The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

HellSpin publishes a rulebook with firm numbers: withdrawals of €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, a €10 minimum withdrawal, a 3x turnover rule on every deposit, a €10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months, and a 40x wagering requirement on bonuses. What the rulebook does not publish is the name of the company behind the site or its licence, so the outside sources disagree. CasinoGuru scores HellSpin 3.4, Very low, with 2 complaints. AskGamblers gives it 8.9 and a player rating of 9.1 from 182 reviews. This review sets the terms (last updated 5 August 2024) against both.

Who runs HellSpin: a licence the terms never name

The General Terms and Conditions, effective from 1 December 2021 and last updated on 5 August 2024, never name an operating company, a registration number or a licensing authority. The About Us page is marketing text and adds no corporate detail. The English version of the terms prevails over any translation (section 1), the minimum age is 18 (section 2), and a dispute goes to the court of the country where the company has its office (section 19), a country the terms do not identify.

The outside sources fill the gap differently. CasinoGuru names Spaceship Technologies OÜ as owner, dates the brand to 2025 and lists a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence. Another listing names TechOptions Group B.V. and the year 2022. AskGamblers mentions an Estonian Tax and Customs Board licence and a Kahnawake licence. Three different licensing stories for one brand means a player cannot tell from the casino's own pages which regulator, if any, will take a complaint. CasinoGuru's Safety Index of 3.4 sits in its Very low band, and the missing corporate details are part of why a reader should treat this as a casino with a rulebook but no named counterparty.

Withdrawal limits and times: €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week, up to 7 business days

Section 15 sets the minimum withdrawal at €10 (or the same in US dollars), and €500 when the money goes by bank transfer. The maximum is €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month, with exceptions for higher VIP status or where a promotion says otherwise. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Amounts above a payment system's own limit are paid in instalments.

The weekly figure is the one that bites. A €40,000 win cannot reach the player faster than 3 weeks, because €16,000 a week gives 48,000 euros in 3 weeks but only €32,000 in 2. A €60,000 win takes 4 weeks at the weekly cap and also runs into the €50,000 monthly ceiling, so part of it falls into a second month. A €2,000 win, by contrast, fits inside a single day's limit.

Fees are mostly absent but not entirely. Bank transfers can carry intermediary bank charges that the terms cap at the equivalent of €16 (section 15). Closing an account that still holds money adds a €12.5 fee for the manual bank transfer. Section 12 adds that if bets placed since the last deposit are under 3 times that deposit, the casino may charge the processing cost of the deposit and the withdrawal, without stating an amount.

The terms say only that withdrawals are processed as soon as possible and that some methods take up to 3 days (section 15). The FAQ is more specific: e-wallet requests are processed within 12 hours, card withdrawals can take up to 7 business days, and crypto usually takes under 24 hours. AskGamblers lists e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 24 hours, cards and bank transfers at 5 to 9 days, and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours.

Put together, a card withdrawal with the full 72-hour pending period and 7 business days afterwards means roughly 10 calendar days, and a bank transfer on the AskGamblers figure of 9 days plus 3 days of pending is 12 days. Deposits are quicker: the FAQ says e-wallet deposits arrive within 15 minutes and crypto or card deposits within 24 hours. If the deposit was made by card, the casino may return the withdrawal to that card up to the amount deposited and send any excess by another method (section 15).

On the deposit side the minimum is €10, $10 or NOK 100 (section 13), and the maximum depends on the method. Only EUR, USD and NOK are accepted as account currencies (section 3), although another listing lists 38 currencies, which the terms contradict.

Verification: two weeks to finish or the winnings go

Section 14 lists three standard documents: a photo of an identity document, a photo or screenshot of the payment method used, and proof of address no older than 3 months (90 days). On request the casino adds a selfie with the ID, sometimes with a sheet showing the casino name and the date, plus proof of wealth or proof of funds. The documents can be requested when deposits and withdrawals reach a certain sum or when fraud is suspected (14.4), and the FAQ says the first withdrawal request triggers the document request.

The sharpest clause is 14.13: a player who does not complete the required verification within two weeks has the account permanently closed and the winnings confiscated. A phone call with a manager can also be required, and a call that does not take place leaves the account unverified and the winnings unprocessed (section 12). Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, otherwise video verification is demanded. For a player holding €16,000 of winnings, a two-week clock that starts at the first withdrawal request is a short window, so the documents are best prepared before asking for a payout.

