How Gaming Club got 4.0/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index8.0/10weight 60%
AskGamblers CasinoRank7.1/10weight 30%
Combined: 7.7/10, shown as 4.0/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Gaming Club, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Gaming Club is run by Baytree Interactive Ltd of Guernsey under Kahnawake licence 01059, and its general terms (version 7.9, last updated 8 September 2026) contain many money rules: a €10 monthly inactivity fee, a 6-month expiry on bonuses and winnings, a withdrawal ceiling of £10,000 per 24 hours that drops to €4,000 a week for some players, and a 70x playthrough in the general terms. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8, High, but records 378 complaints, and AskGamblers scores the player side at 6.0 from 41 reviews. This review reads the terms clause by clause and sets them against those two records.
Baytree Interactive Ltd and licence 01059
The general terms name Baytree Interactive Ltd, Guernsey company 69691, with its address at Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port. The preamble places the site in the Cityviews Group, a family of 17 listed websites that includes 7 Sultans, Europa Palace, Spin Casino, Royal Vegas and Lucky Nugget. That matters later, because several rules (bonus eligibility, chargebacks, the 5-times withdrawal test) are counted across the whole group, not per site.
The terms footer gives Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence number 01059, issued 26 August 2026. This conflicts with an earlier copy of the site from February 2026, which showed Kahnawake number 00892 issued on 16 February 2022. CasinoGuru lists Kahnawake plus Alderney, and AskGamblers names the group differently, as Bayton Limited Casinos. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 1994, while another data set says 2001, so the age of the brand is not settled by the sources.
Disputes fall under Kahnawake law and courts on a non-exclusive basis (clause 10.9), and legal claims must be started within 6 months (10.11). The complaints route in clause 10.14 starts with an email to the casino's player support centre within 6 months of the issue, gives the player 4 weeks to reply before the case counts as resolved, and is not open during the first week after a withdrawal. After that the player may go to eCOGRA's dispute service and then to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
£10,000 per 24 hours, but €4,000 a week for the 5-times group
Clause 7.7 caps withdrawals at £10,000 or the equivalent per 24 hours. A €2,000 win is therefore one day of limit, and a £30,000 win would take 3 days. Clause 7.6 adds a second regime: a player who has withdrawn 5 times or more their lifetime deposits across the group may be reviewed and held to €4,000 a week, with the rest left in the account, at management discretion. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt. A €12,000 balance under that rule is paid in 3 weekly steps.
Every withdrawal is held pending for a rolling 24 hours, and clause 7.8 states that nothing is processed over a weekend. During the pending period the balance can be reversed back into play. AskGamblers lists pending at 24 to 48 hours, e-wallets at 24 to 48 hours, cards at 2 to 6 days and bank transfers at 3 to 7 days.
Money goes back by the route it came in, up to the amount deposited with that method (7.4). The terms say there may be charges on withdrawals but give no figure. AskGamblers shows a per-transaction ceiling of €3,000, which does not match the £10,000 per 24 hours in the terms and is reported here as a conflict. Winnings may be paid in euros whatever the account currency (1.1.10), and some funds are handled by Digiprocessing Limited of Gibraltar, company 110368 (7.10).
- Daily ceiling: £10,000 or equivalent per 24 hours
- After 5 times lifetime deposits withdrawn: €4,000 per week, at discretion
- Pending: rolling 24 hours, no weekend processing
- Identity check at €2,000 single or cumulative transactions
Twelve deposit routes and no crypto
The deposit list names Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, instaDebit, iDEAL, Rapid Transfer, MuchBetter and eCheck, and withdrawals include eZeeWallet and bank transfer. No cryptocurrency is on the list. CasinoGuru counts 23 payment methods in total, and 21 account currencies are listed, among them EUR, USD, CAD and GBP. Chargebacks made at any group casino can be netted against a withdrawal here (clause 7.2.1), so a chargeback elsewhere in the group may reduce what is paid out.
Verification starts at €2,000 and asks for notarised copies
Clause 7.4 triggers identity verification when single or cumulative transactions reach €2,000. Clause 7.1 lists the documents: photo ID, proof of address no older than 6 months, proof of ownership of the payment method and, where applicable, proof of income. For large withdrawals, clause 1.6.4.2 asks for notarised facsimile copies of a bank statement, ID and a utility bill under 6 months old. The name on the card must match the registered name (1.1.17).
