Our verdict

Casino777.be is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Casino777.be is run by Casino de Spa SA of Spa under Belgian Gaming Commission licence A+8104, and its terms of use, dated 13 January 2026, set out figures a player can check before registering: a €200 default weekly deposit limit, withdrawals from €10 up to €25,000, a 15% administrative fee on transactions made without playing, and accounts closed after 12 or 24 idle months. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 8.5 and Trustpilot 2.9 stars from 2,467 reviews. It has no welcome bonus, so the comparison rests on limits, verification and track record, covered clause by clause below.

Casino de Spa SA and licence A+8104

The terms of use name Casino de Spa SA, head office rue Royale 4, 4900 Spa, business number CBE 0440.077.617, as owner and operator of the site and the Casino777 app. The same header states that it holds licence A+8104 from the Belgian Gaming Commission for online casino games. Review-site data dates the brand to 2012. Belgian law governs the contract and disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Liege (clause 30). The French version prevails over the English and Dutch ones (clause 27).

The minimum age is 21 and each person may hold one Player Account (clause 3.1). The site is a Belgian-licensed operation: clause 3.1 tells anyone living outside Belgium to check that their own country's law allows registration. Belgian rules also mean there is no welcome bonus, deposit match or free spin package to review.

€200 a week by default, and what changes it

Clause 10.3 sets a default weekly deposit limit of €200 under the Royal Decree of 25 October 2018. At that limit a player can add €800 in 4 weeks and €10,400 over 52 weeks. Removing the limit means asking the Gaming Commission, which answers within 72 hours (three days) after checking the Central Individual Credit Register at the National Bank of Belgium. A player who is in default there cannot have the limit lifted, and an approved increase can be cancelled later if the player is then listed.

If the default limit is removed and no personal limit is set, a €2,000 weekly limit is imposed instead (clause 10.3 B). Personal limits can be set for 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month. A lower limit applies at once, while a higher one applies only after 72 hours. Per transaction, a deposit runs from €10 (€5 through Neosurf) up to €50,000 (clause 10.4). Deposits must come from the player's own payment method or bank account, and third parties may not deposit or withdraw (clause 10.1).

Withdrawals from €10 to €25,000, and the 15% fee clause

The withdrawal minimum is €10, or €15 through PayPal and Skrill, and the maximum is €25,000 (clause 10.4). The terms add that to withdraw with PayPal or Skrill a player had to deposit with them first. At the maximum, a €60,000 balance takes 3 withdrawals (€25,000, €25,000 and €10,000). Review-site data lists Bancontact, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer as withdrawal methods, and AskGamblers gives 1 to 5 days for both e-wallets and bank transfers, plus a 24 to 72 hour pending period.

The terms promise to process a withdrawal immediately on request, but only after the account is Authenticated, and they add that standard bank processing times apply. The casino takes no commission on deposits or withdrawals. Clause 10.4 does reserve an administrative fee of 15% on transactions whose purpose is not gameplay, such as consecutive deposits and withdrawals without stakes: €150 on a €1,000 round trip, €30 on €200. Anyone moving money through the account without playing should read that clause first.

Authentication, 3 months and a €2,000 monthly loss cap

No game access and no withdrawal is possible until the account is Authenticated, a rule that applies to unverified players from 1 May 2025 (clause 3.1). Clause 3.3.1 lets the operator ask at any time for a photo with an identity card copy, a phone or video call, a copy of the payment card, proof of origin of funds, proof of address, proof of income, a tax form or a bank statement. An account not Authenticated within 3 months of creation can be suspended (clause 3.3.2), and so can one whose extra information requests stay unsatisfactory for 3 months.

One clause targets a narrow group. Players who are purportedly not of Belgian nationality and register with a passport have their losses capped at €2,000 per month until the account is Authenticated, even if a higher deposit limit was approved (clause 3.3.2). Clause 19 adds that the operator may check a player's solvency at any time with financial institutions and payment providers.