The €10 monthly dormancy fee and the 3x deposit turnover

Section 17 defines a dormant account as one with no login for 12 months in a row. From then on the casino may charge €10 a month, or the whole balance if it is smaller, until the balance reaches zero. A balance of €100 therefore lasts 10 months of fees, which is 22 months after the last login. The FAQ gives a different and harsher rule: an account not logged into for 3 months is blocked automatically. The two statements conflict, and the terms are the document that governs.

Section 4 requires every deposit to be wagered at least 3 times on casino or live casino games, or once on sports, before a withdrawal is requested. A €100 deposit needs €300 of casino bets. Section 12 prohibits several play patterns outright: covering 25 or more of the 37 roulette numbers with equal stakes, opposite bets on the same game, collusion with other players and false registration data. A breach lets the casino close the account and suspend payouts, at its own discretion and without telling the player why.

A duplicate account is treated harshly (section 11): winnings and bonuses earned while it was active can be reclaimed, and the casino can refuse to refund the deposit. A player who registers from one country but claims free spins from an IP address in another can have the account closed and the winnings withheld (section 12). Choosing a different country at registration to get around the restricted list carries the same penalty.

Bonus terms in brief: 40x, a €5 bet limit, €10,000 cap

The bonus page has its own article, so only the headline terms belong here. Deposit bonuses require a minimum deposit of €20 or NOK 200 (clause 1f) and must be wagered 40 times (1k). The maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5 or NOK 50 (1e), and exceeding it lets the casino confiscate winnings. Slots count 100% toward wagering, while table and live dealer games do not count (2a). No-deposit winnings are capped at €50 or NOK 500 (1b), and most other bonus winnings at €10,000 or NOK 100,000 (1c), with the welcome bonus excluded from that cap. A bonus-to-bet ratio above 40% is classed as abuse (3c).

Restricted countries, and what the terms say about Norway

Section 2 names the countries where real-money play is prohibited. The list includes Israel, the USA, the UK, Spain, France with its overseas territories, the Netherlands, Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Gibraltar, Jersey, Curacao, Cyprus, Russia, Belarus, Cuba and North Korea, roughly 60 entries in all. Norway does not appear on it, and the Mastercard payout route in section 15 explicitly includes Norway. Players from Finland are excluded from deposit bonuses, and players from Canada may not play NYX (NextGen) games.

Winning from a restricted country is the expensive mistake: the casino says it cannot guarantee payouts or refunds to a player who breaks the rule. Separate lists exclude individual games by country, such as Street Fighter and Vikings, and NetEnt jackpots are void for winners from a list of countries that includes Denmark, Italy and Spain.

Games, support and responsible gambling tools

CasinoGuru counts 33 game providers, and notes 24/7 live chat. The Responsible Gaming page confirms support runs 24 hours a day and says limits can be set on loss, deposit (not available for crypto), gambling session and wagering, always by asking live chat rather than through account settings. Self-exclusion is also arranged through live chat, and the FAQ says a self-excluded account cannot be reopened. AskGamblers lists self-exclusion as the only responsible gambling tool it found, so deposit, wager, loss and time limits are not shown as self-service features. Its sportsbook rules cap winnings per customer at NOK 1,000,000 per bet, NOK 2,500,000 per day and NOK 5,000,000 per week, with stakes from NOK 10 (section 6).

2 complaints, a 3.4 index and 332 Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru records only 2 complaints against HellSpin, which is a thin sample, and its Safety Index is 3.4. AskGamblers is far more positive: a CasinoRank of 8.9 and a player rating of 9.1 from 182 reviews. Trustpilot averages 3.0 stars from 332 reviews. No individual complaint with an amount or outcome is published in the sources used here, so the low CasinoGuru score cannot be traced to a documented case. The scores are consistent with a casino that is popular with players but whose terms give the operator wide discretion and name no one to hold to account.

Who HellSpin suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a player who deposits modest sums, wagers each deposit 3 times, uses an e-wallet or crypto for the quicker payouts, and expects winnings well inside €4,000 a day. It also suits a player who has an ID, a payment screenshot and a utility bill under 3 months old ready before the first withdrawal request.

It is a poor fit for a player who wants a named operator and a regulator that accepts complaints, since the terms name neither. It is also a poor fit for a high roller with a six-figure win, because the €50,000 monthly ceiling stretches a €100,000 win over at least 2 months, and for anyone who may leave an account untouched for a year, when the €10 monthly fee starts.