The consequence of silence is stated twice. If the player does not answer a document request, the account may be terminated (7.1), and pending funds can be returned to the account balance (1.1.19).
Six months, 18 months, 90 days: the clocks that remove money
An account counts as inactive after more than 6 consecutive months without a login. The fee in clause 1.5.2 is €10 a month, charged over 18 months, after which the balance is forfeited, so the terms describe a maximum of €180 in fees. The two periods, 6 months to become inactive and 18 months for the fee, are not reconciled in the text. Separately, bonuses, winnings and loyalty points lapse 6 months after issue even if the wagering was completed (1.5.3 and 5.4).
Funds left in play for 90 days or longer may be confiscated, except in video poker (6.4). Winnings may also be confiscated if the player has self-excluded at another operator (6.5). The sign-up bonus carries a withdrawal cap of 6 times the first deposit, so a €10 deposit can lead to at most €60 withdrawn and a €200 deposit to €1,200, with the remainder forfeited at the casino's discretion (5.7.3).
Clause 10.17 lists 14 grounds for voiding winnings, among them multiple accounts, a name mismatch and cashing in before a promotion is complete. The group rule in 5.6 refuses a sign-up bonus to anyone who claimed one at another group casino and wagered it fewer than 100 times. The casino may refuse registration or exclude a player, who then has 30 days to complain to the regulator (1.3 and 1.4).
The bonus in one paragraph: 35x on the page, 70x in the terms
The welcome package shown on the promotion page is 100% up to €200 plus 100% up to €150 with a minimum deposit of €10. The bonus article on this site has the full terms. What belongs in a review is the conflict inside the rulebook: the promotion rules state 35x, while the general terms state at least 70x, with 70x on free-spin and no-purchase winnings and a 100 credit cap (5.3, 5.7). Promotion rules prevail where they disagree.
While a bonus is active the maximum bet is €8 per round and 50c per line (5.8.5), and a single bet of 30% or more of the bonus value is treated as irregular (5.8). Slots count 100% except NetEnt at 50%, roulette and blackjack count 8%, Classic Blackjack 2% and baccarat 0% (5.8.1). A €200 bonus at 35x is €7,000 of play, which is €14,000 of NetEnt stakes or €87,500 on roulette.
Apricot software, 52 providers, and the Cityviews catalogue
CasinoGuru counts 52 game providers and the terms refer to the Apricot software licence agreement (2.11). The six-tier loyalty scheme pays 2,500 points on the first deposit. The sources give no count of individual games, no sportsbook and no live casino listing, so those are stated as not found.
378 complaints on CasinoGuru, 7 on AskGamblers
CasinoGuru shows 378 complaints against the casino as of its 15 October 2026 record, with a Safety Index of 8 and the tier High. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.1, a player rating of 6.0 from 41 reviews, and 7 complaints, of which 2 are resolved, with an average amount of $703 and an average response time of 5 days. The profile data does not break the 378 down by casino or by topic, so the two counts are not comparable.
The AskGamblers cases follow the rules above. One player had $1,320 confiscated and the case is unresolved. Another had £2,000 voided and the account closed, also unresolved. A third was offered a $500 bonus to reopen a closed account. Trustpilot has no brand profile: the gamingclub.com entry there is labelled Clickfun Casino with 4 reviews, so we do not use it.
On responsible gambling, AskGamblers marks deposit limits, self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test as present, and wager limits, loss limits, time limits and reality checks as missing. CasinoGuru records live chat 24/7.
Who it suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player who deposits and withdraws within 6 months, keeps single withdrawals under £10,000, uses a card or e-wallet and has documents ready for the €2,000 trigger. It also suits someone who values a regulator with an eCOGRA dispute route and a Safety Index of 8.
It is a poor fit for anyone who plays rarely, because the 6-month lapse and the €10 monthly fee can empty a dormant balance. It is also poor for crypto users (no coins listed), for players who would hit the 5-times group test and wait weeks at €4,000, and for residents of the roughly 110 jurisdictions the terms list as excluded, including Germany, France, Spain, the UK, the USA, the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia and Ontario.