12 months idle, 24 months deleted: rules that cost money

An account with no activity for 12 uninterrupted months may be suspended or closed at the operator's sole discretion without notice, and the operator may keep the sums on it (clause 12 a). A separate rule is harder: an account with no login for 24 successive months is closed, including its credit and Coins, with no prior notification, and a positive balance on such an account is deleted (clauses 13 and 14). If the player contacts the operator afterwards, the operator says it will investigate the request.

Other clauses matter in a dispute. Martingale systems and software that incorporates artificial intelligence are banned (clause 6 h). The operator's technical report is described as sole and irrefutable proof when a round is interrupted (clause 8.2), and results of rounds that break the rules may be adjusted without notice. Liability is capped at the lower of 3 months of commissions on the account or €500 (clause 11). Complaints must be sent within 14 days of the triggering event or they are inadmissible (clause 20), and claims against the operator must be filed within a year (clause 30). The operator may close an account on any of 12 listed grounds, from breach of the terms to a precautionary tip from a third party (clause 12).

MaxPayout: 1 Coin per €10 on slots is worth €0.01

In place of a bonus the site runs MaxPayout, which players accepted with the January 2026 terms (clause 9). A player earns 1 Coin for each €10 staked on slots or dice, each €30 on roulette, video poker or blackjack, and each €40 on crash games, and 1 Coin converts at €0.01. The stated payout uplift is 0.1%, 0.03% and 0.025%. On €1,000 of slot stakes that is €1.00, on roulette or blackjack €0.30 and on crash games €0.25.

The Level Up minigame pays up to 0.025 of winnings between loyalty levels: at most €50 on €2,000 of winnings, and the box picked pays between 0% and 100% of that. A weekly Nitro Payout from Monday to Friday costs €0.10 to enter and needs at least €10 of winnings the previous period; the terms list maximum payouts of 10.000%, 50.000% and 100.000% for three winnings tiers and give no euro amount. The operator can cancel MaxPayout winnings for a breach, improper use or a technical problem (clause 9.3). Eleven status levels run from Blue at 0 to 499 Points up to 777 Hall of Fame at 1,000,000 Points.

Games and the responsible gaming page against AskGamblers

The menu shows slots, live casino, dice, crash games, jackpots, table games, tournaments and a provider page, with Evolution roulette and blackjack titles featured. The sources reviewed give no provider count. CasinoGuru's count is blank, so this review does not state one.

The casino's own responsible gaming page lists daily, weekly and monthly deposit, stake and loss limits, breaks of 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month, a 6-month self-exclusion, a Reality Check, an activity report and a self-assessment test run by an independent site. It also gives the free SOS Jeux line, +32 (0)800 35 777, open 24/7. AskGamblers lists only a deposit limit and self-exclusion as present, which conflicts with the casino's page; the casino's own list is the more detailed one.

2.9 stars from 2,467 reviews, 4 or 7 complaints

CasinoGuru lists a Safety Index of 8.5, High, calls the terms somewhat unfair, records 4 complaints and finds no blacklist entry. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2, a player rating of 4.3 from 32 votes and 7 complaints, 3 of them resolved. The two complaint counts differ and are reported as the sites give them. Trustpilot shows 2.9 stars from 2,467 reviews. The sources reviewed do not describe individual complaint cases, so no amount or outcome can be quoted.

The Safety Index of 8.5 sits beside a Trustpilot score of 2.9 and a terms rating of somewhat unfair. The sources reviewed do not explain the gap, so none is offered here.

Who Casino777.be suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a Belgian resident aged 21 or over who accepts the €200 weekly default limit or is willing to wait 72 hours for the Gaming Commission, who wants payouts of up to €25,000 per withdrawal, and who will keep the account active inside the 12 and 24 month windows. The documented MaxPayout uplift is small: €1.00 on €1,000 of slot stakes.

It is a poor fit for someone who wants to move money through the account without playing, given the 15% fee clause, for a passport-registered player who needs more than a €2,000 monthly loss ceiling before Authentication, and for anyone who might miss the 14-day complaint deadline.
