The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Gama Casino is run by Funnexus Limitada of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409039-FI2 and, according to AskGamblers, has operated since 2023. Its terms promise payouts within 72 hours for requests up to €1,000 and up to 7 days above that, while the homepage advertises an average withdrawal time of up to 1 hour. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €10. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.5 (High) and records 53 complaints, 29 resolved and 24 rejected. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.9, Trustpilot 3.2 stars from 11 reviews. Nine countries are named as restricted, among them Germany, Austria and France.
Funnexus Limitada, Costa Rica, and an Anjouan licence
The terms and the page footer name Funnexus Limitada, company number 3-102-910435, registered at Jaco in Puntarenas, Costa Rica, as owner and operator. The licence is number ALSI-202409039-FI2, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, and the terms name the Gaming Board of Anjouan as the supervisory body. Payments are handled by Eclipsedynamics Limited, registration HE463892, of Limassol, Cyprus. CasinoGuru lists the same owner and the same licence number as verified, with the authority named as the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.
AskGamblers, in the casino's data entry, names a different operator, Fun Fusion N.V., and a Curacao licence, so the review sites do not agree with the casino's own pages. This review follows the casino's terms and CasinoGuru. CasinoGuru puts the revenue tier above €1,000,000 and the founding year at 2023. English is the governing text (clause 1.4) and Anjouan law applies (34.1). CasinoGuru names the same owner and licence number for Cat Casino, a sister brand.
Up to 1 hour, 72 hours or 7 business days: which payout figure applies
Several payout figures appear. The homepage banner says "Up to 1 hour" as the average withdrawal time, without naming a method. Clause 8.9 says requests are processed in queue order within 72 hours if the amount is at most €1,000, and up to 7 days if it is higher. Clauses 8.1 and 8.2 say withdrawals are provided within 7 business days after KYC is completed and the account approved. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards and bank at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours. A €5,000 win falls above the €1,000 line, so by the terms it can take up to 7 days after approval, and up to 7 business days by clause 8.2.
The ceiling is also unclear. The terms print no daily or monthly limit. The casino's data entry (from AskGamblers) shows €1,800 per day and €15,300 per month, which means a €5,000 win takes 3 days at the daily figure. AskGamblers' review text says new players may withdraw only €185 a day, which would stretch the same €5,000 over 28 days. The two figures are nearly 10 times apart, and only the casino's cashier can say which applies to a given account.
- Minimum deposit €10 and minimum withdrawal €10 (clause 8.9). Deposit commission depends only on the player's payment system.
- Withdrawal methods (14): Visa, Mastercard, eZeeWallet, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, Jeton, Interac, bank transfer and the coins Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT and TRON. Deposits list 19 methods in the casino's data, CasinoGuru counts 12.
- Currencies (18): EUR, RUB, CAD, KZT, TRY, BRL, ARS, MXN, COP, AZN, BYN, NZD, UZS and BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, LTC. The casino may choose the conversion rate (8.7).
KYC that starts the payout clock
Payout time counts only from the moment KYC is complete (8.1, 8.2), so the verification step decides the real wait. Clause 6.2 accepts a passport (recommended), driving licence, national ID, birth certificate (up to 24 hours to verify) or a payment card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the CVV hidden. For full KYC it can add a signed credit agreement and a utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old. Clause 5.4 lets the casino ask for notarised ID, bank references and source-of-funds proof, and to block activity until they arrive.
A withdrawal request itself is made by emailing support (8.1). The terms set no deadline for the player to send documents, and no amount that triggers a check. Clause 5.3 allows the casino to restrict withdrawals while checks run and to repeat them later for "regulatory, security or other business reasons".
550% plus 1,000 free spins, and the 25x minimum behind it
The homepage shows a welcome pack of 550% + 1000 FS, weekly cashback up to 10% every Monday and a Midnight Jackpot event from Amusnet running 22.10.26 to 05.11.26. AskGamblers lists no Gama bonus. The terms read give a minimum wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus plus the real money contributing to it (9.2). If a €100 deposit earned a €100 bonus, that would be at least €5,000 of bets, since 25 times €200 is €5,000.
Other bonus clauses limit what can be kept. A no-deposit free spin bonus can win at most €50, and anything above is void: the terms' own example is a player who wins €10 on the spins and €90 more afterwards, ending with €100, of which €50 is paid and €50 kept by the casino (9.4). The maximum bet with an active bonus is €5 per spin or €0.50 per line (9.5). Free spin winnings carry wagering of x5 to x35 on the whole sum (9.9), although clause 9.3 says the same winnings go to the real balance, a contradiction inside the terms. Unwagered bonus money is cancelled on withdrawal.
Rules that cost money: inactivity, bonus abuse and the 30-day claim window
Clause 8.8 lets the casino debit funds from an account with no betting, deposits or withdrawals for six consecutive months. No amount is stated, and the player must contact support to get the funds back. The bonus abuse clause (9.7) names three patterns: maximum bets to raise variance, lowering the bet after a big win and moving to a lower-volatility game, and depositing just enough to cap out a match bonus of 50% or more. Penalty: confiscated wins and account closure.
Claims have deadlines. No dispute about a bet is heard after 30 days, none about a played game after 12 weeks (27.1), and the game server's result prevails over the player's screen (27.3). The casino may close an account at any time on written notice (14.6); when the reason is fraud or breach, the balance is forfeited up to the casino's claim (14.7). A duplicate account voids its bonuses and winnings (4.5). Self-exclusion lasts at least six months (35.1).
Restricted countries (clause 4.6): Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus every country on the FATF blacklist. The casino may refuse customers from any other country. A resident of a prohibited country may have the account closed, with the balance refunded as soon as practicable (10.3). Estonia, Poland, Canada and Sweden are not named.
Games, 78 providers and 24/7 chat
CasinoGuru counts 78 providers, and the homepage links 83 provider pages, among them Pragmatic Play and its live arm, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Wazdan, Spribe, PG Soft, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, Spinomenal and BetGames. The menu covers slots, jackpots, bonus buy, table games, instant games, live casino, Drops and Wins and low-stakes games, and a title called Gama Wild Buffalo appears in the popular list. The page does not print a total game count.
Support runs on live chat around the clock according to CasinoGuru and the homepage, plus support@gama.casino and a Telegram bot. The languages of support are not stated. On responsible gambling, AskGamblers lists self-exclusion only; the terms add a daily deposit limit set by email, with reductions effective immediately (8.4).
53 complaints, 29 resolved: the record
CasinoGuru shows 53 complaints, none open and none unresolved, 29 resolved and 24 rejected. Rejections are 45% of the total and resolutions 55%. CasinoGuru rates the terms Mostly fair with 4 issues found and does not blacklist the casino. Its Safety Index is 8.5, High. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 5.9 and a player rating of 9.4 from 53 ratings. Trustpilot shows 3.2 stars from 11 reviews.
The terms name no dispute provider. Clause 27.5 only says an unresolved complaint can go to the licensing and supervision body, and the first step is an email to support@gama.casino (27.2). Individual complaint cases were not collected for this review.
Who should consider Gama, and who should skip it
Gama suits a player outside the nine named countries who deposits modest sums and values a low €10 entry and a €10 minimum payout. E-wallet users get the shortest time stated by AskGamblers, 0 to 24 hours. A player in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom is excluded by name.
It is a weak fit for someone who expects a big win to arrive quickly: the payout figures in the terms, on the homepage and at AskGamblers disagree, and the daily ceiling is unpublished. A win above €1,000 moves from the 72-hour tier to the 7-day tier. Anyone who wants an independent dispute body should note that none is named.
