.
A withdrawal from a non-deposit bonus needs a verification deposit. For the new-signup bonus it must be made within 7 days of receiving the bonus, or the winnings and the bonus are removed without notice.
30 forbidden countries, including Estonia and the UK
The terms forbid real-money play from 30 listed places: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Estonia, France, French Guyana, Germany, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Martinique, Mayotte Reunion, Moldova, Myanmar, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia, the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. VPNs and proxies that hide the real location are forbidden. The casino may close or lock an account at any time without giving a reason, and may publish the names and email addresses of players it accuses of cheating.
Bonus eligibility is a separate list. Welcome, no-deposit and match bonuses are open only to players in the United States, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden, and closed to Australia, Estonia, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Poland, Moldova, Tajikistan, the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles. Players elsewhere can redeem free-money no-deposit bonuses after one successful deposit. The terms mention no inactivity fee.
15x on deposit plus bonus, a $20 bet cap and a bonus deducted at withdrawal
The headline offer in the profile data is 600% up to $5,000, and AskGamblers also lists 250% up to $1,000 plus 500 bonus spins. The terms cap the extra bonus for the first 3 transactions at $1,000 per transaction, which conflicts with a $5,000 headline, so the details need checking in the cashier. Over 3 transactions the cap allows at most $3,000 of extra bonus, 60% of the $5,000 headline. Standard deposit coupons require the deposit plus bonus to be wagered 15x. A $200 deposit with a $100 bonus would therefore mean $4,500 of bets. The terms' example, a $300 deposit and $100 bonus, quotes $10,000 of required bets, though 15 times $400 is $6,000. Baccarat, craps, pontoon blackjack, roulette, sic bo, 777 slots and live dealer bets do not count. The maximum bet is $20, including buy-feature games, and exceeding it voids the promotion winnings.
Two further rules cost money. At withdrawal, an amount up to the value of the deposit bonus is deducted from the balance, so with a $500 deposit and a $250 bonus a request is made for the balance minus $250. The casino may also hold back anything above the original deposit if the bonus was played on the excluded games. Free spins winnings carry 40x and a $50 cap, so with a $50 minimum withdrawal exactly $50 is the only amount that fits. A free chip needs 30x and pays at most 5x its value: a $20 chip means $600 of bets and a $100 ceiling. Comp points convert at 100 points to $1, up to 2,000 points ($20) a day. The full welcome terms belong on the bonus page.
RTG slots and the rule that cools off only by email
The menus list slots, table games, video poker, jackpots, progressive games and tournaments. The software provider named in the terms is Real Time Gaming, and a count of providers is not published in the sources. Live dealer games are mentioned in the bonus rules. CasinoGuru records live chat available 24/7.
Responsible gambling tools are handled by email to pitboss@casinobrango.com. Deposit limits can be daily, weekly or monthly but cannot be fully applied to crypto. Cool-off runs for 24 hours, 7 days, a month, a year or indefinitely, and a self-exclusion stated as a problem-gambling case is permanent. AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion as present, which conflicts with the terms on cool-off and deposit limits.
Safety Index 8.2, 15 complaints, 3,050 Trustpilot reviews
CasinoGuru rates Brango at 8.2 (High), rates the terms fair and records 15 complaints. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.8 and a player rating of 7.0 from 44 ratings. Trustpilot shows 4.0 stars from 3,050 reviews on casinobrango.com. The sources do not give amounts or outcomes for individual complaints, so the 15 figure shows volume only. The gap between 44 AskGamblers ratings and 3,050 Trustpilot reviews means the Trustpilot score rests on far more voices.
Who Brango suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player from outside the 30 listed countries who deposits in crypto, Neteller or Skrill, can live with a $4,000 weekly ceiling, and sends an ID, a proof of address and card photos on the first withdrawal. It also suits someone who wants RTG slots rather than a long provider list.
It is a poor match for a player in Estonia, the UK, Germany, France or any other listed country, for a player outside the bonus list who expects a welcome offer, for a bonus player who needs to clear 15x on deposit plus bonus at $20 a bet, and for anyone who wants limits and a cool-off in an account menu instead of an email.
